One of the other reviewers says that it's unamerican to not like Auntie Anne's but that's just a cheap way of saying that if something isn't good then you can stand by the flag and declare patriotism so then everybody has to like it anyway. Pretzels! I think that these pretzel dealers are in every mall, but I know when I'm in Broadway Mall (which isn't all that often) I'll pop over for a warm pretzel (garlic) with some marinara dip and take 5 minutes to chow it down. They are a large kiosk in the middle of the mall walkway and are impossible to miss. The serve a variety if pretzels with or without butter all over them and a selection of dips to boost the calorie count. There is cheese and a spicier cheese dip that is good (as good as fake melted cheese can be) and a honey mustard dip which is ok- nothing that great. May favorite is either the regular buttery pretzel of the garlic pretzel - which will talk back to you a few hours later - perfect! The help is usually young-ish so it can be hit or miss, but the girl there the other day was great. Try it if you are in the mall. read more

There is a auntie Anne's in most of the local malls. And they are all virtually the same. I stopped in here today as i had to go to ikea and was in the mood for a pretzel. As i walked up they were pulling piping hot pretzels out of the oven. They are by far the best, and tastiest pretzels anywhere. read more

On some days you will get an extremely nice employer helping you and then there are days like today where you have the least enthusiastic and unhelpful person there. The pretzels can be hit or miss. Somtimes it is overly dry and other times its nice and buttery. read more

Ok pretzels but mostly coldish, soggy and overpriced at over $10 for a cup of greasy cinnamon pretzel nuggets and a small lemonade . Every time we're at the mall my youngest wants some of these and sometimes I turn her down since you can buy a meal for the price of what is basically junk food . I scooped up a pretzel here for their 30th birthday. There was a pretty long line but it was expected as they were giving out free pretzels. I got a regular and it was great. My wife got a cinnamon sugar pretzel. We shared them both. They were extra hot and tasty as they were extremely fresh. I was pretty hungry before the pretzel but afterwards I was kind of full. Happened to walk by this location as I was exiting the mall, around 9:30 pm. They were offering the leftover pretzels for a dollar a piece! Anything except for the pizzas. I ended up snagging 2 specialty pretzels, and 2 Pretzel dogs. Got a quick snack and some breakfast for the kids tomorrow, all for $4. I then saw the staff dumping out the pretzel bites into a bag, and I asked what they do with the rest of them. They told me they get donated at the end of the night. At least they get extra Humanity points for that. Otherwise, this is the same Auntie Anne's kiosk that you typically see at any shopping center. This location appear to be clean and well-kept during my visit. Staff was quite friendly, even offered me tips on refrigerating and reheating the pretzels. read more

It is un-american to not like Auntie Anne's. The best part about this AA is that it is right by the movie theatre, which means that I stop by and get my pretzels and then shove them in my purse to then later destroy while I am watching a movie. read more

Warm and fresh everytime. I like the mini pretzel bites dipped in the cheddar cheese sauce. I'd imagine it's not very healthy but it is a filling snack and enough to hold you off while shopping. read more
