I'm not sure where to begin; I honestly believe I could just say, "These are some of the finest…read moremall pretzels you'll ever taste," and leave it at that. For example, they have a little bit of everything; if you have a sweet tooth and crave a sweet pretzel, they have sugar/almond coated pretzels, which are made of such soft dough and, in my experience, have been just utterly amazing; they truly exceed expectations with them, but, as I was mentioning, they have a little of both worlds, so if you're not a sweet tooth person, they also have pizza pretzels. Let me tell you, if you like pizza and pretzels, these things are just utterly mind-bending; they are extremely crunchy yet soft at the same time, and it's hard to explain unless you try them; not to mention, if you like some spice, they also offer a jalapeno pepperoni version, which is my favorite so far. Another thing that enhances the flavor of the pretzel and takes it to the next level is their dipping sauce, which they have this cheese dipping sauce that I decided to try. I will say it is a bit pricey for the amount, but let me tell you, I normally despise cheese, and this is one of the first dipping cheeses that I was pleasantly surprised by. I'm not saying I love it, but it is most definitely tasty, and makes the pretzel 10x better.  Overall, if you're a pretzel fan or looking for one, this place will not disappoint, as I now consider it one of the holy grails of the NorthPark food court. However, be advised, it's not for everyone. Except for those seeking it.

Positive 1st experience! +More to come in the future!!…read more We were greeted by a VERY knowledgeable and kind waiter. We loved that she gave us the history of the restaurant knowing we only wanted to grab a quick drink and snack here. We tried the Wienerschnitzel Sliders (3) $14.95 and they are a MUST try. We enjoyed the flavors of everything in this appetizer. Overall a quick but great experience. We will be coming back to try dinner out next time.

We really wanted to like Jörg's Cafe Vienna, but unfortunately we left a little disappointed…read more Our server was extremely friendly and welcoming, although service was a bit spotty at times because they were dealing with a busy lunch rush. Totally understandable, and her friendliness definitely helped make up for it. The food ranged from average to good. We tried the Wurst sampler plate, which tasted fine but was surprisingly small for the price. The beer selection was a highlight, with a good variety of German and Austrian beers to choose from. Dessert was probably the best part of the meal. The apple strudel was delicious, as was the chocolate cake. The Black Forest cake, however, was disappointing and could have been much better. The atmosphere was also a little confusing. The decor seemed to jump between Austrian, Bavarian, general German, and even Fredericksburg, Texas references rather than really feeling like an Austrian cafe. We understand that this is an Austrian restaurant and we're German, so we weren't expecting everything to be exactly like the food we grew up with. Still, based on the overall quality, portions, and price, we just weren't impressed enough to come back.
