What we love about BR is the chance to make so many combinations with such variety because we have such different likes in our family! Cheyenne and Sandy were able to fit me in their schedule and fix the cake design in my schedule for the day. They are amazing. I love ice cream as do my kiddos so let me start off by saying that they were in Heaven when they got to sample all of the flavors that their little hearts wanted. I was very pleased with the service we received the only downfall to this place was the atmosphere... I would have liked more space to sit and enjoy our ice cream but since we live in the neighborhood it was not a problem the kids got to enjoy their treat on the way home. I ordered a cake online for my mother's birthday from here and what I got was nothing like the picture besides the pattern of the icing. The color was way off and didn't even contain all of the right colors. The color the cake was didn't even belong on the cake to start off with. Then to continue, they forgot to put the most important part on the cake. The part where it says HAPPY BIRTHDAY! How are we suppose to know its a birthday cake when it just looks like a Valentine's cake now due to the color. I am highly disappointed that my $25 has gone to such a waste. Oh nostalgia, you brought me back to Baskin Robbins. This was my go to ice cream place for years. I went here as a teenagre back in the 90's. Continued to eat here into my early to mid 20's and the lost interest. It's probably been a good ten years since I've been here. Looks like they have gotten some new wallpaper in that time but thats about all thats changed. They always have their core flavors, as well as seasonal varieties, and the flavor of the month. In addition to the variety of flavors they are famous for, you can have it served in a dish or cone. They have cake cones, sugar cones, and waffle cones, all of which are available plain or chocolate dipped. It's a step above Dairy Queen, and a step below places like Cold Stone or Marble Slab. Nice place to sit down and enjoy a treat. There are a few tables inside as well as a couple tables outside. The strip mall it is in has seen better days, but this place seems to do pretty steady business. read more

First time customer... My son received $20 in gift certificates (10 $2 gift certificates is how they come) for his birthday. Took him for ice cream after school, ordered $5.62 worth of ice cream. Presented the employee (Israel was his name) 3 $2 gift certificates. This is where it takes a turn. He tells me that they can only be used one at a time because their point of sale only allows one coupon at a time. I explained to him that nowhere on the gift certificate does it say that, mind you it is a gift certificate (should be as good as cash since they have been paid for) not coupon. After going back and forth for a minute, I give him my card for the remaining balance. He then charges my card for more than the amount and gives me back a receipt and a dollar bill stating that's the only way he could make it work. What?!? Cut to the end, my son finishes half his ice cream. As we are leaving, I am holding the door open for my 5-year old, and the manager/owner walks into the establishment before my son has time to even walk through the door. Not to mention how utterly rude that is, he then doesn't say thank you for me holding the door open. As a customer from this store, I experienced a horrible service from the management. I ordered a 9 inches cake for my 6 year old son to celebrate his birthday. The employee made a decoration on it. I took it home, and the family did not like the way it were decorated. We took the cake back after 20 minutes, not open the box yet. We asked for an exchange or a refund. The employees called the manager and made us wait for one hour and told us to come back next day to see the manager for a refund. Employees did not want to offer refund or exchange. Next day, I took the cake back. The manager did not offer refund or exchange either. Stating that because I took the cake home, so I cannot get refund or return. As a buyer, who purchased the cake and have not consumed it, I expected the store to honor my refund policy. We will not go hunger for not having $37 refund from the cake, but the store has ruined my 6 year old son birthday celebration and we feel like being treated badly by this store management. read more

I went here to get a birthday cake for a cousin. Knowing her name is not common, I spelled it out for the person at the register twice (Sofia). She then spelled it out to the girl doing the decorations. Paid for it. Then she came out to show me the cake, it spelled Sophia. I asked her to change it to the correct spelling. I get it, mistakes happen, even when I spelled it out twice. When I got it back, she merely smeared out the old spelling and put the corrected name on. I waited to get back in line and then talked to a third person there. She was very rude and defensive with me, telling me she couldn't do anything about it and I already paid for it. "Well, I can't throw it out," she said. I told her I spelled out the name twice already and asked her to please change it for me. Took it back and put a new layer of icing on the cake. The end result: worse than the original mistake. Beware, don't pay for your cake before they make it even though they don't warn you! I have never ever seen such a horrible customer service before. Today (Father's Day) I took my family to this location to celebrate my fathers Father's Day. My wife asked for 2 scoops of ice cream and once she saw that it wasn't what she asked for we asked for a new one. It was 9:30pm there was a young lady who took our order. She gave us a new one and took the old cup back. I paid about $27 and before I pay I asked her if the total is right because it didn't seem right to me. She said "yes it's the total". After I checked the receipt I saw that she charged us for the wrong order too. When I asked her about the reason she said it was our mistake and because my wife touched the cup, she has to charge us. I guess she expected us to recognize her mistake before we see the cup. First of all at the beginning of transaction she was very aggressive and she kept this attitude all night. When I asked about her name she yelled at me and say "it's none of your business get out!!" I have never heard this before in my entire life. I am really surprised that a great brand like Baskin Robbins leave its stores to a disrespectful employees like her. Nobody can yell at the customer!! Nobody can say "it's none of your business and get out" . They would not refund my money if I didn't insist though. Thank God there was another young man who took over the register and did my refund. Most probably after my review if management cares about customer service (I am not sure though) they would listen the story from employees and they will tell them a whole different story but we were 4 adults and unfortunately we had this horrible experience.
