Absolutely delicious. The butter cookie roll was soft, buttery, and indulgent without being overwhelming. But the real star was the kinafa. The cheese pull was INSANE , perfectly crispy on the outside, warm and gooey on the inside, and balanced with just the right amount of sweetness. Easily the best thing I tried. There was one woman working, and she was very friendly, but what a different experience than mingling with the original owners in the unpretentious cozy ambience. The worst part is that the ice cream is nowhere near as good! The original Arabic ice cream's level of rose water was off and the ice cream's stretchiness felt less organically created. The pistachio was OK. Our daughter got this crazy container of small individual frozen fruit shapes that were covered in chocolate. Those felt cute and special and we liked them all except for the grape. Again, we're happy for Bigdash's success. They deserve it.
