I know, I know... isn't it just fast food? Oh, it's so much more. I am in love with their entire menu, but if you're going try them out to see what all the hype is about, just start with the burger and fries and add a milk shake or any other dessert of your choice. Other than the spectacular food, the thing that makes them stand out is their price. Everything is so affordable! Pretty rare these days with inflation, shrinkflation, etc. We always have had positive experiences here, and for this particular location - the dining area is huge, service is great, and parking is ample. Overall ambiance is above average for a fast food joint. Note: there are some locations that have no dine in option. One time, we ordered P. Terry's to-go at a different location and sat next to the dumpster on the curb to enjoy our meal. And it was still delicious! So, if you're looking for a dine in option, look at some of the photos on Yelp and you'll quickly find which ones are to-go only. Ok that's enough ranting about how good this place is. Check it out! You won't regret it.

Solid, but a little flat. I would get it plain without the lettuce or tomato, as the heat made them wilt. Make sure to check your bag when you go drive thru, otherwise you may miss things in your order. :(

The Double Double is a double meat patties with cheese sandwich and then I had grilled onions added. This is how I like it. I was a multiple time a week regular of In-N-Out back in the 90s all over Southern California...then hadn't eaten it in over 20 years till the first one opened in Austin (and I was there day 1). With that said, today my burger was really great and I don't know if it's cause visiting here now often that I'm getting used to it again or what but I'm liking them again. I got the #2 combo, which comes with a cheeseburger, french fries, and medium drink. The cheeseburger had a fresh beef patty, cheese, tomato, and lettuce on buttered buns. It's a yummy juicy burger stacked tall! The fries are seasoned well and crispy from the potato skins. The ketchup pumps are at the island in the middle of the store. You can get your own self serve fountain drinks to the left of the counter. They even have pink lemonade, which was perfectly sweet, tangy, and refreshing! Fast and friendly service. Very efficient. Come here for a quick and easy meal!

    P. Terry's is delicious! I know, I know - if you like hamburgers there are a million places and…read morethey all taste great. I've eaten at P. Terry's exactly once, but I had the double cheeseburger and it was just a little bit different than other burgers. I don't know yet if it's the sauce or the variety of cheese or what it is, but I know it tasted the way a cheeseburger should taste. And, AND, Instead Of Being Forced To Eat French Fries YOU Can Choose BANANA BREAD! The rich banana flavor was enhanced by a dense texture and a moist content that dares your neighbor to bring another dry loaf of imitation dessert to the backyard barbecue and see what happens. You know what, I've changed my mind. Don't got to P. Terry's - if everybody decides they like it then the lines will get long and... you wouldn't like it anyway. Never mind what I said, you just go on eating your hamburgers at those other places. I'm Totally ONLY Going to P. Terry's Because the Line is Shorter, NOT FOR ANY OTHER REASON.

Dirty dining room, slow service, and cold food. Will not be returning and will use P Terry's down…read morethe street from now on. Upon entering there were french fries and unopened ketchup packets strewn across the entryway. Packets just waiting to explode and cause a slip and fall to anyone not paying attention. There was also a puddle of unknown liquid in front of the very empty condiments counter with no wet floor sign in sight. There were wet floor signs elsewhere just not anywhere near an actual wet floor. Several seating surfaces are worn down through the vinyl covering. Unsanitary and unappetizing to see those ugly bench seats the moment you enter the dining room. A clear sign of the other problems lurking within this place. Staff was friendly and polite so I'll give 2 starts. Staff scooped my fries and placed them in the brown bag a good 3 minutes before the burger was ready. This is poor form as it allows the fries to cool down before the order is handed to the customer. My burger was NOT hot and fresh and was Just barely warm. The fries at the top of the fry container were basically cold but fries in the bottom of the container were acceptable temperature. The ketchup dispenser was not refilled so I had to squeeze over a dozen small packets to enjoy with my huge order of fries. Not fun and just more time wasted while my fries get even colder. If I wanted ketchup packets I'd have used the drive through. Coca cola digital soda machine was OUT of most flavors. Pointless to even buy a drink when there are so few selections available. Noticed a woman in the drive through had to park and wait. After being brought her food in her parked car she came in to complain that her entire order was cold. She was still waiting for a hot order when I had completed my meal. Slow service here. Paper towel dispenser in men's restroom was empty with a roll of paper towels placed on top of it. Would've appreciated a touchless paper towel dispenser in working order. Easily the worst Wendy's experience I have had in 30 years of visiting various Austin locations. Will not be back, ever.

The food was decent. the quesadilla, as usual, was not crispy but undercooked. I feel like they rushed through our order because the young man asked me if it was okay if pieces of steak were inside my Chicken Fajita Nachos. well I mean of course not? no offense but they're called Chicken Fajita Nachos for a reason. After I said no to his question, he rolled his eyes and closed the drive-thru window. At that moment I felt like they were picking the steak from my food single-handedly. Which is a thought we all wish to not think of but we have to think about the germs entering our bodies due to cross-contamination. the sauce is pretty decent, Definitely artificially flavored, and had a nice tang to it. I live for the refried beans here. It's delicious, creamy, but a bit bland. the chicken quesadilla was not fully cooked on the outside, and the cheese wasn't even fully melted. there was NOT a generous amount of meat on either product and the prices here don't play. still coming back for the chicken fajita nachos though, hopefully, they won't fail me on my next trip.
