My patty melt was pretty good last night! The young girl working the window was very nice and polite. I feel like the Whataburger's quality has gone down in recent years but my meal last night may have changed my mind. Lastly, this location always seems to have flat drinks. Place is great, workers are great. My only issue is the cups. Two times in a row now I've gotten cups with tiny holes in them that make my drink drip and make a mess everywhere. Before I made my last review I had emailed in a complaint through the Whataburger app and was told I would be contacted in 3-5 days. I never was this company does not care about customers safety at all. I tried to contact them on Facebook and was told to email. Told them I did and was ignored now they are also ignoring me. The manager Kip was extremely rude, unprofessional and out of line. I placed an order online and when I came to pick it up they said someone already picked it up. I asked if they would remake it since I already paid and be said no it wasn't his problem since it was already picked up and if I wanted them to remake the food that I would need to reorder and pay for it again. I told him that did not make sense since I already paid for it and they gave my food out to the wrong person. He said he didn't care because it wasn't his responsibility to check the receipts when someone picks up an order as he proceeded to raise his voice at me. He would not take responsibility for his teams wrong doing of giving out my order to the wrong person. Terrible professionalism. I'll be sure not to visit this location anymore. read more

Why is the old mustache guy ALWAYS in a standoffish mood every single time I go to this location? If I get hungry in the middle of the night, it already sucks that I only have ONE option and that option is a 20 minute to an hour time commitment in the drive through, so when I finally get to the front I really don't need pop-pop's little attitude. It's a Whataburger... nothing too crazy to review here. But living around the corner from this location and visiting nearly everyday, I owed it a few words. This location is right off of W Parmer and is fairly easy in and out. The drive through is a bit congested and blocks the parking spots along the building. Service is usually slow too, so be prepared to wait if you choose the drive through. The food itself isn't bad and my order is usually correct. The staff is friendly too. Overall, not a bad spot if you're looking for cheap fast food. read more

A few weeks ago I tried the Sweet & Spicy Bacon Burger (sans bun) for the first time. HOLY WOW! The combination of the sweet & Spicy sauce mixed with the mustard was SO delicious!! I bragged about to friends!! Today, I had the opportunity to have it again and I was beyond disappointed. I received NO SAUCE. None. Basically it was just a bacon cheeseburger on a bed of lettuce. Tasty, for sure, as Whataburger usually is but COME ON! PLEASE!! Just because there is no bun (I have to eat GF) doesn't mean I don't want the sauce! If you go during the day, it's usually on par for WB. But after 9:30 pm it's trash. They always mess up my order. Food cold, fries soggy and cold, bun wet and falling apart. I ordered a Double wb jr. add cheese, I got a reg jr cold with wet bread. Totally disappointing to open up my order and find this. Not on par with their normal standards. I've been a Whataburger customer for more years than I'd like to admit. I've tolerated the slowest drive through lines in the industry because I really enjoyed their burgers. The service (quality) now hovers around a zero for me. What makes handing a complete order of food to your customer so hard? Today I went through the drive through, ordered 3 burgers, fries, onion rings, ect. Picked up at the window, and pulled up (allowing the car behind me to get to the window) before I started doing an audit of my order. Discovering only 2 of the 3 burgers, I jumped out with my bag and went inside. The manager was very quick to ask "what did we miss"...and I told them. He went back to the kitchen and came out with a bag.....with the barest of burgers. Of course I didn't inspect the actual burger????????? to make sure they actually put the right burger in the bag. Disappointing. Yes, I know there are many other things much more devastating than not getting the right burger, so I'm keeping it in perspective. So....when I just can't be satisfied with any other burger......I'm going to have to actually unwrap every burger in my Whataburger order to make sure they actually included what they had agreed to.
