Very rude staff. I called just to ask what generic manufacturer they carry for Drug X and instead of getting an answer, Karen questioned me about it. "Is there a reason you need a specific manufacturer?" "Yes there is" "Can you tell me why?" and then asked if I had an account with them. It was like pulling teeth. I've called a lot of local pharmacies and this was the only one who gave me a hard time. Anyways, I found another one around the corner who answered my question within less than a minute, it was the brand I was looking for, transferred and picked it up an hour later. I didn't give her a straight answer as to why. I'm not here to teach an underpaid pharmacy tech how to do their job, and a pharmacist should already know. I wanted to explain it here so as to not repeat myself: There are differences between generic drugs. Harvard released a study last year that confirmed what many of us already knew. The short version is that it has to be proven for bioequivalence (the same active drug) but does not have to be therapeutically equivalent. In other words: A generic drug to lower blood pressure does not need to lower blood pressure, but because the active drug is the same, they assume it will. Most generic companies do about as much r&d and quality control as you have in your back pocket. Not always a safe bet and sometimes has lethal consequences, ask your grandparents about negative experiences with generics, they all have a handful of stories. There was a book released a couple years ago that made the new york times best sellers list, "A Bottle Of Lies". Scary. Rather than fix the issues with brand name prices, the fda just puts a band-aid on the problem by encouraging generic drugs. Hooray america, the world's least qualified first-world country. Pharmacies used to order any generic brand we requested, but unscrupulous pbm's (aka "suppliers", the middlemen who resell to pharmacies) put an end to that a few years back and go with the cheapest one. This comes at the cost of lower quality meds, losing customers as a result, and finding out from people like me that you've been duped again by another group of vultures from the broken american healthcare system. There's one online pharmacy that doesn't use pbm's and they let you choose from which brands they have in stock, but I'm not going to name drop because I'm fairly certain it would violate the toc on here. We came to get our vaccination for my two kids, ages 5 and 9. My 5yo was super upset about getting the jab. I can't thank the staff enough for helping him. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY! Owner has attitude and is rude to customers! Zero customer service! I was looking for a pharmacy that had free delivery service. I am a business professional with a demanding job and have a newborn baby so I have no time! I googled online and added the GetMyRX app which is suppose to connect me with local pharmacies that do free same day Rx delivery. After adding all the info to the app, I was contacted by this AUM pharmacy and informed that they didn't get my Rx and insurance info- apparently they just got the app and don't really know how it works. This should have been my first red flag. Anyway I work with the guy to give him all my info again over the phone. Then find out the Rx was available for pick-up only as they didn't have enough staff to deliver it (oh and there would be a fee to deliver anyway). Rx with free delivery? I guess not. I was hoping I would have time to pick up over a weekend, but the Rx wasn't urgent and with the Christmas and New Years holidays I didn't have time (and we went out of town to see family and introduce baby!) I called to check on Rx and see about re-ordering if necessary and the guy immediately started yelling at me! Like really yelling. He said he called me and told me that the Rx was ready and if I don't have time to call him back or pick up my Rx then he doesn't have time to fill my Rx and to find another pharmacy! Appalling customer service! I asked to speak with a Manager and he said "Haha I'm the owner!" WOW! You can believe I am transferring my Rx and will be informing everyone I know not to use this pharmacy! No delivery. Horrible customer service. STAY AWAY! read more

They partner with Sildenafil.com or are one in the same, be cautious how they define a dose vs tablet is a bit of a word game, they should be more up front, however once we got past that they were very helpful, we simply had a misunderstanding. They have been very helpful and their service is very good, I would recommend them to anyone. read more

I have been to a few pharmacies, including CVS and Kaiser, and didn't think too much about their customer service or providing a review for any of them. However, this pharmacy has definitely captured my attention by standing out as literally the best pharmacy that I have ever encountered. Not only is the customer service fabulous with great employees, but the pharmacists themselves are amazing as they actually converse and try to build a real relationship with their patients. You can tell that they really do care about the well-being of their patients by how they interact with you. Dr. Patolia is incredibly knowledgeable about what is best for his patients and is super thoughtful about working with you and your doctor in getting you what you need. Also, the pharmacy itself looks super clean and pretty modern. It definitely blows other pharmacies like CVS out of the water in comparison with the aesthetic appeal. The space is nice and open, though not as big, but still gives a warm pleasant vibe with complimentary coffee =) The icing on the cake, I would have to say, is that they even have a delivery service so that you can get your prescription delivered directly to you! Now I don't know any pharmacy who does that!! But what a great concept!! I will definitely continue to come here to receive my meds since the service is high quality with extremely friendly staff. I have had nothing but great experiences with this pharmacy and the pharmacy staff. I receive a text message every time my prescriptions are ready, if anything is funky with my medication (needs to be switched to generic etc) I get a phone call from Nilesh the pharmacist. When I am there looking for anything OTC, Nilesh will come out from behind the counter and take a look with me and recommend great options for me and if they don't have it- he will order it. I have never had anything close to problems or issues with this pharmacy. I wish everyone would use them! read more

I've been getting my medications from this pharmacy for more than a year and I I have to say that I have never had a bad experience with this pharmacy. Nilesh one of the pharmacist and owner of the pharmacy is always so attentive and always try's to help you the best he can, from working with your insurance company to getting your medication covered to always offering an alternative solution to any problem one may encounter. (Which is rare). I always get my medication delivered on time every month. My wife & I love the friendliness of this AUM Pharmacy. I have been picking up my meds here since they opened. They text me when my meds are ready for pick-up. If the refill needs a Dr. approval, they get it done. I special order items they don't stock without a glitch. They even have stayed open late to wait for me when I was running late. What really matters most to me is they know me by name. I am always made to feel special & not rushed, even when I call in. I've recommended them to all my friends and family. This is an absolute 5 star pharmacy. They offered great, competitive prices and even called my old pharmacy and took over my prescription. They are experts on drug questions and extremely courteous. I live in Riverside so they ship to me. When I ran out of a prescription I called and the great lady on the phone said, "You should have it by tomorrow." Tomorrow was Saturday. I looked in my mailbox Saturday evening, not expecting the prescription to be there. You guessed correctly. It was there. This is better than driving to my local pharmacy and being told, "Come back tomorrow, we'll get it." For you who live in Anaheim, how lucky you are!
