Walk-in prescriptions are filled in minutes, and when your prescription expires they follow up with your doctor for immediate prescription renewal by fax. They also accept my crummy HMO insurance! The business is Korean owned, but everyone speaks English well. After a few visits they learned my name and family members, and have reminded me on occasion to refill my daughter's prescription when I forgot. I'm glad to support a local business like this, where I can get good service and good prices, without the hassles and long lines of a big chain store.

As I was looking around the store, A kind employee named Christopher goes by Chris right away greeted us and provided the best customer service (gave me and my nephew a sticker)!!! He was able to help me with the return despite the other employee being rude and not willing to help. He was very polite and patient. As we had to try a couple times in order to find the transaction. Not only patient and kind but providing the best talk and jokes as proceeding with the return. Chris successfully helped me with what I needed the moment I walked in. I'm thankful cvs has an employee like Chris who acknowledges customers and their needs he definitely belong in customer service. Chris deserves a raise or to be recognized/ rewarded/ promoted for his amazing service. I was simply explaining to this woman that she will need to look at the past history as the medication was a certain price and that if she could deep dive she will see the issue. Her exact words were "shut up and listen, I see that the amount is this and that's is the amount"! I straight up wished her the day she deserved and walked away. Called corporate today! Reviews on every possible sight I could do. Social Media completed. Now, the kicker. HIPPA! This pharmacy is a big violator! Hate shots but I love to travel. After calling a few CVS, Walgreens and two other Rite Aids, this was the only location that was able to help me get the shots that I needed in order to help me stay protected while visiting Peru, Argentina, Ecuador and Columbia. I had just came from a not so great visit from their location in Costa Mesa when I arrived. I had called while on my way to make sure they had the vaccinations I needed in stock which they did. When I checked into the counter they immediately knew who I was and what I was there for. After filling out the paperwork they asked me to take a seat for the pharmacist to call me in. I waited no more than 5 minutes when the pharmacist called me in their private area for their injections. I've had hundreds of shots so you think I'd be use to it by now but I'm not. I tend to get nervous but this pharmacist was great and was making jokes about what I should expect while in the Amazon which made me feel at ease. She really was great and I appreciated the conversation since it was distraction from the 4 shots she injected in 2 areas. Checking out was as easy as checking in and getting the vaccination. I was given a vaccination card and was on my way. I spent no more 25 minutes here and just a great experience. I'd highly recommend coming here since they are friendly and get the job done in a timely manner.

My vitamin supplement prescription was not covered by insurance so the clerk walked with me to the aisle and even recommended Sav-On if the price seemed too much. They are currently including free Covid tests if you complete a transaction. This CVS can still fill your prescription if it was mistakenly sent to an incorrect location.
