So when Pharmacist Thuy-Linh informed me that her pharmacy wouldn't have the drop until next week, I was ready to leave. But she said that she would find it for me. Once I gave the associate my form, insurance card, and my driver's license information, it only took a couple of minutes to gather what I needed. The associate also made sure I knew what I was doing by reiterating the logistics of taking/applying medications. She reassured me to call back if any questions come up. I've been to pharmacies where they just hand you your goods and you walk out without saying a word. But to actually have some form of interaction was shocking. Really nice staff and super convenient! They just recently opened too so hopefully people who visit Dr. Tran are like me and give this place a chance when swinging by for medication after examinations.

CVS had bought BetteRx and neither BetteRx nor CVS bothered to inform me. I don't like CVS because I had previously complained to CVS customer service on a couple of occasions (different complaints) and never got a response. I tried the Savon pharmacy in the Albertson store and could not be happier. The workers there are phenomenal, especially Cindy and Dawn. These gals are fantastic! Very friendly and always remember me. I drop my prescription orders off when I arrive at the store and they are filled while I shop. They send me a text when the prescription is ready. I dropped off orders for several drugs on my last visit and was surprised that they had processed 6 Rx's in about 20 minutes. They also send you reminder texts when its time to refill. This is very useful to me as I take so many meds that I can't keep track of them all. To use a cliché, try it, you'll like it!
