He and his office manager/wife were meticulous in scheduling a date for the work (8-1-16) and called several days in advance to confirm. On the day of the trim Kevin arrived exactly when promised: 7:15am! He worked tirelessly and methodically on our gigantic cottonwood, cutting, and then chipping logs until 2:30pm. When he was finished, he even showed me the chipped wood and asked if I wanted any of it to use as mulch around our yard. My husband and I said we did want the mulched cottonwood as our yard has several spots where it will be useful. Kevin was so friendly and professional. Our tree (which we know we will loose in about 2 more years) is no longer an eye-sore and will continue to shade our home for another 2 years. He recently removed a dying ash tree for me that was right next to my sunroom (lots of potential shattered glass) and leaning over my roof. Chris does maintenance cabling/trimming on a neighbor's huge bracket backyard cottonwood tree and removed two huge cottonwoods for my next door neighbor last year, so he was highly recommended. Pricing was also very manageable; of about 7 total quotes, Reinholt was among the less expensive group that was willing to remove the tree by climbing rather than with a crane. I delayed the job by about 6 months from the time I got the quotes and had some communication misses when I went to reinstate contact, but we cleared that up painlessly. Chris showed up with a crew of 4 guys. Within 90 minutes the tree was down and they'd cleaned up and moved on to the next job. Everyone was polite, mindful of the landscaping and they definitely left the area cleaner than they found it. They brought what looked like 3/4 or full inch-thick sheets of plywood to protect the windows and left no damage. As a female homeowner with no "man of the house" contractors can be challenging, but Chris is not one of those and I definitely recommend him.

Locally owned and staffed. The set up for the project went well, the timing perfect for summer between the move out of last year's students and the arrival for the upcoming year. The house closest to the tree is the house next to ours which is student rental home for CU off campus housing. When they are between summer moves , there are fewer parking issues as well as not interfering with their lifestyle. The work when exceeding well, removing the already broken spruce and the aging and badly place piñon pine, too close to our house. The team of arborists were amazing.
