I needed a back up camera installed in my car and looked around a bit. I had a couple spots in mind but appointments were difficult to schedule or more than I could realistically afford to spend. I asked for recommendations from my friends and one of my friends recommended AudioFonixx. I called for some information and Mike was really helpful. I told him what I needed and what my expectations were. He gave me a very reasonable estimate and told me that he was mobile and could come to me which was perfect. Mike arrived and took care of installation. At the end of it, he realized I needed a different radio because my voice command wasn't working but said he could go to my place of business to fix it the next day while I was working. So glad i found these guys. After seeing they've done many Infiniti G35s I had to take my car to them. Rich Cuevas was the one to work on my car and he was very paitent and met all my needs. I was concerned with my double din radio not being flush with the JDM double din kit. He was able to address my concerns and fit it perfectly. I didnt quite understand some of the functionalities of the radio and wiring harness and he was overly paitent with me to explain multiple times on how my radio would function. These guys just amazing. I had the speakers in my car replaced and a sub added at another shop (yeah, I realize that mistake now.) To make a long story short, I wasn't able to get my key out of the ignition once I got back. After trying a bunch of things, I slammed my shifter and that's when I was able to get my car keys out. I took my car back to the shop and they couldn't figure out what went wrong and said they didn't touch the front panel. I took my car into the dealership and they weren't of any help. This was really inconvenient, but it's what I had to deal with. I met with Mike and when he was getting in my car I told him he needs to slam the shifter to engage into park, he looked down and instantly knew what was wrong, walked out into his shop for a tool, came back and within 2 mins took the little indicator piece out that wasn't lined up correctly and causing the jam. They really know how to do a job right the first time. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my cars. They've been in business for years and you can't see just from my experience, they know what they are doing. Try them out, you won't be disappointed. read more

Advice you all to stay away from those guys, horrible customer service, weird people, they care about money rather than customers, their installation way is terrible. ADVICE YOU ALL TO DO IT WITH TRUSTED PLACES TO HAVE MONEY BACK GUARANTEED, they do tricky ways to avoid paying back if customers are not happy. I drove all way long to get things installed but OMG! Horrible service by Mike. Won't answer or return phone calls if they have to fix their work. If they install a faulty product kiss your money and them good bye! We had a back up camera installed in our Cadillac SRX right after we bought it. He was referred to us by Tustin Cadillac. His partner installed it before they broke up. The first time we had problems with it which was 3+ years ago, Mike admitted it was a faulty camera and "promised" to order and put in a good one. Has never happened!!! That's when he started avoiding us. My husband and I have been calling him and leaving messages and he never answered or returned our calls. We asked the dealership to look at it, they couldn't do anything with it and I had the service manager call him, guess what?!? He answered the phone! So buyer beware with this company!! read more

I have been wanting to install a navigation system, bluetooth, and rear camera for my 2011 TOYO RAV4. I spoke to Mike before about finding the right radio for me. There aren't that many car audio audio shops for cars with people whom take pride and integrity in the work they do. These guys are something special. I found them on yelp. Just to see what kind of job they do, I first had them installed a pair of LED headlights to my car. Watching the technician carefully installing the lights, the harness using protective housings and neatly tucking the hardness away...Etc. It was a clean and professional install done with care as if it was their own car! I was impressed and satisfied with the light installation so I had Mike (shop owner) install an amp and custom make a sub enclosure for my other car. It came out great! The enclosure looks OEM! Took up minimal space in the car and most important of all, since Mike personally tunes the equalizer for you, my little daily driver sounds 1000% better than what I had originally.
