My 2014 BMW 320i is practically a dinosaur when it comes to the built-in tech. Michael and his team installed a Bimmer Tech MMI upgrade that brought Google Maps and other modern conveniences to my Dash Console. His team also wired my third-party dash cam directly into the car's power so I wouldn't have to constantly plug and unplug every time I drove the car. All of the work was done in two business days and I would gladly bring my vehicle back for additional work. read more

Michael is great. He is knowledgeable, skilled and a super nice person to talk with. He was able to help me out on three different issues on two different cars: speaker, touch screen display, and center display panel. Michael is very honest and explains all the options. Michael Thompson, the owner/operator of Method Sound is one of those rare people who perform a service as if they were doing it for themselves. He takes a lot of pride in not just doing a great job, but in making sure that it is better than great. You get what you pay for, and it couldn't be more true when it comes to high end stereo systems. When we first met, he took the time to totally explain everything to me. He showed me the equipment he recommended and had me listen to a couple of systems he already had installed that were in his work area. He even made a little diagram. We spent a good 45 minutes just discussing what I wanted. I was on a waiting list because he runs the shop by himself. Rather than working on a bunch of cars simultaneously, he puts 100% of his focus on whatever vehicle he is working on. We had a minor issue in regards to the agreed upon timeline, but we ironed things out very quickly and I took my truck in late January. 2021. Thorough isn't a good enough word when it comes to how he put in my system. This word isn't used very often in the stereo installation business, but he is a craftsman in every sense of the word. No shortcuts, no cutting corners, no trying to pinch a nickel here and there. Looking at how he installed everything, it's easy to see why he has a four month waiting list for customers. He spent several days working on my truck. Periodically, he would send me pics, and describe to me what he was doing and why. He also called a couple of times to talk to me as well. Super professional. What counts in the end of course is the sound. The music is so full and nuanced. I pick up things in songs I don't remember hearing. Everything sounds awesome. The highs are nice and crisp. The lows are deep and resonant. My system plays music the way it's supposed to be heard. I am very happy. I would definitely recommend Michael Thompson if you are one of those people that enjoys music to the extremes and you don't care too much about cost if you are going to get a system, and a sound out of the system, that you just aren't going to find anywhere else. Method Sound is truly in a class by itself. read more

Michael was fantastic to work with. I have a decade old Honda CR-V which is a fantastic car but loud when driving around. Michael was able to start working on my car quite quickly and he provided photo updates every step of the way as he completely stripped down my car and filling all the major hollow spaces with high quality sound deadening material. After he finished his work, my car looks like it was never touched but driving around it sounds like a luxury car built this year. Michael's work is on the pricier side but when it comes to jobs like this you really do get what you pay for. The sound deadening material was cut and fit perfectly to the panels and empty spaces with painstaking care and attention to detail, and it's a shame that Michael's work may never be seen since it's all beneath the surface. I will absolutely be taking future cars to Michael. read more

Next time I came by I dropped off my car and he has it ready the next day. Everything works flawlessly and has been such a great upgrade to have in an older car. Michael is very detailed in his work and I would say even a perfectionist. From simple upgrades to complete audio transformations he does it all. Did a nice job upgrading my car stereo system. Highly recommend his personalized service.

After a failed DIY carplay experience I decided to stop wasting my time and money and instead leave it to a true professional. Michael did not disappoint. Very easy to work with and very thoughtful - Michael gave all the options as well as his recommendation. The backup camera and carplay install on my 2015 BMW 328i came out perfectly! What a difference. Nice guy as well- Thanks Michael! read more

Michael is a solid guy. I took my car to him to get an aftermarket head-unit installed because he had a perfect 5-star rating. His shop was clean, which is always a good sign. I knew he'd probably treat my project the same way. It took a little bit longer than I expected. It was understandable, though, because this project was a little more tricky than most, but the outcome was great. Really appreciated his authenticity. We ended up having other conversations outside of this project like skating and other things. Cool guy. Definitely recommend him. read more

I was initially referred by my buddy Lucas who had a 4Runner done here a few years back. my sister in Law and I were trying to surprise my little bro before his bday with a great system for his new car. I text my sister with the instructions on maybe a couple options because I've been in sales most of my life and have installed a few sound systems with several different places on different cars throughout my life. Had work that day and Little did I know the HORROR story my sister in law literally came back sharing to me after work that she was CREEPED out. She mentioned to me all he did was press her about some guy we had never heard of or even even met. Michel thought she knew some customer that supposedly did him wrong But she mentioned after the first time to this "Michel" gentleman several times she didn't he still began to make HER my 25 year old sister in law. I don't know because I wasn't there but it made her VERY UNCOMFORTABLE by continuously harassing her about this gentleman she did not know. After being harassed for over an hour. She finally got so irritated she told this "Michel" gentleman that we can take our business somewhere else and he proceeded to apologize over and over. After all this bullshit, I told her I would deal with this moving forward and I had to go to this place myself. Because after sending her to ask for specific 10-12" JBL and what he recommends he sends her a bill like this. Which is this picture above. So my sister a woman, get harassed then also begins to HARASS ME, when I Just wanted to know what we were paying for and when we could do it to surprise my brother in a couple months for his bday but HE ONLY brought up nothing regarding what u came there for. Made ME when I got there uncomfortable the next visit when I proceeded to ask what he quoted my sister in law for. BECAUSE I don't see any names or anything and found it odd that he wouldn't let her keep the bill. ONLY let her take a picture. He made me when questioning him about this made me feel weird and asked me about this and thought to myself. Does he question every customer who reminds him of this guy? When I came in to buy a damn stereo. And was hopen I could have the best do it. Little did I know, I'll never know if this guy service was good because I'll never let him touch my little brother's car. I just got weird vibes and such a weird experience initially I don't even want to go back now. I was going to let him had he contacted me back the next week like he said he would....His customer service was the worst when you consider to him to be thoughtful after how inconsiderate and uncomfortable he made me and my sister in law feel. He said sorry after an HOUR OR MORE OF HARASSING HER. If I'm going to pay somebody 2,000$ to do my brothers 70,000$ car. I'll make sure he never talks to me Like this. Was a very weird way to run a business and the fact that we are giving this guy this much money for a damn service. Really shouldn't matter if we are paying you for your service and have no idea what the hell you continued to bring up some client when this was your first time meeting my sister in law and I. We were here for my brother sir. if we clearly stated the first time we don't know who the hell you are talking about. Everybody has different experiences. Mine was HORRIBLE AND UNCOMFORTABLE AND HE PROBABLY WAS ASHAMED. He hadn't contacted me back because it's dated for the dates they were supposed to do my brothers car. This was back in Beginning of August and it's now Been over a month and a half since overWe first met. I would be ashamed "Michel" of how you treated us. Weird how we were actually referred by a person who had their car done and then had an entire different experience all together is why we haven't heard back from him in so long.. I was going to give him the benefit of the doubt when he said he would get back to us but after the taste he left in my mouth and weeks of marinating on how he treated us. I don't care how good he is. He's a POS. and after he treated my sister in law for just coming in to get a quote was a very weird situation considering this was my first time meeting this guy. Never have I had a stereo guy press me the way he did. Guy is an odd ball. Don't need this guy cutting my brothers brake lines because he thinks he's some FUCKEN guy he's not. Super weird. Fucken weird dude. Good luck to you people out there. Hopefully he doesn't mistake u for this guy he claims EVERYBODY to be. Guy is seeing people. Comes with age. Michel don't treat women like that. Maybe you don't have a sister. But any women you will make uncomfortable. I know it made me and I'm 46 year old man. read more

While I was waiting for Gary at H&A Auto to finish the alignment on my SUV, I went outdoors to stretch my legs and do a few jumping jacks. I noticed Method Sound (MS) right next door. (BTW, it was my first time at H&A and decided to do business with Gary after reading 38+ five stars reviews about it on Yelp!) My initial reaction about MS on Yelp, "What?!! Only two measly reviews? And the most current review was one year ago?? WTF." Then a second, less reactive thought, "Well, the two reviews are both five stars. Hmmm..." (At the time, I did not see 12 other "Filtered" reviews...click the "Filtered" link above description of the business.) After I completed my calisthenics in the parking lot, I walked five steps into MS and was expecting to see display cases filled with stereo products and a kid from MTV behind the counter. Do NOT expect this here. What you will see is a clean, neat, tidy, stereo installation shop. Does MS sell stereo systems, speakers, sub-woofers, high-end radar systems, and other cool gadgets for the audiophiles & car enthusiasts? YES, but you will need to talk with them about your needs so they can advise you accordingly. Immediately after I met Michael T. (owner), I was at ease. Michael is very knowledgeable and passionate about "sound" and about his craft. Best of all, whether your budget is in the $1000's of dollars (not me) or in the $100's of dollars (me), Michael treats you with professionalism, respect, sincerity and honesty. He took the time to advise me and promptly followed up with an email later that evening. Michael completely worked with me to stay within my budget and I ended up with a kick-ass stereo and rear view camera system 48 hours after our initial conversation. I also have to give kudos to Joe who actually did the installation. The job was clean, detail oriented, well thought out and just plain damn good! OK...you get my point. Method Sound is not the typical car stereo sales and installation shop you see littered along shady boulevards - you know what I mean! Michael T. and Joe are the real deal and I was fortunate enough to have them work on my ride. Their quality of service is really topnotch and you will not be disappointed! As most have commented, Michael is amazing. His work is much more along the lines of art instead of car audio. His attention to customer needs and detail in execution are top tier. My request to improve the audio in my LS 460 was met with drawings, graphs, and options. Custom baffles, proper sound deadening, tuning, review, more tuning, etc, etc. Amazing. Michael enjoys what he does and it shows. If your car audio has deficiencies, I'm sure Michael can help. My car sounds amazing now. Only the highest recommendations from me. read more

I stopped by Method Sound without making an appointment to talk to Michel and gain more knowledge about the sound system I wanted installed in my 4runner. Right off the bat Michel was a HUGE help and really took his time explaining and demonstrating what it takes to receive the sound I wanted a long with answering all the questions I had. I ended up spending most of the afternoon with Michael making the perfect plan and I was truly sold on doing business. After I received the finished subwoofer with an insane custom made box and amp, a new head unit with a backup camera and apple car play, bass knob, and sound deadening in the trunk. I was SPEECHLESS..... the attention to detail on literally everything even the things that you don't see like the wires that are tucked very neatly away and hidden from plain sight was perfect and very neatly wrapped. When I came back to pick up my car it was in better condition then it was when I dropped it off. Now the sound of my system was INSANE!! I still to this day have not head a better sounding stereo with good CLEAN bass at any volume you choose. The louder I turn up the volume the better the sound gets. There is not a single thing that I wish could be different or that I wish I could change, Michel gave me EXACTLY what I was looking for. Lastly, the more I hear my friends sound systems that I used to think sounded good, I just fall in love even more with the work Michel did for my 4runner because I know how much better my system sounds. I will definitely be returning back to do more work with Michel and I would 100% suggest that anyone looking for amazing sound DONE THE RIGHT WAY with no short cuts or sloppiness needs to go to Method Sound!! I came to Mike's Shop Method Sound because I was looking for someone good to install my car stereo. My father was a mechanic and he taught me that you need to look for someone who takes care of their tools...because if a mechanic doesn't take care of his tools he probably won't take really good care of your car. Mike's shop is minimal but clean and his tools are well taken care of! Then I noticed that Mike was restoring the interior on a BMW M3...which anyone who knows cars knows that these cars are collectible and worth$$$. I noticed that Mike laid down a cloth on the BMW fender when he worked under the hood...As I got to know Mike...he had many nice cars coming through, and I decided that he was the guy I wanted to do the work. Mike is not cheap. But anyone who has installed car stereos knows the devil is in the details! And little details take extra time and patience. Mike was upfront with all cost and the estimate and did not go over budget. When I got the car back the end result was fantastic. It exceeded my expectations! He also used all top of the line wires and connectors!!! Mike did all the work himself, and that is exactly what I wanted! Most times if you go to a low level shop or a big box shop there is a salesman or manager that is knowledgeable and sells you on a product. But when you go in the back there is a 16 year old kid hacking into your car to "gain experience " and that is not what I wanted. I would just Mike to work on any high end or classic car without hesitation. Just remember you get what you pay for! I now consider Mike at Method Sound a friend, and I can't wait for him to work on my next project! read more

I needed help either repairing or replacing the aftermarket radio that was installed in my car. Michael was very patient listening to the issues I had encountered with my existing system and took his time explaining what work needed to be done, what my options were and helped me decide on the best solution for my situation. Most other places I talked to wouldn't even discuss it with me over the phone or simply told me that it was not a service they provided. He did an excellent job within my budget with a quick turnaround time. Would definitely patronize his business in the future and highly recommend his business. read more

I listen to lots of techno/dance/hard rock and love nightclubs with super high quality sound (e.g. Avalon Hollywood w/ EAW). When I picked up a 2015 M4 with a 16 speaker Harman Kardon I thought, "I just need extra bass and I'm good!" So I took it to a guy in Santa Monica who convinced me to put two 12s in the back. The added bass got me closer to the goal, but the rattling and overall sub-par sound quality annoyed the hell out of me. And it was embarrassing demoing my favorite tracks for friends in the new car - it just sounded like crap. I read the great reviews about Michael & Method Sound and decided to check him out. He was sure I'd get the most bang for my buck by doing 2 things: re-amplifying the already-good BMW front 6s and underseat 8" woofers to fill in the mid-range bass, and sound deadening the entire car to kill the rattling and clean up the sound. At first I'm like, that's it? Just an amp and padding? OK, let's go for it... Got the car back last night. He put 3 hard days of work into it, and holy shit. A WORLD of difference. The bass is punchy, highs are crisp, and even the two 12s now blend in perfectly. It's absolutely crazy to control that much clean power with a little volume knob. As an added bonus, the doors and trunk shut with a cool thwoooop due to new sound deadening material. I still can't believe the existing speakers produce this much clean sound. Just needed to liven 'em up and enclose the car. The final touches included various adjustments e.g. phase switch & BMW equalizer tweaks. Michael is the real deal. His impressive knowledge of sound science and focus on quality install is what clearly separates him vs. the others. It's great working with someone who lives and breathes car audio and has a #1 goal of customer satisfaction, not just loading a car up with "good" equipment. Finally I can listen to all my favorite music and "re-hear" all the great sounds I've been missing! I'll be back - now I'm obsessed. read more

So a few of us took our vehicles here, this place rocks! I did new bright LED's all the way around. They installed a dash cam that syncs to both my iphone and my ipad. My buddy had some HDMI cables installed for his iPad and now has streaming Wi-Fi in his car for the long trips to Mammoth. I highly recommend this place, as you can see they know what they are doing and the owners and installers understand quality. read more

I love my cars almost as much as i love my kids, so when it comes time to do anything to it i am super careful who i would let touch it. Although michael was recommended to me by someone else, when i first spoke to him i could tell that he knew what he was talking about. It's about details and michael will give you all the details without the sales pitch. I spoke to him a few times over the course of a couple of months before i decided to do something and he was always courteous with his time. Needless to say I was very happy with the finished product. He added only a few components to my 07 bmw 530i and the sound was like night and day. That's what happens when you know what your doing. If anyone who wants to upgrade their audio system, should speak to everyone else first then speak to michael. This will let you know the difference. Thanks again michael. read more

I found Method Sound on Yelp and in a few car forums while searching for a high quality installer (not a big box shop) in SoCal. Every review I've seen about Michael's work at Method Sound has been beyond excellent so I decided bring my 2011 Mustang in to see what could be done to improve the stock Shaker 500 system on a budget. I wasn't sure if I'd be taken seriously because I didn't want to do a full system with amps and subwoofers, but Michael was incredibly cool and happy to design a system that sounds excellent and fit my budget. After going through review after review of other car stereo installers, I found Method Sound. I brought my 530i in just to get estimate on how much a subwoofer installation would cost. Not only did I get an estimate but, I also got it done that very same day thanks to Michael. He went above and beyond just to try and help me out even though I'm not a savvy audiophile. He showed me different speakers and amps i could upgrade to and also explained to me what makes the sound better as far as quality parts and overall balance of the sound system. But most importantly of all, I wanted someone who knew what they were doing and do a very clean job of it, that's what Method Sound is all about. No messy wires hanging out, the job Michael did for me was nothing but professional. Even my stock sound system i thought was pretty decent, but this is a whole nother experience. Michaels work speaks for itself, and he is a great person who will take the time to help you out with whatever you need. Ok so I own a 2005 Hyundai Sonata...it came with this radio/CD player/CASSETTE DECK combo thing. I've been using the cassette deck to aux cord for years. Not the best sound, but it does the trick. One day I notice, when I'm playing bohemian rhapsody, that I hear "little low" but no "little high." I realize that my right speaker is out. I am devastated--this is the only redeeming feature of this car. I'm telling you, it's held together by duct tape, zip-ties, and prayer. So I google car stereo places near me, and method sound pops up. I look at the website and see porches and Audi's and bmws but I'm like why not I'll give it a try. I call Michael and tell him about my dire situation, but I tell him about Bessie (that's my Hyundai sontatas name, don't judge) and Michael is like "yeah cool! I work on all different types of cars...and sometimes the lower-priced cars are easier to fix anyway." I'm like cool. I bring in Bessie and Michael does a full sound analysis and discovers it's not my speakers, but my actual radio--if you have any questions about how he discovered this: he turned on the radio and the right speaker worked, but the sound quality was so horrendous I was ashamed of my poor Bessie. So, he quoted me a few different prices, each for the varying quality, size, functionality of each radio. I picked one and it was reasonably priced. He called me about two days later and I dropped her off and he installed it and it was a life-changing moment. I've never had a touchscreen Bluetooth CarPlay anything in my car. I mentioned to him that I had purchased a cheap backup camera and wondered if that could be installed to work on the screen. He said yes--I brought it by and he installed it for another reasonable price, which at the time I thought it was little high of a price, but I trust him. He knows what he's talking about and has that rainman vibe. When I came back by to pick the car up I was early and I saw how extensive the process was to hook up this camera--he had to use his own wire and thread it through my car from the back to the front. He had to take out my back seat entirely to do it. I was like okay I get the price now, it is VERY reasonable. I know this review is very long, but there's more, so hang in there: I finally had a backup camera!! It worked for approx 20 minutes and then when I would backup it would just show a black screen. I think most people would've gotten angry with Michael and assumed he messed up, but I know Bessie, and I actually figured it was her fault somehow, so I texted Michael and he said he'd take a look at it and figure it out. It turns out it was the extremely cheap backup camera I had purchased on Groupon for 10 bucks 3 years ago--the motherboard or something like that was actually fried, like it was BURNED. He replaced my camera, didn't charge me for the labor, and it was awesome. I feel like I have a brand new car that I'm excited to drive!!! Thank you Michael!! So all in all, if you want a sick sound system that's dependable and trust-worthy, reasonable in price and installed by a master, go find Michael. If you want something super cheap, easy, and questionable in quality go somewhere else. Bathroom was clean, too. read more

I've been going to Method for years. Michael has worked on my 7-series and my Prius. The Prius got the full treatment: Big subs in the trunk, sound-deadening in the doors, bass knob, amps, custom tweeters - it was the heaviest Prius of all time. Sold now! He just finished installing front and rear Blackvue cameras on my 7. Super clean install as always. Hid a spare battery in the passenger footwell so that it is out of view. I've had dashcams installed at other shops and the sloppiness was always disappointing. Loose panels, dangling cables - their model is to get it in and out as quickly as possible. I go to Michael because he cares about the outcome as much as I do, and is just as much of a perfectionist as me - coupled with unparalleled technical expertise. Very happy, thanks Michael! read more

I took my pick up truck to Michael at Method Sound because the other company in Costa Mesa that originally installed my system did a lousy job. They were cheaper but it ended up costing me much more by trying them first. I took my truck to Michael and he simply asked what it was I wanted to accomplish and why was I unhappy with the first atttempt at having the system installed. He listened well and took the time to explain the details of what went wrong and how he was going to correct it. He never tried to upsell me or push something on me that I didn't want. He was very professional with his approach which earned a lot of credibility in my mind. Michael charged slightly more than the first company but the quality of his services and professionalism were 10 times better. He corrected the work, changed out some wiring, fine tuned everything in great depth, and did some extra work that the first company promised to do but never completed. I now have the system I wanted and I'm very happy with his work. I would highly recommend Michael at Method Sound for any car stereo installation or advice. read more

So after doing research and PLENTY of research mind you...(BACKGROUND, IM very educated. College and All-state football player. Martial Arts. Psychology is what I went to school for. I USUALLY have judge of PEOPLE!) MIKE was kinda sketchy from the start! & AFTER talking to this guy Mike several times. I bumped into method sound because I lived at CAMDEN Martinique at the time across from the shop and I read nothing but great reviews. I should known he was a scam when I called 6 months earlier... I told this guy what my budget was initially... HE NOT ONLY quoted me way more than what I budgeted. HE THEN TELLS ME TO "save up more AND CALL HIM THEN!" and he tried to explain how his "work is amazing and so on and so forth because of his wiring and how he makes sure that he makes the frequencies the best with the speakers!" BOGUS!!! When I already have BOZE speakers In my FULLY LOADED 2013 G37! How the dice rolled, WAS WHEN I ended coming back 6 months later and TRUSTING MIKE!! THINKING HE WAS ETHICAL LIKE ME!!! HE NOT ONLY QUOTES ME WAY HIGHER!! 6 months later! BUT THEN SAYS HE WOULD CUT ME A DEAL BECAUSE HE WAS SHORT ON FUNDS AND MATERIALS for a job he is currently working on and we could book a date a few months later..... which I found odd.... ‍ but he said "its PERFECT timing" this guy 1500$ cash UP FRONT Months early! HE THEN SAID "IVE NEVER CUT ANYBODY A DEAL LIKE THAT BEFORE!!!" LMAO I grew up in the hood of NORTH Las Vegas!! I should have known right THERE! MY GUT TOLD ME! "DONT HAND THIS GUY 1500$ Right now..." so I AGAIN, TRUSTED HIM.... ASSUMING HE MAY HAVE MY THE CUSTOMERS best interest in mind. NOPE! MIKE, why did you quote me higher when I told you what my budget was FIRST!!! Cuz he wanted MORE $$!! HE UNFORTUNATELY didn't remember what HE quoted me 6 months prior! SO...I have MIKE INSTALL IT ON my bday months later because he was soooooo booked. He installs it. I LOVE IT..... don't know much about speakers though. UNTIL NOW. I then, even explained to this guy that I am a licensed loan officer and licensed financial advisor here in CA and I'm originally from Vegas so I don't trust people...he had an answer for It all. LOL I WILL give it to this clown. MIKE.... on my BDAY.... which was thanksgiving 11/27/16 and I thought I got a deal!!! IRONICALLY how my life is. And my luck which IS USUALLY GREAT WHICH IS WHY IM GETTING A WAY BETTER SYSTEM FOR 1000$!!!! He ALSO has no idea who I know... 1 of my closest friends here in CA IS the GM of INFINITI DEALERSHIP. I'm over at his house today and he is showing me his CARS & what he has spent on his system which is the exact same car as mine. G37 older year. FAR LESS!!! Also has a Q60 2017 and he says I got RIPPED OFF. Said a guy at the dealership could have done a mold FOR 2 10's with separated chambers for the speakers LIKE HE HAS ON HIS G37 now!!!!!! Cost him 150$!!!! And this guy charged me 500$ for a "custom mold 3 8's box" on paper!! and my buddy begins to tell me that MY BOX & subs dont even have separated chamber boxes for each sub because so when you PRESS ONE SPEAKER DOWN THEY ALL MOVE the same time!!!! MEANING: IF one of them ever blew I wouldn't ever know because the all 3 move at same time! WOW! My buddy then begins to ask me what I paid for the amp and SUBS... IS ASTONISHED AS AM I... that I paid 400$ for an off brand piece of crap 650 watt amp!! MIKES cheesy ass 8" sub speakers that HE had laying his garage! said he would CUT ME A DEAL ON THOSE SPEAKERS 33$ each AS WELL WHICH WOULD BETWEEN MY BUDGET AS WELL. But I tThe numbers never made sense! My buddy begins to tell me he spent 150$ on 2 10 inch alpines Brand A LITTLE more than what I paid for his shitty speakers. I HOPE everybody reads this! Please do your research! Plenty of people who do WAY BETTER WORK FOR FAR LESS $ WHO HAVE YOUR BEST INTEREST IN MIND!! NOW, I'm gonna spend another 1000$ SO IT THUMPS!! WHEN HE COULD HAVE DONE THIS HIMSELF. BOTTOM LINE!!HE PUT A BUNCH OF NUMBERS ON PAPER. SCAM! Pencil whipped me. I did him a favor NOT writing this sooner!! After talking To him AGAIN, night and day difference of once the work is done...he proceeded to argue with me as if it was my fault when he LED ME TO BELIEVE THATS ALL WE COULD. He said it was "impossible THEN" and asked NOW and he tried to say it was my budget. This guy is predatory & unethical! ASTOUNDED at how he had the audacity to pretend like IT WAS MY FAULT, or like I'm wrong! Yelled at me like I was the problem when I'm simply unhappy with the fact that HE LIED! Had you "MIKE" PRESENTED THE IDEA OR SAID IT WOULD COST MORE I WOULD PAY. MIKE TOOK advantage of ME BECAUSE i didn't know!! Never had a worst experience my life! Guy is just a piece of shit and asshole! Fuck YOU Mike. -AREY read more
