My most recent issue was that my desktop computer was not connecting to the internet. James, the service rep, came to our home and tried to fix the problem there, but when that didn't work, he took the computer back to the shop, tested it there, and found that my computer connected without any problem at the shop. The computer was brought back to my house, and James was able to connect my computer to the internet without a problem. In total, I was without my computer for only one day, and I was charged only $45.00, which also included a reconfiguration of our wireless network and wireless devices. I would highly recommend Fountain Hills Computer Services (and James, the service rep) for your computer problem needs!

They were timely in scheduling the appointment, although they were not available for almost a week. Come appointment time, the guys showed up right on time, were very professional and worked diligently throughout the time. Labor was for both for two hours each. Ended up being a little over $500, with 10% discount given as a new customer. So far everything works great and the area is vastly cleaned up of unnecessary parts and wires that had been original to the wiring box. Again, very professional, courteous and diligent. Very happy with the end product. It was a project that I had wanted to have done for years.

OR you message them and they don't even call or text back. With this last set of problems I first text them on May 4th. Then the problems have gotten worse and worse and now the whole system is not working. We try to reset, doesn't work. Then we call cox because they like to blame everything on cox, that doesn't work. Then when we are upset that it took almost a month for them to call back, they say I know you are upset and you're taking it out on me! Uuuuuhhhhhh yeah!!! I'm taking it out on you because you don't answer the phone, you don't answer texts, and then when we do finally track you down it's going to be 2 weeks before we get someone out to look at it! I have 2 businesses that I run from my home and 2 weeks is a long time to be out of business!!! Hire more people so you can live up to what you are selling people!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Attached are the communications the last few times we have needed assistance. Sometimes you are communicated with and sometimes not! Use someone else that has better customer service, that doesn't put the blame on you!

I did my research and was on board with his suggestion of a wireless Sonos system, especially after Zak dropped by and let us demo one of the speakers. Zak was awesome and way more personable than you would expect of someone who might want to just get the job done and leave. He was on point every step of the way, chatting and joking with us, while he mounted our TV + PlayBar (that were meticulously centered with our room dimensions) and made sure he showed us everything we needed to know in order to run the Sonos App on our phones.
