I typically don't take the time to make these reviews however, I want customers to be aware of the quality they may receive from this dealership. I worked with the dealer for 2 years and most of my experience was so so until this happened (refer to photograph). In regards to repairs the dealer did do the warranty work however it only came after months of inquiry. I was told they would call me once they had the parts in from recall but was never called. Then I called in and was told there is a waiting list for the recalled part. After waiting months again for a call that parts were in I call in again to have the work done and also have my cars rumbling looked into. I inform the service department i believe my wheels were out of balance. They suggested the alignment be fixed to which I replied the alignment is fine. Take the car in and they assess that the front breaks need to be replaced (which was correct) and they still do an alignment. The alignment actually made my cars alignment out of balance and the car still rumbled. More importantly this scratch appears on my car. I called in immediately once I got home (as its fairly awkward to show a dealership you don't trust them but eyeballing your car prior to leaving) to which I was told to bring it in. They looked at it and said they might not be able to see that damage if it was on the car prior to me bringing it in but would review their 360 cameras. I waited a few days for a response and called in for a status update. I was told that they needed the managers permission to review the camera footage waited a few more days and called in and left a message. No responses for months now. This problem is the worst of many smaller issues that a customer of a "luxury" car brand shouldn't have to experience especially when paying the labor rates they charge. I don't need some email from a "manager" saying we're very sorry because if they were sorry for scratching my car they would have fixed it. Or at the very least responded to my initial inquiry and said "we are sorry about your car but you left the lot and any damage from that point could have come from you". I just want people looking to buy or service Audis to get the service they deserve.

This is the worst deal I have ever made. I purchase a 2014 Dodge Durango Citadel for $25413 (1C4RDJEG8EC537292) from Robert Ouellette @ Audi of Stratham. Robert prised this vehicle to be very clean and fault free. The vehicle had series of damages: 1) All 4 Wheels are completely oxidized 2) Hail damages on hood and roof 3) Front bumper paint damage. I purchased this vehicle unseen from Germany, out of trust. This is definitely unfair. This was fraud. The vehicle I was surpose to be driving has been out for repair since almost 2 weeks. If I could lay my hands on Robert with the anger in me, I guess I will regret my actions thereafter. Robert is wicked. 1 star is too much for this fraudulent act. read more

Place is a joke, i would give it -5 stars if I could.. it was a great place at first . But now I will go OUT OF MY WAY to make sure NO ONE EVER goes here ! EVER! First of all I had a scheduled appointment. ( it was confirmed by txtAND phone call the day before) I get to the dealershit and of course they can't do shit for me. No loaner cars on Friday?! (I have had a loaner on Fridays 3 other times with no problem or issue AT ALL because of hectic work schedule ) $138 for just a diagnostic ?!??! ( I have had FREEE diagnostic for my check engine light at least 6 times ) So I drove my high-risk EXTREMELY unsafe car 2 hrs there and 2 hrs back FOR absolutely NOTHING!! Wow.. I am going out of my way to rate this on every single platform I can. I will also be sure to let my 7,000+ followers know this INFO as well. BUYER, BE SO AWARE... I purchased a certified vehicle from Audi Stratham (AS) late in 2016 and paid a premium of between 12 and 20 per cent for the comfort that comes from owning a certified vehicle. It took me years to save for this car. About a year later, I tried to trade the car to purchase a first car for my son. The dealer that I was dealing with told me that the Audi had "obviously" been in an accident. (A fact confirmed by a CarFax that was ordered and was dated after the one provided by AS.) Couldn't do the trade because the car was now valued thousands of dollars less that it should have been, and despite the fact that I had put only 4,000 miles on the car since the purchase from AS. Contacted AS. Asked for the difference in dollars that represented the premium paid for the certified vehicle status. Did not ask to return the car or any other consideration. Per AS - "Not our problem. You need to chase Carfax." Really? If a consumer cannot count on both the expertise and basic goodness of AS management, it calls into question how AS tries to position itself in the market place (i.e., a trusted partner). Short version - think twice about dealing with these folks. read more

This place is an ABSOLUTE JOKE... if you're looking for a car at the same price point go across the street to BMW or Mercedes... they consistently give horrendous customer service... read more

We had an awful experience at Audi at stratham, the customer service was horrendous. No one returns your phone calls. We are In the process of disputing a charge for our additional over mileage on my leased vehicle.that we had been given a good faith letter from an employee (no longer working there) I am contacting corporate Audi with hope that our experience is not perpetuated .I loved the car, even considered buying out the lease but we couldn't even get the sales manager to talk with us.We would never recommend this dealership. I have 3 Audis and 2 of them purchased at this dealership. My recent experience with the service department has me thinking that it's worth it to buy a different make car to avoid using this service department. ( I will get a Mercedes instead and I'm ready for a new car anyway.) So my displeasure came ten days ago when I went in for service. First, no one told me over the phone they had moved their location for renovations. How hard is that to say? So when I arrived I had to drive around looking for where they were. The sign with their new address had blown half- way down covering the address. But still, they could have warned me over the phone. Then when I arrived they said I had a recall that would take 3 to 4 hours over what I came in for. They did not have any loaner cars. I had already arranged a ride to pick up my car at noon but now it would take all day. When I called to ask for an appointment I asked what I needed and they didn't say that then. Then when I came at 5:30 pm to pick up the car (they close at 6pm) the service rep was leaving for home and said my car was just being washed and someone would get me. Ok, I sat in the waiting room. At 5:57 (3 minutes to close) I went to the service desk wondering why it was taking so long to get my car and the service attendant (who I had listened to for 20 minutes goofing around with fellow co-workers) said "oh" and grabbed my file and keys which was right in front of him and said he didn't know I was waiting. I said "what did you think I was sitting there all this time for?" and he said he thought I was waiting for sales. So... I was not too pleased at the half hour waiting for nothing. I noticed on my receipt that my email address is 8 years old and my phone number is no longer used. Nobody asks if your information is still current. SLOPPY! I called the manager to complain 2 days later and surprise!...no return phone call. And I did not say I was complaining when I called. read more

I had an amazing experience. I knew going in that they were going to need to do a lot to help me close a deal based on the limited equity in my trade. I ended up with an amazing car with way more features than I anticipated. Everyone that I met and worked with treated me with respect and went above and beyond to close the deal. I'll return to their sales department again in the future for sure. read more

Been there two times now, both times got quoted a higher price than the job actually was. I questioned the cost both times and got the run around and then a different price. Not sure how I can "trust" that a third visit will be different. Very disappointed and shocked. I left a messages for the manager and her assistant called me back. I'm not sure much can be done at this point. Sadly, you only get one chance to make a first impression. Definitely will not ever service my car there again. read more

Purchased a 2018 Audi Q5 on February 10th. The car needed major frame repairs to the front end less than a week into our ownership. (Repairs had to made more than once for this issue and no explanation could be made as to why this would occur on a 2018 vehicle.) They fixed the frame and then the alignment was way off when we picked it up, back in for service. In addition, the rear camera works intermittently, it sounds alarms when nothing is in the way and now the car is occasionally making a metal on metal crunching noise from the rear when put in reverse, leading us to believe that the entire frame of this vehicle is problematic. (It sounds like we've hit something each time it happens.) In addition, on a recent trip to Vermont, the car had to be pulled over onto a narrow cliffside TWICE to let other cars pass us as it could not auto shift gears or let us shift gears manually while descending two declines on the state highway. We had to come to complete stops to rest the engine. The car is in the shop again today. In total, Audi will have serviced my 2018 Q5 at least 7 times since its purchase only 5 months ago. And although the employees have been very nice and we've appreciated the loaner vehicles they provide while ours is in repair, it's quite clear that the car they sold has concerning issues. read more

VW is buying back my 2013 Passat TDI so I was shopping for a replacement. Stopped into Audi Stratham on a Tuesday afternoon about 2:20 PM on November 15th to check out an A4. I walked around the showroom floor for about 5 minutes then sat at an empty salesman's desk for another 5 minutes and nobody so much as acknowledged my existence.... suffice it to say I walked out and won't be back. read more

The mechanic and finance guy were good. Everyone else is useless. The salesperson couldn't answer any questions about the car that didn't have answers on the Carfax report. The person who said they would call my wife back with a date of service has not done so (at least for a week, we'll see if she gets a call after this public statement). We bought a certified pre-owned vehicle less than 4,000 miles ago. It has since had multiple things go wrong with it (heating/cooling, brakes, and engine noises so far). After calling and emailing without a response, we have decided to take it elsewhere. We most certainly will not be recommending or repeating business here. We regret purchasing our vehicle from this establishment. read more

I was interested in a Q5 and asked for an online quote and never heard back. so, I reached out to them via email and the sales coordinator who responded via email asked "if I have an Audi in our household and if not, what other vehicles do I have". I was appalled by this question as I have no idea why they care about what vehicles I own. I still went ahead and responded that I owned a honda and never heard back from them. Very rude and extremely unprofessional. Seems like they cater only to folks who already own a luxury vehicle. I went ahead with Audi Nashua where the service is way better. read more

Avoid at all costs. Staff is incompetent and management is unhelpful and unresponsive. Found out my headlight was out two days after buying. They didn't care. They had over a week to plan how to deliver my car after I purchased and they waited until the last minute to even begin. So unprofessional. We purchased our A5 from them last December and had a great experience, the salesman Groves was great and the Sales Manager Eric was awesome. So when my daughter decided she wanted an A3 I said lets go back to Stratham. Huge mistake, the salesman that helped us had virtually no knowledge of the A3, and it seemed like they did not want to sell us a car. When we purchased our A5 Groves brought me right into the managers office and we crunched numbers and they fought hard to earn our business. This time a manager did not even talk to us. Very disappointed this time. Purchased from other dealership the next day. Thought I would share this in hopes that they can get back to the A team they were last year! read more

Summary * 4 or 5 stars to the salesman. He was helpful, caring and seemed very interested in offering us a positive purchase experience. It would be easy to recommend Audi Stratham based on this experience. 3 or 4 stars to the finance mgr. He was personable and likeable, however worked very hard to get us to purchase add ons to the purchase (service related mostly). It seemed to me that there must have been somewhat of a significant commission on these add-ons. I also expect that this person truly felt that the add-ons were advantageous to the consumer. 2 stars max for the service reception * For the first time in my many years of purchasing vehicles (30 yrs+), I was 'floored' by the attitude of the person checking in my vehicle for service. He seemed to be taking out a significant amount of frustration on me, the paying customer. Once I 'called him out' on his attitude, he did seem to settle down and became much more professional. And, to be fair to the dealership, my vehicle is still there being serviced and I have not accessed the quality of service or final servicing checkout. So... got a phone call from the service rep this afternoon. He was extremely apologetic. I received it as being genuine and accept the fact that we all 'have bad days'. So be it. I've had 5 Audis in 20 years and all serviced at Audi Stratham. They used to be OK, but now, they've become my worst nightmare. I heard 3 GMs in the last 6 months (unconfirmed). They offered me a trade in on my Q7 that's almost $10,000 less than another dealer in NH. It took me over 3 months to get them to bother to even give me a trade in estimate. The other Audi dealer did it with my first call in under an hour (with me filling out a detailed report on my car. Briliant). But at Audi Stratham, neither service or sales (new or used) can get the job done to my satisfaction. Service hardly ever answers the phone during business hours, and voicemail says they'll always get back to you in 15 minutes. Not true. I've waited a whole day, or more. They have "fixed" my car a few times, including last week, and sent it back to me after 3 days in the shop, and the next day it had the same issue (not starting up). I had my car towed there a 2nd time and they had it a whole day without even calling me to tell me they had it, or give me a timeframe to fix it. They are always out of loaner cars, so I"m left without wheels. One service rep says he'll find the guy who's dealing with your car and get you answers, then they switch you back to another person. A constant cat and mouse game. No answers. No results. Find another place to service your Audi if you can. read more

Within weeks of owning the vehicle, I was forced to pay $1,410.24 out-of-pocket for repairs--this included replacing the 12V auxiliary battery, fixing suspension issues that caused noticeable clicking noises during driving, and replacing both the cabin and HEPA filters. These are not minor wear-and-tear items and, in my view, should have been identified during a proper pre-sale inspection. Tesla's diagnostic report noted that the 12V battery was near the end of its life, something detectable through standard offboard diagnostics. The suspension issue--caused by dry half shafts--resulted in a $760 repair. This was a very obvious mechanical problem, and it's deeply concerning that it wasn't caught before sale, especially since Ira Pre-Owned claimed the suspension and shocks met NH state inspection standards. While I understand that I purchased the vehicle "as-is," I expected a reasonable level of diligence, especially from a dealership that confidently resold my clean, certified BMW trade-in. To their credit, the dealership acknowledged the filter concerns and provided a discount for those. ( $100 dollars that I never got) But the larger, more critical mechanical issues were overlooked--and I'm now left footing the bill. I've reached out privately with the full Tesla invoice and am hoping the dealership will take another look at the situation. I believe a fair resolution is still possible, but as of now, I would caution others to be extremely thorough when buying from Ira Pre-Owned.

After a few phone calls, Tim Foss called me back and cleared up the confusion and agreed to cover all of the repair expense! I only buy from Foss because of stellar service like this. They truly are the best to buy from and have your vehicles maintained with. I did all my own work for years because I dont trust most mechanics to be fair and honest with pricing. Foss has always gone above and beyond and I would not bring any vehicle whether I bought it from them or not to anyone but them.

Most recently I booked a service and reserved a loaner vehicle after receiving an emailed coupon for a discount to return. I decided to give them one more chance. I showed up 10 minutes early and was told that they don't do loaner vehicles for the two services I booked. My reservation confirmation showed a loaner vehicle but they refused to give me one, so I had to take my car and leave to make some work meetings. No one called or emailed me to say that they don't do loaner vehicles for the type of service I booked so I could come prepared to do work on site while waiting. And I've 1000% had a loaner vehicle for that kind of service before. I drove 30 minutes each way to have such a poor experience and wasted a significant portion of my valuable morning. They have lost me as a customer and as someone who's vehicle is 8+ years old, I will likely be in the market for a new vehicle soon and will absolutely not consider this dealership when it comes time to look.

I would like to start by saying I do not make it a habit of writing poor reviews or complaining about service or a business as I am a District Manager and always try to service my customer with RAVING FAN service. I was so floored by the way my wife and I were handled at Audi Stratham in Stratham, NH that I have to tell as many people as possible. I am still upset at the way we were treated. The short version: My wife and I have bought many cars and have always had GREAT sales service when doing so! I have recently had experienced amazing service from Joe at Ira Lexus, Rob at Hollaway mercedes, Cliff at Merrimack St Volvo and just last week, Kathleen at Audi of Nashua, NH. So I was expecting the same great experience at Audi in Stratham, NH since premium dealerships always pride themselves in great service... Well, that was not the case at Audi Stratham, NH. I walked into the showroom and was greeted by jeremy (who was in a rush cause they were so busy)... You know, he made it sound like those car commercials you see on TV with all the people in the showroom fighting for a car, but there were only a few people there with 3 sales people? Anyway, I asked to test drive an SUV that happens to be in high demand (audi Q5) and he proceeded to tell me how the car was almost sold, bla bla bla... So far so good, nothing out of the ordinary if you like pompous high energy salesmen (which I don't)...Anyway, jeremy got me into the SUV in record time which was fine. We tested the SUV and came back 15 mins later. Here is where the poor service starts. We get out of the SUV and another salesman, who is with another couple, charges at me with a very angry look and said "give me the key" in an angry tone. I handed him the key and went to see Jeremy, however he left a sour taste. Why was he mad at me? Did i take too long? Did jeremy take the key from him? Who knows? One thing I do know is you don't take your tone out on the customer, that's for sure! The SUV was stickered at $44,100 and it booked for $39,000 (fair market value) with all the same options and miles (it was a new car). Audi nashua had the same car with the same miles etc... except for a Nav system and they were selling it for $37,000... So I offered jeremy $40,000 which is a fair starting point. What does he do...you would think he would work with me as I was prepared to meet him halfway, which is still over priced... Well, no! He laughs and says $500 off is the best he can do, which is nuts. Way over priced for a 2011 Audi Q5 2.0 motor.... Its worth $39,000 to $40,000 tops! Then jeremy decides to get another salesman into the action to mock my offer rather than negotiating with me??? Are you kidding me? Aweful! If one of my managers or sales staff did that they would be out the door or on corrective actions. He made me feel aweful while they both got a laugh at my expense. As I left shortly after feeling embarrassed by his antics, he pokes his head out and makes it a point to comment on my tire and rim on my car which hit a curb and lost a small piece of rubber. I was fully prepared to purchase that car! safe to say, I will only deal with Audi of Nashua or an Audi dealer in MA going forward, even if it means I have to wait for a Q5 with a nav system. Please do yourself a favour and stay away from this dealer as the staff there that I delt with (except for John savard, who answers the phone. he was super nice) was nasty, mean, rude, crass and condesending...There are many Audi dealers in MA and NH that would love to sell you a car. I will be posting this on Facebook, Myspace and spreading the word as this was the worst feeling I ever had after a shopping trip of any kind! read more

I'm surprised to see the negative reviews for this dealership. I special ordered my A5 cabriolet in December 2018 and took delivery in March 2019. The car is absolutely a pleasure in every way. I worked with Nick and early on challenged him to prove the A5 cab was better than BMW 4 series and Mercedes cab. He did such a good job that I decided to visit and take a test drive. Nick applied zero pressure, simply allowed me to check it all out and answered questions directly and factually. When it came to negotiate the deal, of course he did the right job by offering a small discount. But when I made my counter offer and explained I was ready to buy today, the sales manager and Nick worked together with me (no back room bullshit). We came to a balanced and reasonable agreement. Work with Nick. He's young, he's easy going, he's confident with his products and knowledgeable. I'll buy from him again in the future, no question. As for the service department, they have also been great. I haven't had any issues, just normal maintenance. They have picked my car up and left a loaner (schedule ahead) the time I couldn't break free to drop it off. They call to let me know the details of what they recommend (dirt roads cause alignment issues, they caught initial wear issues early). Get an Audi. Talk to Nick. Enjoy the experience. read more

The first couple times I went there they were absolutely great (great enough to leave a good review !) and then I go back and have to MISS WORK! and drive 2 hours out of my way to get there and 2 hours back as well. And the great amazing thing is they didn't have me in their schedule ! After I got text confirmation AND CONFIRMED THE DAY BEFORE ! This place is a scam and they LIE! I'm not the only one that says that they lie either !! They said that they don't give loaners out on FRIDAYS EVEN THOUGH I HAVE DONE IT AT LEAST 4 times previously without a problem AT ALL because it FITS MY SCHEDULE !!! And now all of a sudden they don't do that ?!? OH IM SORRY I INCONVENIENCED YOU WITH MY THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS OF WORK THAT YOU ARE DOING TO MY CAR !! I did let this dealershit know I would be writing a review AND CONTACTING AUDI themselves!! Please I BEG YOU !! DO NOT GO THERE ! Plus I WONT EVEN GO INTO WHAT THEY DID TO MY CAR LAST TIME ! Can't say enough good things about Rich Candela and Rich McNeil at this dealership. Went through a completely smooth and effortless purchase this past weekend. Received fair value for our trade-in that required about 10 minutes of negotiation and also obtained a further-discounted price on our used vehicle when it originally came in a little over our budget. Found the vehicle that we wanted online and went in with an idea of how much we wanted to spend and how much we wanted for our trade-in. Got both so what more could we ask for? No BS, no up-selling, and when we needed a little more, they gave a little more. And i've flat out walked out of dealerships before. Really refreshing to feel like I was making an honest transaction with honest people. In the 25 years I have shopped for and purchased/leased new vehicles from various dealerships, I have never been treated as professionally as I was by Audi Stratham. My salesman, Robert Ouellete, helped complete the transaction on his day off. Robert was readily accessible throughout the purchasing process and responded to all of my emails/texts in a timely manner. I would recommend Robert to anyone who is interested in purchasing an Audi. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would give Robert an 11 for his professionalism and willingness to sacrifice his day off to help get the car registered and prepared for delivery. In a time when customer service is non-existent, Robert and the Audi Stratham team went above and beyond to make my experience noteworthy enough to actually write a review on Yelp. **Update** Robert is personally delivering the new vehicle to my home. Place is a joke, i would give it -5 stars if I could.. it was a great place at first . But now I will go OUT OF MY WAY to make sure NO ONE EVER goes here ! EVER! First of all I had a scheduled appointment. ( it was confirmed by txtAND phone call the day before) I get to the dealershit and of course they can't do shit for me. No loaner cars on Friday?! (I have had a loaner on Fridays 3 other times with no problem or issue AT ALL because of hectic work schedule ) $138 for just a diagnostic ?!??! ( I have had Free diagnostics for check engine light at least 6 times ) So I drove my high-risk EXTREMELY unsafe car 2 hrs there and 2 hrs back FOR absolutely NOTHING!! Wow.. I am going out of my way to rate this on every single platform I can. I will also be sure to let my 7,000++ followers know this INFO as well. Last Friday we stopped by Stratham Audi on a whim to just look around, we had no plans to purchase until Fall. I always dread the car-buying experience for obvious reasons and figured this was a good chance to shop without pressure. We were quickly helped by Tyler Hibbard who was super friendly and helpful in every way, he understood our position and there was no pressure to buy. We decided shortly into the conversation that this dealership already earned our future business based on the way they treat customers, and less than 1 hour later we happily made the unexpected purchase - sometimes things just work out perfectly and we are so grateful to Tyler, his manager Rick and Xan Peterson for their help in getting us a fair and fantastic deal for a car we absolutely love. We were on vacation visiting Portsmouth when the 'check engine' light came on. I drove to this dealer about 4:15 pm, they took me in right away after I told them we were on vacation and heading back to Ohio. It turned out the thermostat sensor was having a fault code. Now, they could have scheduled an appointment and I would have had to have stayed maybe another night; but they reset the code and assured me it was okay - as long as I brought her in to my local dealer -ASAP. When I got home I did two things, got her in the shop and bought a Thank You card. I was so impressed with the over the top customer service I put in a few bucks - to buy pizza's for the folks in the work bays. I wish to share my experience with Audi Stratham. I recently purchased a low mileage 2015 A3. The vehicle is an exemplar of outstanding automotive engineering and is the best handling car that I have owned. There were a few issues that the dealership rectified. My service experience was beyond exceptional. The Customer Service Consultant, Mr. Blum, was expeditiously, very responsive to my requests and addressed them in a supportive manner. In fact, the General Manager, Mr. Hovsepian, was involved and addressed my concerns beyond my expectations. My experience with Audi Stratham was remarkable and sets a high standard for customer care and responsiveness. Six out of five stars for this dealership are in order. I am a customer for life. I'm enjoying my new car. Rob Ouellette was an excellent salesperson - very knowledgeable about the different models and features. I appreciated that he gave me his honest opinions about the various cars i had an interest in. I felt as though I was being guided by someone that had no anterior motive other than to give me as much information as possible so i made a decision I'd be happy with. Rob was also excellent with teaching me how to use the really cool technology in the car. Rich, the used car manager, is also very passionate about what he does. Where do I began, well I will start with the huge inconvenience they are to me and how they treated me was unacceptable!! But what can you do. I'm just letting God take control and letting all my friends and Fam know that this place lies to you and they overcharge you.. it's really sad too. Had an appointment and they wanted nothing to do with it !! I also drove 4 hours total with my car not being able to go over 50 !! It was shaking and rumbling and VERY UNSAFE ! Bought a used A3 from this dealer at the end of summer. The salesman Wayne really earned the sale as it was an extremely hot day and I tried a few different cars, making him follow me around in the heat. Really great guy to deal with and others were helpful too. One of the wheels was scraped up from the previous owner and I asked if they could replace it. They not only replaced that one, they gave me 4 undamaged wheels and brand new tires. And I'm really happy with the car. read more
