Well. I've had better. Dan knows his stuff bit is used to clients needing him. After your team confirmed my appointment 4 times, I was in the showroom and was told Dan would be 30 to 40 minutes late. No one else had my info. It was a joke. Finally Daniel let me drive a similar car. Dan finally showed up. They eventually showed me a car that I like but, I had another appointment. Dan sent me pricing. And, I WAS considering your Audi. In an effort to pressure me he said I have to buy by tomorrow. Well I'm working in DC and that isn't happening. So I'll buy or Lease something from someone else. I'm disappointed by Walters Audi. Clearly my business does not matter so I will go elsewhere. read more

Arrived first thing am. I am the only car in que for service. Service manager grumbles that I have no "appointment" but she'll accommodate me. She also notes that I requested an oil change and check engine light diagnostic. Fundamental service at any modern auto service operation and also part of "promo offer". She then allows that I can have done on coupon but it will be another $100 to update the car's computer. Also it will be another $200 to plug in diagnostic computer plus of course the cost to right any indicated malfunctions. Furthermore the $200 diagnostic fee will be due regardless of outcome. Walter's service policies in this case mean that management demands $300 to just determine how much they intend to charge for the actual work. I intend to return to an independent qualified mechanic for maintainence and diagnostics. Evidently this Audi dealer needs customers to bear the freight of excessive middle management. read more

Don't expect the sales person to spend more time with you than is necessary to close the sale. As soon as that is done he goes to the next customer and no one else takes the time to get you comfortable and really familiar with your car's features before you drive off the lot. We had about 10 minutes of overview about the car. If you've never used some of the features of a new car before, it can be confusing. My experience in the past with other car dealers is that they do more to help you get set up with those technology features after the sale. While I like my car, and I feel like the deal was okay, I will certainly never recommend this dealer to anyone. read more

We took our new Audi Q5 in for a minor recall. While there we asked if the paintless dent tech could look at a dent on the wheel well right on the crease line. I had sent pictures to some techs and was told they either couldn't do it or wouldn't get it 100 percent out. I was really bummed because the car is brand new. After getting the recall done we went to pick it up and check the work on the dent. I actually looked at the wheel well then went to check the license plate. Yep that's how good of a job they did. I never expected it to be done this well-You cannot detect a thing. Can't say enough about the tech-I wish I had met him/her and was able to thank him/her personally!!! read more

I really don't care for this dealer. I think they really took advantage of me. Not giving me a good trade in value, selling me an outrageously priced warranty as well as the gap insurance. I am in a situation I cannot get out of because i am so currently upside down, there is no light at the end of the tunnel. Maybe I made a rash decision, but other dealers would have explained exactly what I was getting into. Walters Audi did NOT. I took my car to Walters Audi for a oil change service when I first purchased my (used) Audi. When going to a different audi dealership, DCH audi in Oxnard, I was informed that an important part of my oil filter was missing and I would need to purchase a new one ($180). I asked how would it go missing, and was informed that it would be from the previous oil change (at Walters Audi). Now one of three things could have happened: 1- It was missing to begin with and Walters Audi failed to mention the "important missing part", 2- Walters Audi failed to properly secure the "important part" and it fell off on the road somewhere, or 3- Walters Audi lost the part and failed to bring it to my attention. However, that doesn't warrant the 1-star rating I gave (at least in my opinion). What drops it to the 1-Star is that I called inquiring about it and they informed me that they needed to talk to their manager and they would get back to me. One month later I called again, and the lady apologized for the previous person and said that they would talk to a manager and get back to me. A few months later I throw in the towel and give up. They win, I'll just give them this review and walk away, never to return to their less than par service department Update: Congratulations David Butler! You figured out who I was and contacted me. However, just like the previous service people, you have ghosted me. Thank you for that. Now, after asking DCH Audi in Oxnard what the heck they were talking about (it wasn't entirely clear in the service receipts), they explained to me that it was the piece that goes down the center of the filter to keep it in place (which I think is more important than a valve stem cap for your tire as you so elegantly explained to me). That piece doesn't come by itself which is why they had to replace the whole cap (the one you said the car wouldn't run with for more than a few seconds). I wish I could come here to raise my score on this place but alas I cannot. read more

I got great service at Walter's Audi. My salesperson, Todd, was friendly and knowledgeable without being to pushy. I wasn't expecting to leave with a car that day, but I did and it's beautiful. It turned out that only one key fob had been programmed correctly, so I had to go back to get it fixed. I got very very friendly service from everyone I spoke with, from the receptionist who answered the phone to the Service Supervisor Alex. I have to wait a little while, but there's free wifi and a comfortable lounge/waiting area. I recommend Walter's Audi Riverside. read more

Had warped brakes and damaged speaker and took my car here after and they got right on the repairs within the hour and had me set up with a curtesy vehicle. To be completely transparent my experience with this dealership did not start on the right foot. I had spoken to a couple of people from the dealership letting them know I would be there before they closed. On my way there I explained that the WAZE app showed me arriving 5 minutes after they close. I offered to reschedule and was told to still come. Well, when I arrived, they were closed ... gates up, lights out, no sign of anyone. To say I was upset was an understatement. If it wasn't for 2 people, I would not be writing a 5-Star post: Andy Bartoli (Finance Manager) and Marcos Morales (Audi Brand Specialist). I ran into Andy on the lot the evening I showed up and the dealership was closed. During the most frustrating of times, Andy apologized for the miscommunication and took the time ask me which cars I was interested in. He explained that he couldn't get the keys to them, however, he wanted to know which ones were of interest so he could make certain I was taken care of the next morning. He also took pictures of my trade in, VIN number and all so the sales team could take care of everything else remotely. Andy followed through and I received a call from Marcos Morales the next morning. Marcos made himself readily available and after negotiating price, terms, etc. he personally DELIVERED my 2013 CPO A6 to my house in Temecula. Not only that but Andy sent him with all the paperwork to be signed in the convenience of my home. Marcos then left with my trade in ... now that is service. Unfortunately, the A6 had a few repairs needed, however Marcos came back in a "Loaner" and took the A6 back to the dealership in Riverside to be fixed. Marcos followed up with the status of the repairs and is coming to my office in Temecula to deliver my car in exchange for the "Loaner." This review is a "Real Life" example of true Customer Service. Not everything is going to be perfect and life does happen. Though we had issues from no one being at the dealership to things needing to be fixed on a car just purchased, things happen but at no time did Walter's Audi not come through and "do the right thing," which I'm sure many would agree just doesn't happen any more. Thank to to the Walter's Audi TEAM from the Finance department to Sales, back to Finance and even Service. Everyone was on board to make things right and ensure i had a terrific experience. A sincere and well-earned shout out to Marcos Morales for simply "Making It Happen." Even on his day off he may not have been able to solve my problem but he put the wheels in motion to get it corrected. I wouldn't normally go all the way to Riverside to buy a car, but I wanted a TT roadster and few Audi dealers actually have any in stock. It wasn't just that Walter's had one, though -- I was impressed by the way they asked for my business. It started with the "Internet Price" button at the Walter's website. When I clicked it at the other Audi dealer sites, they only sent me a barrage of automated emails asking me to call them and offering to answer questions while never answering the one question I asked: What's the price? When I clicked the Walter's "Internet Price" button, on the other hand, the first email I got from Tawni Heffner actually included an internet price. This was followed by an email from Brett McKinley with a video tour he made of the exact car in which I was interested. Which was followed by another video email from Tawni so I had a face to go with the name -- she offered to answer any questions, and suggested appointment times. They clearly understood how I had become a lead and kept offering relevant, personalized information. I appreciated that. Brett wasn't available when I went in, so my salesperson was Isaac Ordinola. He was knowledgeable, friendly and highly communicative throughout the sales process. He set expectations about how long everything would take, made a point of checking in while I waited for my turn in the finance office, and went out of his way to be helpful. Andrew Bartoli in finance was equally pleasant to work with. I'd arranged my own loan and he didn't try to talk me into anything different. He also explained extras like maintenance plans without any pressure. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would go back to Walter's. read more

My 2018 Audi Q5 was purchased in 2017 with a 5-year Audi Care package. The car's current mileage is approximately 36,000 miles. I have brought my car to an Audi dealer for services every year on time and have taken very good care of my car. When I was driving my car on April 3, 2022, the Drive System and Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) light turned on and my car told me that it required assistance. I turned my car into Walter's Audi in Riverside, CA the following day on April 4, 2022. Based on the diagnostics, there is metal in my engine and oil filter. Audi's dealer's technician told me that it is an engine internal issue, they don't know where the metal came from, and they have to replace the engine with a new one. Walter's Audi Point of Contact, Stacy Samuel, said that the engine will be shipped from Germany, and she will try to ask the Audi manufacturer to pay for it. After 3 weeks, I received a call from the dealership stating that the engine replacement total cost was over $9,000. Both Walter's Audi's Stacy and Audi of America's Nick stated that it would be a 50/50 split between the manufacturer and me paying. From April 4th until now, they have not provided any loaner car, making it very inconvenient in my life. This is my family's second Q5. My father bought another Audi S5 last December. Now we are very disappointed with Audi's quality and service through this experience. We will not be purchasing Audi any more in the future. The engine failing is considered a quality issue. I can't accept the 50/50 split pay that was caused by the manufacturer's quality issue. I also can't believe that Audi Q5's engine needs to be replaced with a new engine at only 36,000 miles. read more

I was interested in purchasing an Audi 2018 R8 model and the price was listed at 131K. Like any person I have a budget and was quoted a price that I felt was way over my own budget. I messaged and let him know that I have a budget of at most 1500 per month and that if I wanted to get to that number I was willing to see how much down payment I would need to put down to get to that number because I was quoted a price of around 2100 with 10K down. David Le emailed me back with " I'll let you know when the car drops to 80K." This is an expensive vehicle and I understand that this won't ever drop to 80K maybe in 5 years but a simple we can't work it out would have sufficed. I was sold on an Audi at the Temecula dealership while on that lot I received a personalized video from mike sliker showing the Audi that I originally had interest in but I didn't feel like going to riverside however that personalized touch made me reconsider. I left Audi Temecula and I spoke with mike on the phone on Friday and set up an appointment for Saturday morning (today) my father and I arrived and he was on time and just amazing the entire time . I was torn between a Black and a Blue Audi and he literally was so patient and helped me decide on the blue. Some of the other associates on the lot weren't really friendly they didn't even say hello however everyone he encountered even when he was helping me he said hello to and acknowledged which shows a lot about his character. My father is currently in the market for a Mercedes however he liked him so much he's looking at Audi A8's and said if he ends up going with the a8 he's going to go to riverside and buy it from him ! I don't often write reviews but wanted to share the great experience I had with Afshin Mirbolooki at Walter's Audi in Riverside. As my 2017 A4 was only 2 years old, I did not have any plans of replacing it with a 2019 because I still had one year left on my lease. I brought my car in for an update to the backup camera, and on a lark asked to speak with someone in sales. Stacy Samuel in service, (who is always very helpful, professional, and pleasant ~ ty Stacy), introduced me to Afshin. We spoke a bit, and Afshin said he might be able to get me a lower monthly payment on a 2019 (of course, I am thinking "yeah right"). Afshin said he'd call me if/when he found something, and within a week he did! I knew I would be making the deal with Afshin because he was just an all-around great guy ~ very personable, easy going, and honest, but I wanted to go to a different dealership to check out the interiors because I couldn't make up my mind (the story of my life)! I called another dealership ahead of time and told them that I was not buying a car from them, and I didn't want to waste their time, I just wanted to check out the interiors. So, of course, when I got to that dealership, they told me if Walter's could do the deal, they were sure they could, and beat it as well. Again, I told them I was not interested, (do you see a running theme here ?). They checked out my deal, and practically went white, but still told me they could beat it. Thirty minutes later they did everything in their power to convince me the deal was impossible, and that when I went back to Walter's Audi they would do a bait and switch on me. I told them with 100% confidence the deal was legit, but they still did everything in their power to try to convince me otherwise, which was not going to happen!!! So low and behold, of course, Afshin was true to his word, and I now have a brand new 2019 with a lower monthly payment ~ yay!!! I did not get my first A4 through Walter's Audi, however, based on my experience with Afshin, I will be buying my future Audi's at this dealership. Afshin's title is Retention Manager, and now I know why ~ thanks Afshin :)! Sidebar ~ if I didn't hate seeing myself in pictures, I would send that other dealership a picture of me in my new car ~ you know the one they said I couldn't get :)! read more
