We noticed every table received it, so I truly thought it was part of the standard experience. It wasn't until the 3rd round of small bites went around that I realized we will probably be charged for the full service experience (which we were). Because this was a new experience for us, my suggestion would be to confirm the experiences with our table prior to passing around offerings.
