We had an Event here! (birthday!) And it was amazing- We all had such a great family filled time! It was special, the beers were local great quality the Karaoke was fun and the customer service was so kind and intuitive.... the room is dark in a fun way ready to celebrate! 10/10 It's very clean and tidy I fully recommend having an event here! Or just come and play a lane or stall! Also the owner had the waiver link easy to access so you could complete it ahead of time and the event was a drop down to select for the guests. easy ! The you my man behind the counter was super helpful and said he only had one booked party showing up, so we could keep throwing for a bit after our 60 minutes were up if we'd like. The owners are helpful in getting people started with axe throwing. We had a group of six 17-year olds, most of them I would guess had never held an axe (think: city slickers). But the owners explained everything and the kids were having fun in no time. This place is the real deal with friendly folks and a homey atmosphere. Auburn Axe Throwing was a great time! I came to visit my friend in Auburn earlier this month and this is probably the best axe throwing facility I have been to! The owner explained how to choose which game you want to play and there is a bar as well. The owner was extremely kind and we really enjoyed talking with him. The ambiance is very cool and relaxed environment. I definitely got a lumberjack vibe which was very nice. The beer was good too! This place was a great surprise. Up in Auburn from San Diego and my bro brought me here after golfing. Was met with nice cool A/C and the owner checked us in. They have a few IPAs on draught, as well as many craft brews in cans. The axe throwing was made enjoyable with many electronic games to choose from. We threw axes for 1hr and never got bored. SO MUCH FUN!!! My sister and I came here for some fun on New Year's Eve and it did not disappoint. I had never done anything like this before and I enjoyed that it wasn't just throwing axes - there are games and all sorts of knives and axes to try. When we first got there, we lucked out because it wasn't too busy yet. So the owner was able to show us how to do everything and help us with beers. We were so impressed because he took time explaining things to us and making sure we had fun. It was such a great experience that we will definitely have to bring our friends and family back for! Was looking to do something different on a weekend and the weather kind of sucked anyway so being outside wasn't much fun and lucky for me I found this place. Surprised my dad with a reservation here and we just started off with an hour to make sure we liked it. Oh boy we enjoyed ourselves! I think we played every single game that they offered and even bumping it up to the more difficult levels. We actually kind of surprised ourselves and were throwing the axes well. Very rarely would they not stick on the board so that made us happy. We tried a few of the beers and the montucky was probably our favorite. They also have darts and I believe you can pull out some cornhole boards. But the weather wasn't very good so you couldn't pull them out outside. The owner was super friendly and the worker there was just as friendly as well. Gave us a brief lesson and off we went. Will totally be back as we enjoyed it very much. read more

Now my one complaint is there's no way for a single thrower to make a reservation online but that's a minor nitpick. Anyway go in, pay for my hour, and the guy shows me how to throw the axe properly. I've been here twice now, under two circumstances, and both have been incredible. The first was a date night with my wife away from our kids. The owner was friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed an hour of throwing and some drinks before a dinner reservation. It was low effort but tons of fun and competition. The second time was 6 days after my mom unexpectedly passed. My brother and I needed to get out of the house and have something to keep our minds busy for even a short time. This was great, and brought us some small bits of joy in what has otherwise been a horrible week. The owner was again kind and welcoming, and was remarkably compassionate when I mentioned what a hard week it had been. This is an inexpensive date night and a great time. It was a reprieve during a hard week and an opportunity for us to have some fun without shelling out a fortune. The mark of a good business is how does it serve all facets of the community. They've got plenty of snacks and drinks (both alcoholic and nonalcoholic) which doesn't break your bank with entertainment. I cannot recommend it enough. This place is awesome for all ages and skill levels! I love coming here for a date night or with friends. There's several different axe throwing games you can play in your lane that are fun. They have a good selection of canned beers, seltzers, and nonalcoholic drinks. There's a few theme nights each week, for example, Wednesdays are trivia nights, you can throw axes & play trivia for a few hours at a discounted rate. Food is now being offered onsite by the Tin Lantern food truck a few nights a week which is dope. Taco Tree is also a convenient option in the next parking lot over if you want to bring your own food. Everyone who works here is super friendly, especially the owner. I think this place will do well. The interior has good decorating and the axe throwing games are fun. It seems family run. They have plenty of TVs around the place to watch sporting games as you throw axes and even have a few dart boards. They have plenty of beer and even a few on tap which is nice. The only thing I would change is the fact they serve the beer in red solo cups. Maybe because it's a new business or something to do with the axes, idk. This little business is an absolute GEM! Owners of the business are so kind and helpful, willing to give tips and pointers as needed, and yet not overly attentive. They have a variety of games you can play for the axe throwing which can help to mix it up and make the games more interesting. Large selection of drinks and super fun atmosphere. They also have dart boards for you to play while other team members are throwing the axes. Well thought out in layout and the atmosphere is outstanding. Definitely passed the vibe check.
