The guys at the counter were very helpful when I showed them what I was looking to do, made some suggestions to the type of wood I should use, etc. I purchased a few more hardware items while I was there. I picked up my cut lumber a couple days later and it was exactly what I asked for. Unfortunately I gave them one wrong dimension and when I called, they said they could recut the wood for me (they just had to trim some off the existing pieces). I also ordered some cabinet pieces from them, and if I need lumber cut for another project, I will definitely go back there.

Every missed delivery has forced me to reschedule my installer, and each delay has cost me thousands of dollars in non-refundable deposits and scheduling fees. Their lack of reliability has turned what should have been a straightforward project into a stressful and expensive nightmare. What makes it even worse is the poor communication and complete lack of accountability. Instead of providing honest updates or realistic timelines, I was repeatedly given promises that were never kept. At no point did anyone seem to understand or care about the financial impact their failures were having on me. If your project depends on materials arriving when promised, I would look elsewhere. A company that can't honor delivery commitments, communicate honestly, or take responsibility for the costs they cause their customers simply doesn't deserve your business. My experience has been incredibly frustrating, expensive, and completely unacceptable.

Dave, Ched, Phil and the rest of the crew over at United Ag have made an excellent impression on…read moreme. Last year I purchased a collection unit for my z915e and it did not work well. Come to find out the boot for the deck that was installed with the collection unit was improper, I mentioned it a few times to the sales man who showed no care. After duct taping it and running it all last year I dwelled on it all winter. When spring rolled around I decided to call United ag and spoke with Phil whom is not the salesman I originally dealt with, he had me bring the mower down so he could see what was going on. Upon looking at the mower Phil and a tech decided it's not the correct boot, they got with the service manager found the proper part, got it in, installed it and took care of my hydraulic fluid change for the inconvenience. (Talk about doing what you can to make your customer happy). A few days after that my throttle cable seized, I called United and Dave said come on down. He had the part In stock and took it upon himself to install it outside while the mower was still on my truck to save me time and avoid any down time!! After all of that I decided the mower is not for me anymore as I've upgraded, that's when I started looking at tractors. I looked at a couple and had Phil give me quotes on multiple tractors and implements etc, he did all quotes with not a sigh or sign of being upset for having to do so much work to sell one tractor. Needless to say I bought a 2038r and am extremely happy. Dave got the tractor right in for the third hydraulic function to be installed for my grapple and the quality of work for the install is immaculate! Everything looks stock and as it should. Morale of this very long review is shop with United. I have dealt with most all equipment stores around the area and United has most certainly proved to me that I will be taken care of properly and in a timely manner so this is where I'll be sticking to. I no longer need that part, having decided to fix my Snow Blower issue elsewhere instead of waiting longer for this part to arrive, but, it's good to know that some businesses are reading their customer's reviews on YELP! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Well, I purchased a new JD tractor, new snow blower, new leaf blower and more from Harvest and they were so good to stay on top of communication by phone and email and I felt really valued as a customer. Then AG Turf purchased and took over the same store and franchise of the same brands as Harvest. It just isn't the same now. In two or more visits to AG for parts and a look at a large tractor for an upgrade there, there is no followup. I had a part I needed that was ordered and due in 1-2 weeks for a SnowBlower and as of this review, it is a month+ and I've not heard a thing from AG on the status. As for sales and quotes, Harvest was right on top of staying with me to and through the sale. Nope, not a peep from the salesperson there about "are you still interested in that tractor or as I had requested, let me know what else comes in for trades". ZIP! I got my snowblower fixed that was originally purchased new at Harvest, but, AG was not involved at all since they yet have to get in my part. If the part ever comes in and AG actually contacts me, I'm past the need of it. Oh how I wish, Harvest equipment was still here. I will not purchase another Product nor part at AG until either this dealership fixes it's logistical and customer issues or some other dealer takes over the John Deere, Honda and Stihl franchise in which case I'll head there in hopes it will be a better customer experience.

We had to go in and place padding around furniture and secure, delicate items with straps. It was a nightmare. When the truck arrived at the destination, the Two Men And A Truck company who were unloading, opened the back and said what? Did the Packers hate them? They had placed very heavy items in the wrong order and had not put nearly enough protective blankets on things in spite of our best efforts to mitigate this. We lost pieces of furniture and it was all because this head loader didn't get a paid vacation to visit his parents.

Avoid Two Men and a Truck in Burlington, VT: use literally any other mover. They do not meet the…read morestandards of other Two Men and a Truck locations, and they cost me over $7,000 in damaged furniture, lost equipment, and doubled shipping costs because they packed the truck so poorly. It cost them over $2,000 to load a 2-bedroom house. The team that unloaded it in Minnesota - just $400. I've used Two Men and a Truck in Philadelphia with great results, nothing broken, kind and efficient, so when I needed to move to MN, I called the Burlington location. After being quoted around $20,000 for a full-service move, the manager suggested I save money by having them load a U-Pack truck instead. With U-Pack, you pay by the foot, so efficient vertical packing is critical. I estimated 13 feet, expecting to go slightly over. U-Pack assured me that with professional movers, I should come in close to the estimate. Instead, the Burlington crew packed everything flat, with no stacking--using 26 feet, double my estimate. Compare my photos to the ones in their own advertising. It's not even close. When the U-Pack driver arrived, he told me it was the worst packing job he had ever seen and asked if I had done it myself. He warned me that with nothing secured, my furniture would likely be destroyed in transit. The Two Men and a Truck team I hired to unload in Minnesota said the exact same thing--and told me repeatedly how sorry and ashamed they were that another Two Men and a Truck franchise had done this. To make it worse, the Burlington crew refused to load my elliptical (over $3,000), claiming the ramp wasn't safe after trying to lift it with straps. I had told them upfront it was heavy. They left it on my back patio with no way for me to move it back inside, hire another mover on no notice, or get it to storage. I sold it on Facebook for $180 just to unload it. Two older guys picked it up days later and loaded it onto a trailer in minutes, no trouble at all. The U-Pack driver's warning was right. When the truck was unloaded: * Dining chairs thrown in uncovered, completely scratched * Credenza with broken legs * Bookshelf with broken legs * Dresser mirror badly scratched from poor wrapping * Multiple boxes crushed by unsecured furniture, contents broken I called Mike at the Burlington location. He refunded part of the cost because the crew had also overcharged me--but when I told him what the U-Pack driver said, he brushed it off as the driver "covering himself" and insisted that since nothing was broken when it went in the truck, any damage was the driver's fault. That logic is absurd. If I set a coffee on the dashboard and it flies into my lap on the first turn, that's not the driver's fault--that's mine for putting it there unsecured. All in: roughly $7,000 lost between extra shipping, the abandoned elliptical, and damaged furniture. I've had excellent experiences with Two Men and a Truck in Rochester, MN, and Philadelphia. This is a Burlington-specific problem with zero accountability for their errors. Shop around. Do not use this location. You'll overcharge, lose furniture, and pay double for your U-Pack truck. I was helped by Peter who was so friendly and knowledgeable that I had to write this review. Besides helping me choose the appropriate fiberglass repair kit, he walked me through in great detail what best practice is for a repair like mine. Worst service ever! - one star is even too much - from the store assistant manager Issac (if he did…read morenot lie about his name, I had to ask him 3 times as he did not want to give it to me) when I walked in, I said hi and he did not even look at me. Every time I asked a question (price check, info etc) he looked annoyed as if I distracted him from more important things... When I told him that a smile would be nice, he took offense and when I showed up at the cash to pay, he obviously ignored me and passed all other customers before us, even if they just showed up at the cash... he did that on purpose. Good that Peter was there and was super nice, if it was not for him I would have let my 350$ purchase there.
