Every missed delivery has forced me to reschedule my installer, and each delay has cost me thousands of dollars in non-refundable deposits and scheduling fees. Their lack of reliability has turned what should have been a straightforward project into a stressful and expensive nightmare. What makes it even worse is the poor communication and complete lack of accountability. Instead of providing honest updates or realistic timelines, I was repeatedly given promises that were never kept. At no point did anyone seem to understand or care about the financial impact their failures were having on me. If your project depends on materials arriving when promised, I would look elsewhere. A company that can't honor delivery commitments, communicate honestly, or take responsibility for the costs they cause their customers simply doesn't deserve your business. My experience has been incredibly frustrating, expensive, and completely unacceptable.

I have a plethora of different objects from Woodware - from a Santa tree carving to a wooden bunny ornament to a Mbira - everything is hand crafted and as beautiful as can be. His father used to do most of the wood carvings, and still does a good amount, but I noticed last time I was there that some of the wood trinkets were imported. Fine by me though! You can definitely feel the amount of love and care that went into each wood product. Every piece is different in its own unique way and that is so very cool. They sell everything - wooden bowls, salad tongs, chairs, tables, wood "paintings," chopping boards, rocking chairs, etc. They also sell beds, mattresses, lamps, and other regular household items. A message said leave your name and number and we'll call you back, left two message NO CALL BACK! Then I went to the location there was a woman there that waited on me. I gave her my one ounce envelope and she said that will be $21 dollars and change. I said how can that be! She said thats what it is. I was in a hurry so a paid it. Then later looked at my receipt and it said my package weighed one pound not one ounce, Since then, I have called at least 15 times to talk to the owner. One time they answered the phone. The owner was not there. Now the phone rings and rings and the message says the Mail box is fulll and can not accept messages. Their catalog is extensive and laid out in a way that was really user friendly. They also have a stand at the Burlington Farmer's Market - so you can find them there if you don't feel like traveling out to Jericho (though I suggest you do). The staff was knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and very eager to help me select all the best options.
