This spring I took it to them because the drive belt was thrown off one of the pulleys. They replaced the belt, checked it out and gave it back to me. It then became a Honda run-behind mower. It had two speeds. Nothing or run-behind it. It took them several tries to find the troublesome parts, but they fixed it. And I know that they only charged me for a small portion of their shop time. They didn't give up and tell me that "It's not under warranty and we can't fix it. You will need to buy a new mower". When we got it back, my wife said "they gave us a new mower". No they hadn't but was a clean as a new one. And works like a new one.

Shortly after install the washer was malfunctioning. It was shaking so badly that anything on to went flying. I called Samsung. After weeks of waiting I was told that there are no service providers in our area. No service for two brand new machines! I called the store. They called Samsung. I started going to the laundromat. I called a regular service company in the area who came right out. They said that the bracket that holds the drum in place was broken and no parts were available for Samsung machines. Back to the store and Samsung. Home Depot would not exchange the machines for an alternate brand. Long story short Samsung finally found a new identical machine. Delivery 8 months later. Not two months later new machine same thing. I call Home Depot. The manager of the Williston VT store dismisses me like a bothersome child. Call Samsun. Do you have a direct number? No. Why does Home Depot still carry a brand that you know does not have service? She said, "Lots of stores do that." I asked how Home Depot can charge hundreds of dollars for en extended warranty that can not be used? She said, "Call Samsung." After explaining that we have been customers of Home Depot for over 30 years and am extremely disappointed, she said in the most dismissive way possible, "Is there anything else?" The business buys the seeds and plants from growers around the world, and they test the seeds to ensure high germination rates. Recently, I was searching online for low-cost and low-maintenance plants that I could put in the soil behind my large retaining wall. On American Meadows's website, I read about their suggested plants based on my hardiness zone, the amount of sun and shade in my yard, plants that are good for bees and butterflies, plants that grow to a desired height, plants that grow back each year, etcetera. I decided to purchase a 5-pound bag of no-mow flowering lawn seed mix for a total of $136, which includes shipping, handling, and tax. The next day, the business shipped my package. A few days later, the post office delivered the package to my house. In the coming weeks and months, I will observe how the seeds germinate in my yard.

I planted them and they started to grow then eventually first one bloomed and was purple NOT RED two weeks later the second one bloomed and was purple ALSO not red so this is a whole different plant than what I ordered they were 50 bucks$$ I could've bought the purple ones right at my local garden center for eight dollars apiece at the size they sent. I contacted them and asked for a refund. They refunded the price of the plants but insisted that I pay the shipping cost because they don't include them in the refund. WHAT????? I totally understand if it was something that I did, returning or something, but they essentially sent me the wrong order and will not give me a full refund. I'm not at all happy. After six emails and them explaining the minitua of their return policy they STILL fail to admit their screwup and it still cost me money. SO IF you order red roses and they send yellow? No big deal you get whatever they feel like schlepping you, and be happy about it. I would not recommend them at all - - plus all the emails sounded like they were AI, NOT real person they never actually looked at my E-mails or addressed my concerns. ..They sent wrong plants, made me pay shipping on their screw up.. not happy Do Not recommend.
