The people I interacted with a Home Depot were knowledgeable about items in their own department, as well as helping me find products in other departments. I've noticed they will usually walk you over to the area instead of just saying isle 24. One of the things I was looking for was in the most obscure place, I would never have found it. These guys were great. I know it can be hit or miss, but this trip was very good for me.

And I'm not allowed to talk to the management staff here now simply because I reported them to the attorney generals office for fraud since I have had to be here so many times I'm still not been paid back for this, I have been in the store now. They have not done it STILL. The fact that they won't even hold up their end of the agreement. (we were told at every step we would be paid back for one 800 got junk now they're saying we think we should be paid back and they're saying that they didn't say we would be paid) this is exploitative. I can't go elsewhere because when they're appliances fail, they send you a gift card to Lowe's. I spoke to the corporate office many times each time not only was I told we would be paid back in an overnight check. I also would receive 40 and $50 gift certificates for my inconvenience. My inconvenience has yet to end. It's now October 5th this incident was in July. I have been there so many times this is insane and I am hell hostage by them. The quality of the materials seems to surpass what I was buying from other major home stores for the areas of the house I had been renovating. Supplies from Curtis included a 600 square foot room rebuild, with all lumber, insulation, and roof trusses from Curtis, as well as new roof shingles and all the siding replaced. Recently, I have been completing my basement renovation and needed very specific custom windows to fit and meet egress. Curtis was able to custom order me these windows which I could not find elsewhere. I want to note that there was an issue with the window order not being correct when they arrived, but Curtis did the right thing and replaced them for me with the correct windows, even though they were custom built and could not be returned otherwise. Other reviews mention poor customer service, but they went beyond what I expected by replacing the windows, even though I had initially missed their error when I agreed to have them submit the purchase order.
