I used to eat at Aubrey's in Knoxville on occasion and it was always good. This was our first visit to this location and it did not disappoint. First off, the service was excellent. We felt very well taken care of. We started with the sausage and pimento cheese app. It was delicious and also the first day they had it. That is a keeper. The grilled mahi mahi was good and we got two sides instead of a side and rice. Very nice that they offer that option. This was a nice Sunday meal and we will be back.

Nice and clean decor. Food was pretty good. Lots of options. Service could have been better. Will try again.

Went early on a Saturday and was seated quickly. Service was good. The chicken tenders were good and the side of squash casserole was tasty but was Luke warm when served. Overall good experience.

The server Chris recommended the salmon tacos and they were spot on. I paired with the good people IPA. The service is great and I will come back to try another dish from the menu. I like the music and atmosphere.

There are not a lot of good food options, that I enjoy in Spring Hill, but Aubrey's is pretty good! The restaurant is pretty big and the menu is fantastic with lots of options to choose from. I love the thick cut potato chips, I could eat a million of them in one setting . I also enjoyed the rattlesnake pasta. From everything that I tasted including the salmon, haystack pasta, catfish and shrimp tacos they were all tasty. I can't wait to go back to try more food options. The service was impressive. Our waitress, Megan was fantastic, she provided the best customer service that I've had in a while! and despite the number of people that were in the restaurant there was not a long wait and the food service was prompt. This is definitely a go to family style environment!

Food was okay, but the service is really slow. Probably won't go back. The aesthetic is nice and the restaurant is clean.

Spring Hill needed this restaurant! The service and food are good with large portions. A good variety in the menu.

The staff is absolutely amazing and willing to talk you through the menu. The ingredients are fresh and that is a big positive for us. I ordered day Texan tacos with a side of braised brussels sprouts and street corn. I cannot say enough about how DELICIOUS the brussel sprouts are! The balsamic glaze on them is a great touch. The street corn was delicious and so fresh. The brisket on the tacos was smoked to perfection. We purchased a carrot cake slice to go because I was definitely full from the meal as it is a great portion. For those wondering, they have very clean restrooms. The interior was clean and comfy. Also had the opportunity to meet the owner, Jason, and there is no doubt that he enjoys smoking and cooking the wonderful food served here.

Throughout the meal, they checked in and made us feel truly taken care of. They even came by with fresh-baked chocolate chip cookies straight off the baking sheet and handed them out for free! The food itself was excellent. They offer great Southern favorites like shrimp & grits and fried chicken, but I went with the fried boneless pork chop. It was perfectly crunchy, full of flavor, and topped with a generous amount of delicious country gravy. Portions are no joke -- I only made it through half before I was stuffed. I did save just enough room to try the cherry pie, and I'm so glad I did. It was fantastic. I can't say enough great things about Local Joe's. The hospitality, the kindness, and the food all make it absolutely worth a visit.

Lindsey does the opposite. She slows down, pays attention, listens, jokes with him, and treats him with the same dignity and respect she gives everyone else. Cody lights up when he sees her. Honestly, so do I. She's funny, attentive, and somehow always a step ahead, but what keeps us coming back isn't the food--it's the way she makes people feel. She has a gift for making you feel like you're the most important person in the room. Country Boy is lucky to have her.

It did. In this area, I'm often trepidatious when it comes to popular restaurants. My fear is mainly that the establishment will be too charmed with itself, heavily curated, and more like a photo backdrop than a place to eat. Thankfully, my fears were unfounded when it came to the Country Boy. Between the two of us, we ordered the Country Boy Breakfast, The Hillsboro & a chocolate chip pancake (and coffees, of course). I felt like we could have fed the whole village of Leiper's Fork, but the guy across from me found the portions go be exactly mathematically accurate (he ate all of his and half of mine). The biscuits were soft, pillowy, perfection. I imagine the closest Italian equivalent would be someone's Nonna's centuries-old secret gnocchi recipe. We scarfed everything down while stealing glances at each other which wordlessly spoke, "Where are we? Is this where Waffle House got its inspiration? Can I be buried here?" etc. I will close with the words of an old philosopher, (that one redhead girl on Vine), "Country Boy I love yoooou.... aaaaaaah :P"
