Very unique ice cream located in the design district of miami. The shop is a bit hidden behind the Main Street, but there are plenty of signs showing where to go. The coconut tequila ice cream was very good, it had a strong taste of tequila, but wasn't overpowering. The passionfruit was very refreshing, especially on a warm day. The taste of tequila wasn't as strong with that flavor. You have the option to be served inside or enjoy your treat outside where they have chairs and tables. Service is pretty quick and straightforward.
I had this two where delicious the bartender was super nice. I wish I lived around designe district to just take one home thank you so much for this wonderful experience

I was delighted to hear that Aubi & Ramsa had a location in the Design District! The first time I had ever tried it was at the Hard Rock hotel and casino. First things first, the ice cream is simply delicious. It's boozy and sweet and the combos they offer truly give that cocktail in an ice cream vibe that it seeks to give. I gave this location a 3 because the service was nothing to gush about. Considering the location, the novelty, and what a great date night desert spot this is, I would have loved to have been taken care of by someone with more passion for the brand. With that said, lots of potential for the ambiance, too. Not sure if the staff gets to choose the music but that night it was full on EDM experience. Don't get me wrong, I love all things house--but while I ate my Choco-Martini, something jazzier would have been nice. All in all, I would not skip trying Aubi & Ramsa because the product is a must-try, however, I might opt to visit other locations to see if the ambiance and service matches the quality of the product.
I've been to both this location and their location inside Hard Rock Casino, and its fun to try the different flavors of alcohol-infused ice cream. The ambience is very nice and gives bar vibes, especially at night. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Service was quick! I tried The Lucky Brownie (Irish Cream) and the Choco Hazelnut (Gin). Both has a hint of alcohol while taking a bite but not too much, which can be pretty dangerous since I would love to eat several servings of these. It's priced about $10 for a single serving, which is more expensive than your average ice cream, but the flavors are rich and unique that I would come back occasionally as a "treat myself" option.
An ice cream cocktail bar?! YES PLEASE! Discovered this gem in a little hidden corner of the Miami Design District. I see that they actually have a couple other locations throughout Miami, and it's such a cool concept. All the ice cream & sorbets have alcohol in them, so you must be 21+ to enjoy these treats. The space is designed like an actual fancy cocktail bar and the menu is organized based on type of liquor that's infused in the ice cream (gin, tequila, bourbon, champagne, etc). There are so many yummy flavors and fun concoctions to choose from. P.S. Most of their sorbets are vegan-friendly. First I tried the Strawberry Rosé made with Veuve Clicquot rosé & St. Germain. It was so good & refreshing! My next visit, I went for the Passion Fruit Margarita made with Casamigos Blanco tequila -- also amazing! I like that they don't use cheap liquors and you can actually taste it in the ice cream but it's not overpowering. They've mastered that balance. Also, their branding & packaging is absolutely stunning. You can order by the single serving (about $9) or by the pint. They both come in luxurious cylindrical containers with gold metal tops. They pop it open for you to enjoy there or you can take them home. These would make such great gifts and they also ship!
Was in the area for lunch and decided to drop by for dessert. Asked what the favorites were: included the passion fruit margarita, lucky brownie (with irish cream), and the highland truffle. Ended up getting the lucky brownie. The irish cream was definitely there and I liked that it wasn't to the point that it was too much. Loved all the bits of brownie mixed in. The ice cream texture is definitely more solid--makes sense that the spoon is the type that helps cut through. Makes you work a little bit harder to eat but at least it doesn't seem to melt as fast. Just keep in mind that a small is $9. I had to remind myself that the price is probably also due to the liquor. Seating is available inside where it's dimly lit modern decor. Parking available at the parking garage at the miami design district. Pretty pricey for the amount of ice cream that you get. Agree with the other reviewers that being able to sample it would definitely help figure out preferred flavors. Not sure if I'd get again, but glad to have the experience!
I definitely think it was more of a hype. I went to the location in Design District. We ordered the Tangerine Mimosa and Highline Truffle. Both were ok. You can definitely taste the alcohol. I went more for the experience but I've definitely had better ice cream. I like how the bar was setup. The ice cream is relatively expensive for a small taste of alcohol. Anyway, I would recommend going for the experience only. Suggestion for improvement: taste testing/samples so people know what to expect prior to committing.
This is a MUST try alcohol infused ice cream!! We came here per recommendation and immediately impressed with the decor and ambience, as well as the great alcohol selections! The ice cream is rich and creamy and the alcohol is the perfect kick! The staff was insightful and friendly, as well as helpful!
Ordered an Old Fashioned and Highland Truffle ice creams and both were good. Old fashioned was vanilla based and Highland Truffle was for the chocolate lovers since it was choc based with choc chips. Highland truffle is the perfect balance of flavors. You can taste the alcohol but it's not overbearing. The chocolate flavor really compliments the Macallan. Will be back to try new flavors but recommend these both.
Pros: the ice cream was creamy and delicious, it was also very boozy, the menu had a good selection. Cons: pricey for a tiny bit of ice cream, but it's a touristy area and anything with booze always costs more.
Aubi & Ramsa is easily my new favorite boozy ice cream spot. The interior is chic, much like a trendy bar or lounge. The woman working gave me a rundown of her favorite flavors from each category, and I ended up going with the White Russian. The flavors blended well with the liquor, and no flavor overpowered one another. There's a variety of liquor types so there's something for everyone! I'll definitely be back to try the whiskey-based flavors.

Aubi & Ramsa, named for owners Matias Aubi and Rafael Ramirehas who spent eight years studying how to make ice cream with the liquor inside of it have your fix in the Jade Alley in the Miami Design District. They also have stores in south Florida and Tampa and in New York and Nevada. The cute shop is set up like a bar where they can make all your summer dessert dreams come true. They serve 20 flavors in a 3.7 ounce size for around $12 and pints sell for $20. Ice cream and sorbet are infused with beer, wine, and spirits. Creative flavors include Kentucky Crème Brûlée, a crème brûlée ice cream made with Maker's Mark and caramelized sugar sprinkles, The Coco Loco, a coconut cream ice cream made with Don Juo Blanco and coconut flakes, The White Russian, a coffee liqueur ice cream made with Belvedere Nola and English toffee bits, and Lucky Brownie, an Irish cream ice cream made with Carolans Irish Cream and bits of organic brownies. They offer seasonal flavors and they can custom make flavors for events and parties. After intently studying the menu I finally decided on a champagne and sorbet combination, Strawberries and Rosé, a strawberry sorbet made with Veuve Clicquot rosé and St. Germain. It was actually one of their vegan selections and it was so fruity and refreshing. I sat in one of the chairs set up in Jade Alley and had a little mini vacation while I enjoyed my treat. $11 is a bit expensive for what is basically the size of a push pop but it was made with quality ingredients and was absolutely delicious and this is the Design District after all, home of Fendi and Prada. I definitely would be interested in trying some of the ice cream flavors. Everything comes prepackaged so sadly no samples :( Oh and if you do know one of those parties that is serving this, please invite me!

Aubi & Ramsa is such a great place with decadent boozy ice cream. You enter the space in the Design District and it looks and feels like a bar. Great decor. A wide variety of options for your ice cream with various liquors. This was my second time visiting and it was even better than the first. My two favorites so far are the White Russian and the Key Lime Martini. Really love the full experience here. The staff is kind and happy to answer any questions! read more
A cozy ice cream bar in a little nook within Miami Design District. And I do mean, bar. This ice cream has alcohol in it! I've reviewed Aubi & Ramsa from Aventura. They have a little bar stand within the mall but this is its own space. Its own stand alone. It's in a comfy corner within the design district. Upon walking in, you get the bar vibe. Stools ate the bar and seats up against the wall. The menus are given by the "bar-tender" and even served at the bar. Every time I have asked for what they recommend or what they like best, they always answer with, "depends on what you like." If you have a favorite type of alcohol, I'd recommend picking an ice cream with that in mind. If you go during the summer like me, maybe a sherbet or sorbet would be best. This is a good refresher after shopping or if you're in the area just admiring the architecture of the Miami Design District. If I'm in the area, I will probably stop by and pick some up for home. My family is obsessed with this ice cream alcohol concept. read more

Located in the heart of the design district this place is definitely one to check out. At first it might look like you're walking into a dimly lit bar but in fact it is actually an ice cream parlor for adults. There is a large selection of different spirit and ice cream flavor combinations that will satisfy your entire party. In addition the staff is very friendly and Knowledgeable about the menu. I have come here three times And have tried the lucky brownie (Irish cream), agave dulce de leche (tequila), and chocolate with amaretto (amaretto). So far my favorite has been the lucky brownie. This is my type of ice cream shop!!! Boozy ice cream yes please! This place is very picturesque with a lot of touches of marble and gold for decor. How does it work? You have your favorite liquors and your favorite ice cream flavors, they come in a little tin to have on the spot or a larger one in case you want some to go! Coco loco is must have as well as White Russian! Chocolate amaretto and chocolate truffle are also two others to devour. Flavor wise these small tins pack a punch! The most interesting part is that each contains as much alcohol as a beer might, be sure to be 18 and over, you don't want to be stopped by the mall cop with a tin on hand! read more
Such a cool spot. High-end alcohol meets down and delicious ice cream for a boozy treat that teases the tastebuds. White Russian, old fashioned, chocolate azteca, and chocolate & amaretto were our choices and they surprised and delighted to say the least. Full flavor of the drink with a smooth twist. As my alcohol related reviews indicate, I love rum. I also love dessert. Oh, and this has been a very hot summer. Where can these conditions all mesh? At an ice cream place of course! I stopped by Aubi & Ramsa for my friend Stephanie's birthday ice cream crawl. I likey and am definitely a fan! You see these guys bill themselves as a 21+ ice cream company. For the uninitiated, that means they serve boozy ice cream. Their menu is very well organized, where the desserts are grouped by the drink. Though as mentioned above I'm a rum drinker, a few other beverage desserts caught my eye (the key lime one, for example). On that note, the server / bartender was really helpful with recommendations. Ultimately, I enjoyed a small (I was on an ice cream crawl and didn't want to fill up) Pina Colada with Diplomatico Reserva Exclusiva Rum. Yes, they don't skimp; they mix in the good stuff! The fermented sugar cane juice was subtly mixed in, and then kicked in to make a Sunday Funday. I will certainly be back, even if I have to walk over :) read more
Wow, wow and more wow. I never thought I needed this in my life but here I am. Aubi & Ramsa have taken ice cream to the next level! Infused with different liquors and spirits, this place makes the most unique ice cream. As my senses were tantalized by the flavor, I couldn't stop scarfing it down. I tried their Highland Truffle infused with Macallan 12y single malt. Absolutely fantastic. The flavor is rich and smooth as it hints at the taste of scotch whiskey and chocolate. I also tried their Espresso Martini Gin which was velvety and creamy with the gin mixed in. The presentation of their ice cream just further solidifies this ice cream as luxurious and anything but average. Though the prices are a bit higher here, you are definitely paying for the taste AND experience. I literally melted with each bite as I stepped into a new level of ice cream making. Each flavor is made with such quality that you feel like you are pampering yourself. My goal is to keep returning and eventually taste every flavor on the menu! read more

I've been wanting to try an alcoholic ice cream place for a while, so I was beyond excited to come here. At the start, you feel like you're walking into an upscale cocktail bar- not a ice cream shop. I was able to try the Highland Truffle infused with whisky, Old fashioned with bourbon, and Chocolate & Amaretto liqueur. I love the way they artfully pair certain liquors to create really cool flavors. Id be happy eating all of them, but I think my favorite was the Amaretto! I've heard other boozy ice cream stores are a hint of alcohol. NOT THE CASE HERE. You will taste the booze! It's a strong alcohol flavor but I doubt you will get anything close to a buzz. The containers say about 4.5% for the 3.7 oz. You will pay about $7-10 for the small. I do think the portion size was just right! It is very rich, so I felt satisfied with the size. It's an expensive ice cream, but I DO think it's worth it- it's more closer to a cocktail drink, which tend to be that price anyway. read more

The parlor: this ice cream parlor is SO CUTE! It's set up literally like a chic bar!! I love bringing friends and family here because it's nothing that they expect when I say "let's go get some ice cream!" The ice cream: Each little ice cream tub has the equivalent of 1 shot of alcohol in it. I haven't had a flavor that I didn't greatly enjoy. My top 3 favorites: Lucky Brownie, Kentucky Creme Brûlée, and Agave Dulce De Leche. I literally crave them sometimes! TIP: if you can't make it to the parlor -they deliver via UberEats too!! I did find that the bigger tub actually had a powdery texture (this one I ordered via UberEats). read more
Boozy ice cream from Aubi & Ramsa might be my favorite new thing and it's not average by any means. Each ice cream (or sorbet) flavor has its own individual liquor which may contain scotch, champagne, bourbon, vodka, gin, tequila, wine, etc. and all labeled on the menu. I ordered the (small) Highland Truffle which has scotch (Macallan 12y). The flavor hits you right away. It's very chocolaty and smooth with small chocolate chunks and I could definitely taste the booze in it as it complemented the overall flavor well. This is a customer favorite and I can see why. Very addictive. I also ordered a (small) Key Lime Martini which has gin inside and tasted like a cold key lime pie in ice cream form with small bits of graham cracker crust on top. It's light, refreshing, delicious, and perfect for a hot summer day. I could definitely taste the booze in it and it tastes great. This one is the owner's favorite. The prices at Aubi & Ramsa are higher than your typical ice cream parlor. Depending on the flavor, a small (single serving) might cost $7 and a pint might cost $20. It might seem pricey at first, but these flavors are deliciously addictive. I would suggest ordering different flavors in small sizes because they don't have samples available. They may, however, sample a certain flavor on a certain day. Aubi and Ramsa is located within the Design District and is hidden from the street side as you have to walk through a small alley to find it. Service is very friendly here and they take time to explain the menu and are glad to make recommendations. I'll definitely return to try some other flavors of this addictive boozy ice cream because it's more than just boozy.. its delicious. read more
THIS PLACEEEEE yesterday was the first time that I step foot in such a beautiful ice cream place for adults. I am a sucker for alcohol infused ice cream but this place not just the attention to detail with the decor is so chic and beautiful definitely my new favorite spot. I personally had the bourbon ice cream and my bf had the Chocolate azteca which is mezcal based Wow both flavors where amazing both were delicious and unique want to go back and try other flavors If you are looking for a chic and upscale ice cream bar for adults This is it. *Review based solely on FOOD* Presentation: 5 Texture: 4 Flavor: 4.5 Would return? Yes I love this place! It's super creative in style and ambiance, it feels like a bar even though it's an ice cream place. They use really high-end spirits and the flavor selection is large and very creative. I've tried multiple flavors here and they are all really good. One complaint I've heard is that it would be even better if it tasted even more like alcohol, although I think they got it just right - imagine your favorite drink turned ice cream? This is exactly that. Texture is very creamy if you leave it thawing a little bit, if not it can be a bit hard. The presentation is another must to mention here because they use a mini tin (like the tin the bottle comes from) to present every flavor which I love. A downside is you cannot combine flavors or put them on a cone, which I would like to do. Non-Food Bonus: You can't actually see the flavors like in most ice cream places... Well I mean where can you enjoy a nice cup of Macallan whiskey infused ice cream? This joint right here tucked away in a hidden alley in the heart of Midtown's design district. The place itself is not that big but it is very inviting and the aesthetic is what you would expect of any joint in this area. I started with the passion fruit tequila infused margarita which was refreshing but lighter as far as the alcohol content compared to the highland truffle flavor. I loved both flavors but the highland truffle it's a bit stronger but just as creamy the the passion fruit margarita. The quality in the ice cream itself despite the alcohol is top tier. They have a few other flavors like the coconut one which are supposedly stronger in alcohol content and I'd have to come back to try these but definitely make time for this quick stop if you're nearby. The service was excellent and the prices are just right. read more

Really cute and quaint place in the design district! We went here solely because we thought their alcohol infused ice cream was a very fun concept. I really liked the inside of the shop, their ambiance is very lovely! It looks like a bar! The packaging of the ice cream is super cute too. The ice cream itself wasn't very impressive. I went with some friends and we all tried each other's ice creams and came to consensus that all of them had an overpowering element. The ice cream lacked a balance of flavours. Some ice creams were too sweet, some were too bitter, while others were too boozy with almost no taste of the actual flavour of the ice cream. I would recommend ordering based off of your preference of alcohol rather than your preference of ice cream flavour because there's definitely a strong taste of alcohol (sometimes overpowering the flavour). I made the mistake of ordering the Kentucky creme brûlée (with bourbon) because I enjoy creme brûlée. I'm not particularly fond of bourbon. But when I tried the ice cream all I could taste was the bourbon with a small hint of the creme brûlée sweetness LOL that was on me though! This is a very cool concept and I would totally encourage people to try this if they like alcohol and ice cream! My experience with the food wasn't that great unfortunately. read more
I am so glad I finally got to stop by this location! It is set up is like a bar and it gave me a sense of normalcy but I still felt safe as there wasn't too much traffic at the time. I had a great talk with the hostess, Mariana (I think that's her name) and although I went by myself, we laughed and talked about how the area has changed so much. The music adds to the vibe but it isn't blasting like a regular bar or lounge. A very chill vibe. I enjoyed the passion fruit margarita but I have to go back and try some of the other options. I am lactose sensitive but they have a good amount of dairy free options like the sorbets. Please note they're open til 12 so if you have a late night sweet tooth, make sure to stop by! read more
Unique alcoholic ice cream creations at Aubi & Ramsa. Each flavor is better than sex! They have every type of liquor mix you can think of - bourbon, whiskey, vodka, champagne, tequila, gin, rum. They use top shelf liquors such as Macallan and Veuve and all the packaging lists what ingredients are inside. Everything is packaged very beautifully and the cafe itself looks like a bar inside. The price is not as expensive as you would imagine, bring that it is in the Miami Design District and it's boozy ice cream. The small size which is 3.7 oz for $6.50 to $7, around the same as a Häagen-Dazs scoop. But so much better!! There is a bigger size is a pint and is around $20. It's tucked in a corner near Fendi so you may have to search for it but worth the journey. Trust me, be boujie and treat yourself to one I tried The B-52 - Kahlua, Baileys, Grand Marnier. So rich in Irish cream taste. Didn't leave me tipsy but left me on Cloud 9. read more

This is where the adults come for ice cream, it's boujie, sophisticated and delicious. We are talking boozy ice cream so you must be 21 and over to eat. From Macallan to Veuve, Chianti, Whiskey...you name it. They've conjured up the most delicious mixes. The place is also Instagrammy with a beautiful lighted backdrop of wine and spirits bottles along the back. While some may complain about the price, I find it to be reasonable. If you're buying Jimmy Choo pumps for $800 I'm sure a $6 ice cream is within your budget. This shopping area caters to the higher end market so a higher end ice cream option sounds just about right to cure those hot Florida days so it's definitely worth a try/lick. read more
We stopped by this creative "adult" ice cream spot during our walk around the design district. All of their items seem to have about 4.9% ABV, derived from a variety of spirits. They unfortunately don't do samples, and the prices aren't cheap, but you get great and creative flavors, a nice atmosphere, and sleek packaging, so 5 stars from me! read more

Loved this place! Such a fun twist on alcohol infused sweets! The scene of the place is just like an actual bar and the vibe is so smooth and chill. The bartender was super sweet and told us her choices that we would most enjoy and honestly I'm glad I listened to her, she had recommended the Key Lime one that has Gin in it and I loved it! It was so good, I don't know the exact amount of alcohol but my friend said it had a shots worth of alcohol in the ice cream. Honestly I enjoyed it so much and it was so good I will for sure be going back to this ice cream bar and will take all my friends. This is great for a date spot or a girls night or even just a trip on your own to grab some really fun an over the age of 21 ice cream! read more

I passed by one night as they were closing. The staff was very welcoming and friendly, when I made it clear I was just poking my head in and would be out in 2 seconds they told me not to worry and invited me to look at their menu. After hearing a couple of their recommendations, I tried the White Russian while my wife tried The Highland Truffle. Both were amazing. For last year's New Year's Eve party, we got 4 pints as dessert and all my guests loved it. Should have gotten 6 pints. read more
At first I thought this was insanely overpriced, but it makes sense. Sure, one may not always have $20 to spend on a pint of ice cream in their budget at the moment, but you are getting what you pay for. These are truly hand crafted. They're not weak either. You really taste the booze. The menu offers a diverse, expansive selection from sorbets and ice creams infused with rum, champagne, whiskey, mezcal, wine, and my favorite, tequila. My guy had the small portion of Macallan 12 year and raved about it. We had the agave dulce de Leche infused with Milagro tequila at home (had to purchase ice at Publix lol). The pints are actually quite large. I think they're larger than pints! It gets melty rather quickly because of the alcohol content. There is 5% tequila. After a few spoonfuls each, we put it back in the freezer for another time. This is pretty strong stuff! I think we're going back next weekend to try some more. We're new fans for sure. read more

Miami has always been an interesting and trendy place for food. Recently, a mass influx of artisanal and creative renditions of our favorite go to places have been popping up on the map. What resembles a bar yet is essentially an ice cream store is exactly what you'll find when walking in here. I made the trip after seeing the Strawberry Veuve Clicquot Rosé sorbet. They sell the personal sized portions along with their matching pint size. The menu is split by spirit just as you would find it a bar menu. I ended up taking three personal sized ones home since the pint was sold out in my desired flavor. I added the insulated bag for an extra $1.50 which came in handy for the ride home. Plus, it's reusable with a sturdy zipper. The packaging is gorgeous and almost too pretty to eat. The flavor of the strawberry really resonated well with the champagne. I can't wait to try more flavors. read more

What's the parking situation like around this place?
There is a parking garage two blocks from here. There is limited street parking (pay by phone) but, with luck you can find some. There are 2-3 valet spots as well if you don't want to keep circling around. Hope this helps.
