This is such a cute place for salads, smoothies and Acai bowls. I got Thai Acai bowl and it has so many flavors. It's topped with bananas, granola and coconut flakes. It's pretty good, I will definitely be coming back. I would love to stop by here for a hike up Provo canyon. read more

Aubergine Kitchen - Thai Acai bowl - Mediterranean Near Me - Orem, Utah

I was reluctant to try this place but was talked into going. I'm glad I did. I did the Mediterranean Sandwhich with chicken and added some hummus and other stuff. I also bought the Thai Acai Bowl. That was amazingly done. I ate a ton of food and I feel like a million bucks. I love healthy food that tastes awesome. The service was excellent. They took their time showing me what I may like and walked me through it. I also liked the look of the place. I like the location with it being right next to Sprouts. I will be telling my friends and family about this place for sure. read more

So glad to have Aubergine right here in Orem! For months I had been looking for açaí bowls but nothing compared to the same ones one finds in Brazil. Aubergine delivers REAL açaí bowls, a fresh and energizing treat for hot summer days. Had lunch with my girlfriends there to celebrate my golden birthday and it was a success--even got a free brownie with candle on the house! Great modern environment, even for large groups and family friendly. Everything is made fresh, even their pita bread. If you are looking for a hip and modern restaurant that delivers quality, REAL and fresh sandwiches, soups and salads (not to mention their limeades and açaí bowls): this is the place. read more

Very disappointing experience. This place is not cheap and yet I received terrible service and experience. I was given an attitude by the employee and after placing my order, being charged for all of it, I still didn't receive it correctly. I ordered bowls which I received half empty on one and the all of them didn't have what they were supposed to. They were missing the kale and the pickled onions as well as the pico. Literally 3 scoops of stuff they're supposed to have. Half empty bowl. I did not receive my order of potatoes which are $5 extra. I will be supporting a better local business during this pandemic. One that actually provides the good I want and a better customer service experience. read more

Very odd experience here for me. I was looking forward to experiencing a new restaurant that had gluten free sandwiches, and health food. (I am in UT for a one night stay for a doctor appointment). I was optimistic walking in because it was very busy; however, I felt very confused as there were multiple places to order. The layout of this place was not too thought out and seemed hectic. The girl was looking at me waiting for me to state my order so I explained that I had never been there before. I asked for a gluten free sandwich but they were out of gluten free bread. She let me know that I could order a salad with Mediterranean toppings or one with normal toppings. Then I was even more confused. I go ahead and order two small salads and the worker put a chickpea topping on the wrong salad. She hesitated for a moment and continued to take a handful off of my mothers salad (also picking up quinoa) and plop it on to mine, but I had to stop her because I have a bad allergic reaction to quinoa. She asked if I wanted the falafel on top or chopped in the salad and I said on top. They then continued to chop the falafel into the salad.... They don't have vinegar and were out of the soup I ordered, too. The cashier didn't really apologize or ask to fix the situation and I didn't feel as though it was a huge mistake. I added a star because it's a good concept and the food was good. Overall, It was just a very confusing and slightly frustrating customer experience. I understand it could have just been an off day with possibly a new employee but consistency is key in food service. read more

A $10 zupas salad is way better than any of the the $18 ones here. Employees were nice but the food could've been better.

Based on the food alone I would give this place a 4, but there were a couple of things that rubbed me the wrong way. They are stretching pretty far on a couple of their healthy claims. Their menu says "antibiotic free" chicken. Of course it's antibiotic free! All chicken purchased in the United States is by law antibiotic free, so putting that on your menu as an added health feature is kind of misleading. Even the chicken at KFC is "antibiotic free". They substitute agave syrup in place of sugar for their lemonades and desserts. Agave sounds like a healthy substitute, but in reality is equally as unhealthy as refined sugar. So their sugar-free lemonade is definitely not a healthy drink. All of this combined with their high prices turns them into a 2-star establishment. read more

This town is definitely in need of a healthy eating place like this. The broccoli soup was good and it was great to be able to choose exactly what my salad is made of. Next time I'm definitely trying one of the Mediterranean salads though, it looked so good with the hummus! The service was slow, but understandably so with the line of customers and every salad being prepared to order behind the counter. I'm sure it'll pick up once the employees get faster with the salad chopper. read more

I had the pleasure of going in prior to the lunch rush it was nice to get to meet the owner and his wife, def a good sign of a great local eatery. I don't much look at pricing because when I go out to a "healthy and raw" food establishment I expect to spend more not only because of the type of food it is but also the art of making them delicious. You can tell it was thought out and well executed. It tastes fresh and it looks good also. As it picked up I saw the owners walk around and share their passion of what they created with their patrons ... Truly a great atmosphere. For what it is I give them 5 stars. Go for the chicken sand which the way the chef likes it and pick a soup .. And if adventurous get the avocado key lime dessert. read more

This place was amazing! The açaí bowls were the closest in have ever had in the US to the real thing from Brazil, and the same goes for their cheesebread. The owners, who are from Brazil themselves, are very personable and seem to genuinely care about their customers. Their Brazil menu is just a small part of their full one, which contains many other healthy American dishes. I would highly recommend this as a place to take a date, get a healthy meal, or get a small taste of a couple Brazilian snacks. read more

A lot of places claim to serve healthy food, but this is the real deal. My wife recently lost 30 lbs in 3 months by eating mostly Aubergine wild salmon salads. My personal favorite is the pita sandwich with humus, salmon, and all the delicious toppings. Their cheese bread is so good too! Smoothies, desserts, etc. It's all good. Some people complain about the higher price, but if you want fresh ingredients with dozens of healthy options (instead of only 1 or 2) then the price is worth it. They are reasonably priced for the high quality they offer. The staff is friendly and well trained and willing to give samples of anything! read more

It baffles me how such a great place like Aubergine and Company can exist and somehow, people still go to chain salad places down the street where quality and nutrition are completely compromised. I really Aubergine and I can promise you that if you are hesitant for one reason or another..I doubt you will be let down if you just give it a try. The menu is huge and diverse so you are almost guaranteed to find something you like. The great thing is, there is something for everyone no matter how picky or gluten intolerant you may be. I personally love the salads and more often then not end up picking one of their signature salads and customizing it to fit my liking and taste. The whole wheat pita is delightful if you're feeling like a some sort of sandwich. The juices, smoothies, and shakes offered are vast and diverse and the couple I've tried have all been tasty. The only hang up for me is that the ordering process can get a little confusing, cluttered, and hectic..to say the least. Kind of poorly thought out in my opinion. All in all, Aubergine is the bee's knees. read more

Still had to wait 30+ minutes after receiving the message that our food was ready for pickup

Pros: good ambience, lots of topping options, the beets are fantastic, cheesebread is an unexpected delight, the only healthy place in Provo. Now let's talk sweet potatoes, how on earth does one preserve the amalgamation of two textures? It was a lovely blend of mashed and crisp. Cons: confusing line systems, the pita was replete with tzatziki sauce, as was the salad. Overall would come here again! read more

I love a healthy place to eat in Orem!!! No crazy oils or butters to upset your stomach. I had the chicken platter and it did not disappoint. Sweet potatoes were perfectly cooked, hummus was delicious and I loved the generous portion of chicken. I do feel like the employees could have been a little nicer, that's why I couldn't give a 5. read more

I love eating here. The food is always fresh and delicious. And I love that there are gluten free and vegan options.

Loved the atmosphere and the food was really good. Had read a few reviews and thought we would give it a try. Really glad we ignored the poor reviews! I ordered the wild salmon salad 48 oz. ($11.50) and was a bit confused how to eat it all when they put it in the bowl until they placed it all on a chopping board and cut it up, tossed it around with the dressing and put it back in the bowl so every bite had a perfect bite. The pita bread was whole wheat and a perfect proportion size. We will definitely be back. Great relaxing music and a communal feeling. read more

Wow ok so super impressed. I am a huge healthy food fan and was so impressed that Aubergine managed to find flavor and quality food. It's really a rare thing. Their portions are large so you don't get cheated. You really get what you pay for. My only suggestion would be to be have a bit more vinager, olive oil or maybe Siracha on the tables that could be added to dishes if wanted afterward. Just because some people like it more flavored. I personally am a huge spicy food fan and there wasn't enough kick for me. read more

Okay I have been here twice. The first time I got a sandwich and it sucked. So I tried a salad which was okay. But a 1/4 cup of chicken?! That is nothing! The price is too high to only get the protein of a baby. Also some of their dressings don't have sugar in the ingredients but there is sugar. Whole30 people be aware! read more

Now THIS is excellent. I loved the service here, the food was tantalizing, and I felt the spirit.

Perfect meal. Fresh, healthy ingredients. Just what our bodies needed after two days of travel.

It's hard to find healthy, plant based options but this place has it all! They cater to everyone & their food is amazing. Always a weekly go-to in my family :) read more

This is probably my new favorite restaurant in Utah County for three reasons: great tasting, healthy, and great value. For those three reasons I will be coming back here often. Taste: you have the option of three proteins- falafel, chicken and salmon. Good sign you're at a place that is a bit more sophisticated when they describe it as proteins. I went with the falafel, then proceeded to cover it with a billion ... Not sure what the word is - not toppings, sides, but basically whatever you'd call lettuce and pickles on a hamburger. Fix'ins perhaps? They have a great option of straight forward options like red cabbage, beets, carrots, avocado, etc. then some great specialty options. Top it off with a dressing and yum yum. Healthy: everything is fresh and there's nothing that will make you feel heavy after, even though I ate the entire thing and it got to be huge since I added just about every fix'in. Even the lemonade is sweetened with agave. Value: the falafel sandwich was huge by the time I added everything. And it's only 6.49 or something. I go to a lot of places and leave feeling hungry. Not here! Excited to go back and try out some of the salads and other options! read more

If you're looking for a healthy bowl that actually leaves you satisfied, look no further. The abundant menu seems to cover all cravings; no matter your mood, Aubergine has you covered. Heck I just ate (and I'm very full) but just thinking about the food makes my mouth water. My wife and I are counting the hours until it's socially acceptable to go back again read more

I'm looking forward to trying this place more. I got the baked falafel sandwich. It was really good. It's all very healthy, Mediterranean/Near East food. You are paying more than most casual dining places (but not much more), but people need to make peace with the fact that healthier, authentic food that is better for you is more expensive. That being said, I could have shared my sandwich with someone. It was very filling! Try this place out. Great place for a date. read more

The food it's amazing and a peaceful place to have lunch! Fast and healthy.. I ordered a Mediterranean bowl and was the best thing ever!

Hands-down my favorite casual dining. There are so many things good about Aubergine and Company, but the best is that the entire menu is clean, healthy cuisine (even the salad dressing) and that is very hard to come by in Utah County, let alone anywhere else. From the baked falafel to the salads and smoothies, I love all that they have to offer. My favorite is the Mediterranean salad with the unlimited toppings. read more

I'm plant based and my husband loves steak. This place was perfect for both of us. Fresh ingredients, great portions, and a lot of options. Definitely will come back. read more

I chose food from the Mediterranean bar, and I liked how I could get as many toppings as I wanted. I tried them all! I also ordered the salmon for some protein, but it was a pasty non-color (not at all pink) and looked like dishwater and didn't taste like much. So I'm not sure I'd do that again. I also ordered the coconut milk hot chocolate, and though I love coconut milk and use agave often in my hot chocolate at home (as they do at Aubergine), it did not taste good! It really didn't taste like anything. So I brought it to their attention, and they added more sprays of their hot chocolate mix, and it at least tasted sweeter, so that was good. In all, I would go back. Lots of vegetables, quick to order, and well prepared. A win! read more

It was good. I don't want to down it just because my taste isn't particular for it. My husband was not a fan but I enjoyed the healthy effort they are going for. The food is freshly prepared in front of you and the servers are willing to answer any questions you might have. The atmosphere was pretty and clean. I would love to return and try another menu item. read more

It pains me so badly to write this 4 star review. I love the people there, I love the food, it's my favorite place. Reason for 1 star, i travel every other week for business but when I am in town I eat at this place prob 3-4 times the weeks I'm home.. 1rst time I had banana monkey it was incredible. 2nd time a little less incredible. 3rd time could barely taste almond butter. 4th time soupy banana slush. Barely taste anything else but almond milk and banana. Sad SO SAD Aubergine. You broke my heart tonight- wanted a on point Banana monkey SO BAD. At this point I'm legit scared to order another... food is excellent though read more
