I think my favorite menu item we tried was the snowflake dumpling. Very aesthetically pleasing, but also tasty and crispy. The banchan (side dishes) were fresh. As far as the flavors go, I was happy with all the entrees. The dishes had the depth of flavors you hope for when you eat soup like these. The meats were also tender and well cooked too. We got classics like fried chicken, japchae, and corn cheese as appetizers, and got bossom which is boiled pork belly as our main. I have rarely seen bossom at a restaurants because it takes a long time to prep, and it was really good here. I'm always worried the meat will be dry since it's boiled, but the bossom was incredibly juicy.
