I promised to return before I left Paris and I did on my last night. The dinner was better than the lunch. We had two excellent meals. First, the beef stew, which was similar to beef bourguignon. It had a red wine sauce with lots of veggies-potatoes, mushrooms, pearl onions and carrots.
The other entree was chicken called 'Label Rouge.' It has a delicious morel sauce along with potatoes, onions, mushrooms, carrots, garlic and parsley. The meals were accompanied with french bread and butter.
