Let me tell you what I love about him: 1. Really high quality work and takes great pride in the work/perfectionist. My husband and I are anal retentive OCD-ish and he made sure everything looked PERFECT, which is saying something b/c I have an older house and as y'all know, old homes take work! 2. Communication. He texts or calls to let you know he's coming, leaving, goes every issue with you so you full understand. 3. He's a good dude. He's honest, full of integrity, trustworthy, up beat and positive. 4. One stop shop for any repairs or installations. Ernest is a VERY knowledgable contractor. Our home painting job turned into a nightmare with siding replacements that lead to roofing issues based on how the house is constructed. Ernest worked tirelessly (one night until past 10 PM!!) to get the house water tight b/c rain was coming. The new siding he installed looks immaculate and he made sure the roof was repaired RIGHT (the roofer we hired last year did a massive fail and long story short, Ernest made sure the roofer reimbursed us for the additional expenses to make the correct fixes). Further, we had a rotting facia board that he replaced and the work is immaculate. The drywall work on the interior of the home looks AMAZING. Like I was almost in tears at how good it looked. Ernest and his crew worked their magic and I couldn't be happier. If I could give Ernest extra stars, I would, and I ABSOLUTELY would recommend him to anyone!! He truly cares so much about his clients and providing outstanding work/service. I can't thank him enough for everything he's done here to make our home look outstanding. He has a group of people he's worked with for many years. Many of the same members came back when I had the kitchen done. Unlike some general contractors, he knows his team and he also spends a lot of time at the jobsite supervising. He was there almost every day, and for several hours at a time. He has a good eye for the work and keeps the quality high. As things come up unexpectedly as they do when you start tearing things up, extra work and costs are explained and accounted for. I had some plumbing and electrical that needed to be done for my kitchen that wasn't part of the original quote, and I did ask for some painting and repair in the living room. So while there were overruns to the original quote, the work needed to be done and the costs were explained and accounted for before the work and charges were done.

Although we had our windows -inside & out -cleaned a little over a year ago by someone else- I wasn't too happy with the outcome. It became evident to me we might have been their first window cleaning job. They didn't have the right equipment-etc. Anyway from the moment I contacted Ryan- getting an estimate and scheduled was very easy. They didn't have to come out and look it over. They take sq ft info and number of windows- is your home 1or 2 story and voila you get an email with an estimate. They will do all exterior windows-should you want your interior windows washed it would be an add-on. Ryan also informed me of additional add on services you could pick and choose that complimented the window cleaning. We have screens on our windows and they had a set price for screen cleaning up to 20 screens-which worked perfectly for us and since they had to take them down anyway -I added on that service. Our screens are tinted brown and I felt it would be great to do that at the same time. I'm so glad I did as it made a difference In the overall look up the cleanliness of our windows. Normally the screens come off in a certain manner and they are able to mop them, but my screens or somehow different and they actually had to wash them but they did so without any fuss or additional fees. (I probably should've said at the beginning that one of the reasons I chose to explore this company is that the employees are firefighters looking to supplement their income. First of all, I love supporting local, but especially the people that protect our community! They arrived on time and didn't need access to anything but a couple of gallons of water from our outdoor faucets. Let the work begin!! It was very evident. There was a method to their madness. It was extremely organized and logical. They had all the proper equipment to leave windows sparkling clean with no streaks. They worked in tandem and to be honest I was shocked. They were ready to go completing the job in about two hours, (and we have approximately 19 windows). You can get an individual cleaning, but they do offer a contract to get your windows on a schedule of every six months which I appreciated as I'm getting more forgetful all the time!!! as I mentioned to begin with Glitz is the perfect name as my window windows looked very clean & GLITZY when they weren't done. He had also quoted me a price for the under-door vapor barrier and gave ma a good price on putting a coat of varnish on the inside of the door, which had some scratches. He gave a good price and was very conscientious and thorough. He even gave me a free tip on how to get some new door hardware for free (from the manufacturer) I would have him back in a heartbeat if I needed another door refinished.
