I recently visited Attractive Nails and had a wonderful experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and made to feel right at home. The salon itself is clean, modern, and has a relaxing atmosphere. I had a manicure and pedicure, and both were expertly done by my nail technician, Mel. She was friendly, professional, and paid attention to every detail. She took her time with each step and made sure that my nails looked perfect before I left. The selection of nail polish colors was impressive, and I loved the final look of my nails. They were shiny, smooth, and flawless. I also appreciated the fact that the salon used high-quality products that didn't damage my nails or dry them out. Appointment for 6 at 5:00pm, mani/pedi. We arrived and they could take 2. They had double booked and taken walking. This was supposed to be a bonding experience before a COVID wedding. Out of it thing to do together was this. They completely ruined her day and reui Ed the one thing we could do together. DO. NOT. EVER. EXPECT. SERVICE BFORM. THIS. CRAP. HOLE. Not only were they extremely rude but they tried to lie their way out of it. They screwed up ruined the one event we had planned and we're nasty to us to boot. I have been to several nail salons in the Upper Arlington area, and this is my favorite. Dorothy is especially friendly and does a great job every time. The atmosphere is relaxing, and spacious. I have been to some salons that are so cramped and noisy, with the TV blaring news or soap operas, and I find it really annoying. So, when I came here and found a calm environment with pleasing lighting and plenty of space, I was relieved. I have only had gel manicures done here, but I live Attractive Nails! read more

I've been coming here for about 6 years, since I was pregnant and couldn't reach my own feet. I've always had an expert pedicure that lasts two weeks or longer. Each technician takes the time and care to do a great job. Sometimes there's a long wait in the afternoons (think after school) but you can call ahead and make an appointment. Most of the technicians are very friendly but I find the owner, Kim, a little brusque. But they all do a great job for a good price. read more

Muriel is very detail oriented but also does so in a timely manner!! She has no problem explaining what she is doing to make your nails look their best which is uncommon in most places that like to chop off most of your cuticle and nail! I loved going! It was my first time in 5 years! I was a little nervous to get them done since I hadn't been there for a while but it was a great experience! Talina was amazing! Make sure you ask for her when you go! She made me feel so comfortable and was so patient with me when I hesitated about where to put my feet.
