Each person had their job, handing off from one station to another, a very efficient use of a very little space. The food, well, all very tasty, full of flavors, flavors that complimented one another and many textures throughout each dish. We started with beer and wine and an Antipasto Board - 2 Meats & 2 Cheeses, Warm Olives, White Beans & Baguette slices. Wow great flavors also with a little red sweet peppers and a fennel slaw of sorts, wow this was out of the park awesome. Next, we had the 3 bruschetta with tomato and Boursin cheese and also 3 with spinach, artichoke pancetta. Last, we had the Red or White Roasted Red Pepper Sauce, Italian Sausage, Whole Milk Ricotta, Mozzarella, & Crumbled Feta Cheese. We had this last time, and it was awesome as well.
