highly highly recommend! Very happy with Attic Masters from start to finish. They were kind enough to give me a rough quote without an appointment for us to understand if this project scope was even within our budget. all the others gave me the run around and im sure it's because they wanted to "upsell" based on whatever they tried to see at our house, and I did not have time to entertain that. Realizing what we wanted we waited a little to save more and immediately contacted them back to have them write a formal quote. We chose to go with them because of their honesty and prices were comparable, but to have people in your house all day, this was the crew we trusted. Could not have been more right with my gut, the crew blocked off the hall to keep the mess at bay, did a great cleanout and we even chose to add on plywood for a small area to have extra storage. VERY happy with this company and crew. Look no further.

Attic Masters did a great job with our attic. They sent Juan and his crew and they were respectful, professional, and efficient. The rate was very reasonable among the 3 quotes I got. I highly recommend. Attached are photos of before and after photos.

Juan at Attic Masters gave me a super competitive price for insulation work, and the price was very reasonable. Note: Beware of the various crooks out there who charge way too much! So,.. Attic Masters showed up at my Anaheim home in October 2023 ready to go at 9am. Workers were extremely polite and professional. They laid down plastic on the flooring so that debris would be contained. They cleaned out all the old insulation, vacuumed, and sealed all gaps and rodent proofed before laying down R-38 Owens Corning Pink Panther fiberglass batting. They took a multiple pictures during the different stages, and they were done by 2pm. My wife and I were so extremely satisfied with the work, that we had them work on a rental property we own in Pasadena. Again, the price was hard to resist! Unfortunately it was getting into late November and the roof needed to be replaced first. So Juan waited until December before we scheduled a date. Unfortunately they couldn't get Pink Panther from the suppliers, so they offered R-38 Johns Manville (Berkshire Hathaway) fiberglass batting as a substitute. It turned out to be a better deal I felt. Again the service was excellent, and the work was finished the same day. I highly recommend this company. They are very hard workers and will address any concerns you have and give you the very best quality work! It's a great value for your money!

After receiving a crazy-high estimate from another company for basic spray-in insulation, we contacted Juan with Attic Masters. He gave us a quote several thousand dollars cheaper than the other company. Juan's quote also included removing our old insulation, sanitizing, and filling cracks and crevices. The other company made no mention of these services. Two days later, Juan and his four man crew completed the job. The insulation provided was CertainTeed R38 roll-in. Juan and his crew were professional and efficient. Once the job was complete, they thoroughly cleaned everything up including vacuuming our hallway and living room. The attic looks amazing and we are quite satisfied.

Clean installation process

I had attic masters suck out my blown insulation and insulate with new r 38 insulation. Otni and his crew were great, they exceeded expectations. The attic access was inside my home, they put down plastic and left the place cleaner than it was when they showed up. I've been procrastinating doing this upgrade but I'm very happy I did it, I highly recommend attic masters.

How do you remove asbestos from boots and does it require abatement?

Hi Kathleen, Just for your information, we work with a licensed subcontractor for asbestos…

Does Attic Masters do exterior wall blown in insulation? If so, what is the process for patching the holes? What material do you use?

Hi! Thank you for your question. We do exterior wall blown in insulation. The hole patching process depends on whether the outside walls or inside walls need to be patched. We usually use some wood to block off the hole and then use the piece of…

Before estimates came in, it was clear that Insulation Labs was the best-- Ray came on time, knew what he was talking about, answered all my questions, and followed up promptly with the estimate. In addition to being the best service of all five estimates, it was also the lowest price. Julio was in touch for all things scheduling. The team that installed the crawl space vapor barrier came on time when they said they would, cleaned up all debris following the work, and left the work area as they found it. Julio called after the work was done to ask how everything was-- and I told him that the crawl space door seemed to have been bent back a bit in a way that could let a rodent slip under the house (which is understandable given how much material they had to bring into the crawl space). Julio promptly made an appointment for his team to come and fix the issue, and they even added additional hardware cloth on two other spaces upon my request. Overall, I am extremely impressed with the professionalism, service, quality of work, and responsiveness. And the price was the best of all five estimates I got as well. I recommend hiring Insulation Labs for your job.

I hired Insulation Labs to do drill-and-fill insulation, which involves drilling holes in existing…read morewalls and filling the cavities with insulation. The work included the exterior wall along my primary bedroom and children's bedroom, plus an interior wall between the garage and my children's bedroom. Both bedrooms get a lot of afternoon sun and are consistently warm. The first crew spent a full day drilling holes, adding insulation, and patching the walls. Before leaving, they told me everything had gone great. Unfortunately, photos I took with a thermal camera suggested that more than half of the areas had not been properly filled. You could even feel the temperature difference by touching the insulated sections versus the areas that appeared to have been skipped. I contacted the company, sent photos, and was told someone would come out to investigate and resolve the issue ASAP. Instead, about a week passed with little communication. Once I started following up, I felt like I was being passed around. They even sent the sales representative back out, and he said he wasn't sure why he had been sent. Eventually, project manager Julio arranged for another crew to come out the following week. When that crew arrived, they quickly realized the work was more extensive than they had been told. I wanted the affected walls redone so I could be confident the insulation was installed correctly. Julio initially told me it could be another month before they could return--even though a month had already passed since the original installation. I told him that wasn't acceptable, but that I would be flexible to help get the job completed. Shortly afterward, he called back to say there had been a cancellation and that he would send his best team. Victor and Carlos arrived the next day, and they deserve a lot of credit. After drilling additional holes, they confirmed what I had suspected: the original crew had left some wall cavities completely empty. Victor and Carlos filled the walls properly, did excellent patchwork, and thoroughly cleaned up. Their workmanship and attention to detail were far better than what I experienced with the first crew. They clearly took pride in their work, and it showed. Now that the work is complete, the insulation is making a noticeable difference. The bedrooms are cooler, and I'm seeing wall temperatures approximately 15-20 degrees lower than before. Overall, I'm happy with the final result, but getting there took far more time and follow-up than it should have. Victor and Carlos turned the experience around. I would recommend drill-and-fill insulation for exterior walls, but I would also recommend investing in an inexpensive thermal camera--I found one on Amazon for about $80--to help check the work afterward.

The price was competitive, and the team was on-time, professional, and highly efficient. I'll save you the time of getting multiple quotes and say just go with The Attic Doctors. You'll be glad you did!

They took our problems seriously but didn't take advantage and press extra services on us that weren't necessary. We especially liked how knowledgeable the inspector was and how patient he was with our questions. They did a beautiful and very professional job cleaning out the space, air sealing, and doing the exclusion. After discovering that our attic was improperly ventilated and had been accumulating mold for several years, we hired them again to the do the clean out and mold remediation up there. Again, their work was on point for price, extremely professional, and beautifully done. Everyone we worked and talked with, from the inspector (Brennen), the onsite crew, the office, and even the owner, were friendly, well-informed, professional, and prompt. After the work was completed, they have been prompt about following up with inspections to help us stay in warranty on the work and ensure no future issues. We have recommended this company to neighbors with similar issues in their homes.

Several other reviews have stated that Nathan Jones lied to them to get them to sign the contract, so if he is still employed by the company and is the one that comes out to your home, that means they didn't let him go for repeatedly lying. Mr. Nathan Jones lied about the scope of the job to get us to sign the contract, pretended his computer had died so he had to have us sign the contract on a small tablet/ phone which is a common method they use to make sure you can't read the fine print, and they told us they could use a disinfectant appropriate for immunocompromised individuals but when the office was contacted to confirm told us that immunocompromised individuals should not use their company because they didn't use chemicals that were safe. The reason they have so many positive reviews is because they discount the price if you review them prior to them starting the job. They charged us $10,000 for a job that took 15 work hours for a single employee, and when I asked them why they were charging so much for a simple job prior to signing they assured us it was a BIG job that would require a whole team for four full work days. He committed fraud and poisoned our family causing worsening of health issues.

A gf had it done years ago and said it did make a difference in her house. After researching info on Consumer Reports and AI, I started interviewing companies and getting quotes. When I called Insulation Nation I could tell Dustin knew his stuff and had integrity. His quote was very fair and much less than the first one I received from another vendor who acted surprised that I knew what a R rating was. Dustin recommended a radiant barrier on the inside of the roof to help keep the attic cooler. I had not seen that mentioned in my research, nor from the other company, but eagerly said YES! Anything to keep cooler. From the first call with Dustin until the job was completed, everything was top notch. Communication was great. They texted their eta and arrived on time. The crew was clean, polite, friendly and professional. They took before, during and after photos. Aldo showed them to me when they were done to ensure I was happy with their work and to answer any questions I might have had. Their work was excellent.
