Living in a historic town with an older home means keeping up with the repairs and replacing the Insulation in our attic was long overdue. We did lots of research with quotes and Adam was able to send one of his staff out to give us a quote on the SAME DAY that we called them. While we were getting a quote on getting Insulation replaced, Tal mentioned that they also could replace our HVAC with a more efficient one. Although we didn't originally budget for the new HVAC we knew we needed it more than we claimed. We're glad we decided to do both the Insulation and HVAC at the same time. When Attic Masters had their guys here to work on our house they were clean, quick and informative. Attic Masters has gone above and beyond to make sure we felt we were getting our money's worth. I appreciate all that they've done for me and my family and would refer them to anyone. read more

Overdue review, Tal and Aviv have been out to both properties I manage numerous times for a number of HVAC related issues. Whether it's cleaning out my dryer vent or fine-tuning my rooftop AC, the Attic Masters guys do good work at fair prices. read more

Highly recommend!! Hired attic masters to install an attic fan and to insulate the attic. Got a very reasonable quote over the phone and they were out within a week. They arrived this morning on time and finished the job within 3 hours. Took time to inspect the work and it was spotless. I have a tricky entrance point into the attic that required removing a shelf in the closet and the guys offered me some money back on the job to paint a few scuff marks. They were really professional and I highly recommend them. read more

I wasn't sure why cleaning and insulating my attic was so important until my husband started noticing strange smells and what looked like the beginning of a rodent infestation in ours. After reading great reviews I did not hesitate to call Attic Masters. Luckily, they were able to send out a team quickly and the appointment process was easy and organized. They also noticed mold growing which could have been detrimental to our lung health so I'm so glad we took care of that as well. Rome and his friendly crew did an excellent job removing all insulation and debris from my attic, rat proofing and installing new insulation. I am the type that wants the job done yesterday, so I was very happy they were so efficient and the job only took about a day! My advice would be to get ahead of any problems - call today! read more

I highly recommend these guys to do your attic insulation. I had 3 different quotes and they were the best ones with both price and quality. It's been 2 weeks since they replaced and cleaned my old insulation and has done wonders with the temperature of my house. It's finally warm when it's cold and cold when it's hot. I think the best complement that someone could give them is when my heater and air guy came in to fix my heater and said that whoever did my insulation were complete pros and did a clean job. Again thank you attic masters! read more

I had attic masters replace the insulation in my attic a few montHs ago. Although the job mostly went well, there were a few issues I was unhappy about. I called and expressed my concerns, and they immediately went to work making sure each and every detail was taken care of until I was %100 satisfied. They proved that they absolutely stand behind their work, which is why I am comfortable rating them 5 stars. read more

Attic Master's has quality customer service and their work exceeded my expectations! Their response to my inquiry was immediate and they showed up to my home promptly at noon like they said they would. With all this rain I'm very glad I went to the Master's to fix my attic. I'm so impressed. I called them to do an attic cleaning and decontamination. I called around to a few other places and Attic masters definitely had the right price. They removed all the insulation in the attic and installed new r30 cellulose blown in insulation. They were efficient. They were clean and didn't leave any mess. They took a full day for the job but it was completely worth it because the house is much cooler now! Thank you Attic Masters! read more

Found this company through a flyer that came to our home. Took a chance and called them. I couldn't be happier. Amazing customer service from Jacob who was professional and guided me through the entire process start to finish. His crew that came were courteous, clean and efficient. They covered everything with plastic and cleaned everything up before they left. Jacob was honest with his quote and reduced the price when he realized the square footage ended up being less than originally thought. Jacob himself will also continue to follow up to make sure there are no other issues in the future. It is nice to have a direct contact to deal with along the way. I highly recommend Attic Masters if you have any issues in your attic. Reliable, honest, professional. You won't be disappointed. read more

My Uncle needed to replace his insulation. After a few quick searchers; Attic Masters was it. Having never done insulation replacement before; we were a bit skeptical. However, their communication was very professional. In short; the work was completed clean, quickly, and efficiently. (Highly Recommended) read more

READ THIS!!!!! While they were very competitive on price their customer is the best I've seen in any business! I got a fast call back with a minor problem I had later on a Saturday. They come out when they say and each person I dealt in really knew there job from the top person to all the workers. Here is is 6 months later I I just noticed one of the vents isn't putting out hardly any air and I got a service person to come out within 48 hours and fixed it at no charge. Their follow up on my asbestos removal certificate and my government rebate was just as impressive. Nothing is better than a company that is willing to follow up after they've gotten their money and done the initial job. If you should have any problem with their work I am confident that they will handle it quickly and efficiently. Thank you Attic Masters!!! read more

Attic Masters cleaned out our crawlspace for us. The crew was professional, courteous, and extraordinarily hard-working. They removed old insulation, discarded pipes, old wires, and other debris. It looked like exhausting work, but they were tireless. There was a miscommunication regarding our needs and Attic Masters went above and beyond to make it right. We'd go to them again, and we highly recommend them. read more

Attic Masters replaced my old attic insulation with new Eco friendly R-38 insulation. I can't say enough about how professional this business is. Adam was my representative and I knew immediately that I am in good hands, he was extremely knowledgeable honest and friendly and it was obvious that he takes pride in his work. Not only was his price stellar, but the work was amazing, very clean and organized, they finished the insulation within the time frame that was promised and cleaned every area that they worked in. These guys were exactly what I was hoping for. read more

After our re-roofing project, we spoke to a couple of attic cleaners and asbestos removal companies. We are very pleased to have Attic Masters help us do this work. Alex came over and in very plain English explained the whole process involved, the timeline needed to complete the work and gave us a competitive price quote. Their asbestos abatement team and installation team, led by Ronald P., were thoroughly professional and made us feel very comfortable. We would recommend them to anyone in need of their services. read more

After reading all the great reviews on here I was not disappointed. Jacob arrived at our home promptly on a Monday morning to inspect the attic, make service recommendations, and provide a quote. My wife and I agreed based on price and scope having researched what this type of work typically cost as Attic Masters fell right in the middle range of our expectations. Jacob had a crew here first thing Thursday morning. They went above and beyond in making sure our home was kept clean and safe during the work, which only took about 3 hours to remove the old insulation, clean/seal/rodent-proof the attic, and install new R-38 insulation throughout. Jacob followed up the next day to make sure everything was up to standard. Couldn't be happier with the customer service and the work Jacob and his crew from Attic Masters provided. Would highly recommend. read more

So, I personally do not own a house but the woman I do personal assistant work for does. When she asked me to look up attic cleaning I was thrown off a bit because I didn't even know that was a thing! I took to Yelp and looked up some of the reviews for Attic Masters and it was an easy decision. They were prompt and efficient and my boss was thrilled After they left she told me "Make sure you give them a good yelp review!" Done and Done! I can't thank them enough for their work, they made me look good! Happy Boss Happy Life : ) (Isn't that the saying?) read more

We recently hired Attic Masters to completely clean & disinfect (rat infestation), and lay out new insulation in our attic, as well as replacing all of our HVAC ducting. From the initial estimate process with Alex to the entire two-day job with Marlon Valenzuela and his crew, we were very satisfied with the level of service and professionalism, reflected in the following ways: The estimate was reasonable in comparison to other well-reviewed/-rated companies. We received a great package deal that included the installation of an access ladder, attic fan and attic lighting. Marlon and his crew were always on time, pleasant, professional and worked long hard days. The crew took great lengths to seal openings/cracks both throughout the attic and around the perimeter of the house even replacing outside vents. Overall, we would definitely recommend Attic Masters (particularly Marlon and his crew) for quality work. read more

I looked at other insulation companies, and chose Attic Masters. Most companies want to do blow-in insulation which I did not want. I was impressed when I spoke to the front office associate Virgina, who explained their process in a personable manner. I have an old house without insulation, and there is a lot of old roofing material debris on the attic floor. Attic Masters vacuumed the attic, replaced vent screens, sealed old holes, and rodent-proofed it.They installed an R 30 roll-in style insulation. The attic is less than 3 feet tall, no flat surfaces(all beams), and very hot and uncomfortable. I would recommend Attic Masters because: 1) They have competitive prices, and honor their quotes. They do not upsell, and they stand behind their work. 2) Virginia, in the front office is professional and courteous, and takes the time to help a customer. 3) Alex (my sales rep) was professional and easy to work with. On the day of the quote he called when he was within 20 minutes of the house. He was knowledgable about the process. He provided a quote promptly. Some Sales Rep's quote the job, then try to push other products and services. Alex was very focused on the request and provided straight-forward answers, which I appreciate. It made me feel they were trustworthy. He was also easy to reach if there were questions, and he returned phone calls if he was busy. He and Virginia said their goal is for the customer to be happy. I spoke with the owner of the company who helped with a few concerns. He was reachable, professional and helpful. 4) The insulation crew was on time, and worked clean. They were careful around the house, thorough, and polite. The crew was prepared with jump suits, protective covers on their shoes, and face masks. Other companies moaned at the tight area in the attic. Or told me what I wanted wasn't possible because it's difficult. Or their prices were too high. It's refreshing to see a company that actually has excellent customer service, provides a good product, and is well-priced. I would use AtticMasters again, and would recommend them to others looking for attic insulation. I saw the good reviews on Yelp and was happy to see the high ratings matched the service they provided. read more

I want to thank Tal and Moe of Attic Masters for doing a fantastic job on my attics and crawl space. I highly recommend this company. They are hard working and professional. We bought an older home, and after moving in, noticed evidence that there had been rodents in the attics and crawl space. attic masters took out all of the old insulation in the attics, sanitized and sealed the attics and put in new insulation. The crawl space they did the same thing, but no insulation. The crew worked very hard for two days, it was a big job. They did a great job. My caution with this kind of work, no matter who you hire, is that it is loud and the equipment runs on a gas engine so there is exhaust as well. So, if you have small children or are sensitive to exhaust, you might want to plan accordingly. Attic Masters works hard to make the customer happy. They say "anything you need" a lot and mean it. They were fast and friendly. I highly recommend them. I also recommend their sister-company, Evergreen air. They cleaned out our ducts and air handler and did a great job with that as well. read more

If you are looking for any type of work that has to do with your attic, you owe it to yourself to call Attic Masters first. I initially found out about Attic Masters while doing an online search for someone to come out and replace our blown-in fiberglass insulation with R30 lay-in in insulation in our attic. The Google search led me to the Yelp page and after reading all the high praises, I decided to give them a call. Upon calling, the nice lady on the phone gave me a rough estimate for the removal of the old insulation and putting in new one, she also informed me that they will inspect our air ducts while they are working in the attic to let me they are in good shape and need cleaning or if they should be replaced. She scheduled a date for their crew to show up on-site give me a final estimate and job scope and told me if I decided to do the work, they can start it that same day. Satisfied with the quote and information I received, I scheduled a Friday visit for the Attic inspection. On Friday morning, the gentleman from Attic Masters gives me a courtesy call at 9AM (Appointment was scheduled between 8AM and 10AM) informing that they are on the way and will be at my house in around 15 to 20 mins. The Attic Masters crew showed up with two trucks ready to do the job should I choose to accept it. The foreman goes up to the attic, inspects it and gives me a detailed assessment. My ducts were older (I already knew that, but didn't realize how old since we had only bought the house 3 years earlier) and they informed me that because of the tight clearance on my attic, they recommend removing the ducts and replacing them to give them a better access to the attic to do a through cleaning and to install brand new ducts with R6 insulation around them and hang them up per code and to improve air circulation as opposed to my old ducts which were just laying on the floor of the attic. They also informed me that they would perform a furnace cleaning as part of this service and install a free active attic fan which will turn on and cool the attic once the attic temperature hits a specific set point. We sat down went over the quote and I went ahead with the attic cleaning and duct replacement. The Attic Masters started their work immediately and began isolating the entire section of the house from the attic to the outside door by putting down protective covering over my wooden floors and nylon covering on the walls and doorways. Their professionalism was obvious as most other contractors wouldn't even bother with this crucial step to protect your home from all the fiberglass, dust and who knows what else. They began sucking up all the blown-in insulation and placing it in special collection bags and removed all the old ducts and disposed of it in trash bags as well. It took them a few hours to clean up the attic but it was spotless after they were done. They proceeded to install the R30 Johns Manville insulation in the attic and replaced all my ducts and hung them up as promised. They added the attic exhaust fan and cleaned up thoroughly after themselves once the job was done. The Attic Masters crew did the job in one day and it was the most impressive service I've received from any contractor, period. Every individual I dealt with from the first call, to the foreman, to the work crew were super nice, professional and answered any and all questions we had without hesitation. To prove how professional they are, we noticed that the attic fan they installed for us kicked in on a moderate temperature day, the day after they left. I called the foreman on the Saturday (This is the 3 day Memorial Day weekend mind you) who promised me that he will have someone on-site over the next couple of days to adjust the thermostat (Our attic is super tight and I couldn't get to the fan to adjust it). The foreman called me back the next day and told me he can have a crew come in that day to fix the issue which they did. It only took them 5 mins to adjust the thermostat, but they went out of their way to ensure we were completely satisfied. I cannot reiterate it enough, if you are considering any Attic work, call the Attic Masters first, you'll be glad you did, I know I am and I will be using them and referring them to anyone who needs any Attic work in the future. read more

Holy Moses! If I could give them 10 stars, I would! I spent several frustrating days researching companies that gave me conflicting information. Everything changed when Moses showed up to give me an estimate for the job. We had just purchased a new house and found out from the inspection report that there were several rat traps in the attic, which meant rats had been an issue and they had access to our attic! There is no way I could live in a house knowing rats were living above my head! I'm a compulsive neat freak and want every area of my home clean. I told Moses I want my attic to be a place I could have a picnic in if I wanted to. He was so kind and understanding and never made me feel like I was an overreacting freak (even though I was) I asked a thousand questions and expected all of them to be answered, if I'm paying for a service, and you claim to be masters, then I expect the best. I was not only satisfied, they exceeded all of my expectations! After explaining every detail, the friendly, courteous team showed up on time and spent 4 days removing tons of disgusting 28 year old insulation and (gasp) tons of rat droppings! They cleaned it down to the board and then sanitized it and closed all open entry holes so nothing could return. Before they installed the new insulation I insisted on going up to check it out and was amazed how spotless it was, they vacuumed every speck of dust and dirt and it even smelled of mint, my heroes!! (Another company told me, to save money, I should leave the old insulation and just have them spray this new popcorn type of insulation right over everything, are they nuts?!?!?) Moses did all this without asking for a dime! He said you can pay when we are done and you are happy. Well, I was ecstatic! I used them a week later when the plumber found dead rats in the crawl space under the house! They came and did their magic once again, cleaning and closing holes. They are more than Attic Masters, they can clean any area! I'm grateful I found Moses and his team! When we finally move in and have a house warming party, he's invited! read more

Attic Masters just came out and did a great job on our house. The quote was very detailed and was emailed to us. It was a good price and the prices didn't change. They came out and removed our asbestos wrapped air ducts and insulation. Then they cleaned our attic and checked for anything that needed to be patched up. They cleaned our furnace which was so bad that they video taped it so that we knew how dirty it was. It took them about a day and a half to finish and we were able to sleep in the house, which was very nice. They even installed a new fan in our attic. I highly recommend them. We wanted someone we knew would do the job right. They were a good price and a good company and were thorough. Don't go with some random contractor who will half .... the job but might do it for a little cheaper. We were impressed with this company and would use them again. And they won't complete the job without your full approval. read more

From the moment that I contact these guys, they walk me through step-by-step. They even work with my busy schedule, they came over on the weekend in the afternoon, so my family and I can sleep in. The price was very affordable. One of the best rates that I found. You pay for what you get. We have a baby in the house, so they were very considerate, when he was sleeping. Don't look anywhere else! These guys are the real deal. I had existing insulation in my home, which i purchased 13 years ago, that I never replaced. Moe was very friendly and informed me that insulation was dingy, dusty, and my air ducts also had holes in it. i had another contractor tell me that my air ducts had holes, so i know Moe was not trying to scam me. i got quotes from other companies that had great reviews on yelp and Angie's list, but none of them could do everything, which was 1) replace air ducts 2) sanitize the attic with chemicals that required overnight drying.3) install insulation do yourself a favor and research the importance of sanitation of attic before installing insulation. it kills existing mold and minimizes future mold from growing. most companies do not offer this service. After receiving a fair price, Moe and his crew started removing my existing insulation after 3 days of accepting his offer, which was very nice since i wanted to have the job done as quick as possible. He found three layers of insulation, which required extra time to remove. Moe was not a jerk about it and removed it graciously without haggling for more money. after Moe removed the insulation, he showed the clean attic to me. it was 99% clean, it's very difficult to remove insulation in every nook and cranny. i asked Moe if he could use my hand vacuum and suck any loose pieces which he did. Moe used Owens corning ecotouch insulation, aka pink panther, which is good quality stuff, formaldehyde free, around 50% recycled material, you can check it out at home depot. after Moe and crew installed the insulation, Moe showed me the fruits of his labor, and it was well done. he had his team vacuum the vents. he also threw in for free a cleaning of my Air conditioning master unit inside the house (not condenser), which he cleaned the filter and cleaned some parts of the unit. after Moe left, I realized the fan in the condenser unit sitting outside the house was not turning when turning on AC. Moe promptly came back to my place and fixed it without hesitation and without charge. turns out Attic Masters also specializes in AC since they have a sister company called Jay's AC. I would hire Moe and his team again for AC or attic matters. read more

I called 4 days in advance, set up an appointment, and took a half day at work. I was informed that I would be called 30 minutes prior to my appointment. I initially wanted to get the asbestos out of this 1950's house I bought recently. I received a quote for $3k just to remove the asbestos. So I called Attic Masters for a quote. Moe gave me a very reasonable quote to remove the asbestos, replace the ducting, replace the insulation and clean up the attic. I have allegories and I can't stay in that place too long before I catch a bad cold, but anyway Attic Masters seriously fix up my old, dusty and worn out attic and perfected it into a brand new one. I'm editing my review, upgrading it to 4 stars. I'm in the quote-gathering phase, so nobody has actually done the work. Attic Masters was prompt and courteous in setting up a time to check out my attic, and they were highly attentive to confirm the time in advance of the actual day. There was some miscommunication the morning of the scheduled visit, which prompted me to give them a negative review. To their credit, they responded with everything they could to make it right. They were friendly and described what they would do, and gave a competitive quote in an attempt to make up for the miscommunication. Mistakes happen. They owned up to it and tried to make it right. That's the way it's supposed to work... read more

Prompt, professional, and thorough. These guys did a terrific job on an attic that quite literally had not been touched in 100 years. The crew was friendly and managed to keep the mess to a minimum. Would 100% recommend Attic Masters to anyone. read more

Overall things went well. I'd divide the review into four parts: Price - we got quotes from three companies and Attic Masters were the most affordable Office staff - friendly, fast at returning emails, but one communication about a change in arrival time didn't make it from office staff to the attic workers Estimator - the employee who came and did our estimate was friendly and polite but didn't actually measure the attic, so the quote was off. We discussed this discrepancy and came to a resolution. This could have been a big problem, and I would recommend to anyone that if they get a quote that they make sure it is based on actual attic measurements rather than just a report from another source. One point off for this. Attic workers - These guys were excellent and are the main reason that I felt that this was a good company. I certainly hope they are paid well enough for the hard physical labor they perform as well as the risk of working with hazardous material. They were meticulous in lining all the living areas with plastic to prevent contamination as they brought down the dirty old attic contents. read more

After I posted my initial review here, the owner, Adam, left me a voicemail wanting to speak with me about my experience and to make things right. Keep in mind, the job was 2 weeks ago and I had e-mailed them about it just a few days afterward. Apparently, he was not informed of my e-mail until recently, which was an unfortunate breakdown in communication. I spoke with Adam and he was very apologetic about both not following up with me sooner (not really his fault) and about what I experienced. He assured me this was not how they normally do business and that he addressed the issue with his employees. In the end, he made an offer of compensation. Though I was not looking for any compensation, I accepted it in good faith. So, I bumped up my initial rating to 4 stars instead of 3. Sometimes, how a business follows up on an issue can *almost* make me forget about it. I believe the owner values great customer service so I'm open to using their services again in the future. Good job AtticMasters. Great job Adam! read more

Alex, Juan and the entire Attic Masters team did a fantastic job at my house. From scheduling the appointment to receive an estimate all the way to job completion these guys were amazing. Gaby took my call to get a quote and was very friendly and easy to work with. I went ahead to schedule for asbestos abatement and duct repair in the attic. The company uses a third-party for the asbestos removal but the 2-man crew from Attic Masters arrived promptly and kept me updated with the project during the day. My two small gripes was that there was a little bit of residue and loose insulation debris here and there, next to the vents throughout the house and also that they left scuff marks on the corners of my freshly painted walls... I guess this was to be expected with the equipment that needed to be brought in. Luckily, I still had extra paint that I was able to use for touch-up. read more

I'm usually not the type to reach out and write reviews but this was a must after the exceptional service I received from Adam. My wife and I recently purchased our first home and we needed insulation done as the winter came fastly approaching, so I called Adam. My experience with this company was amazing from the first call to set up an appointment to the finish of the installation. Adam was very professional, punctual and a pleasure to do business with. I was able to make an appointment the same week and he provided me with an arrival window of one hour! (not 4-5 like the cable companies). My house is now warm and my family and I can now be warm and comfortable during this chilly nights. I would highly recommend Attic Masters to ANYONE in need of an insulation installation if one would like stellar service paired with an awesome attitude.
