Dillon and his crew worked extremely hard for two full days and beautifully cleaned and rat proofed our attic and under the house in the crawl space. They were very nice and very professional. I would highly recommend Attic Construction and this particular team. read more

Attic Construction - This mama rat and her baby couldn't get in this space (they tried many times throughout the night). - Insulation Installation Near Me

Jake was very friendly and helpful during our consultation regarding attic clean-up. A property inspector had scared us into thinking that we would need to spend hundreds or thousands of dollars to clean our attic, but he was able to turn over the insulation for no charge. Very much appreciated. read more

HONESTY & INTEGRITY! Eric came to check out some attic noises we heard. He found some openings that rodents may have used for access, as well as a few droppings. He sealed all the access points, checked for other signs, inspected our insulation, and took photos so we could see what's up there. All this didn't cost us a thing! He said it was part of the free inspection service. He came back a few days later and checked again. Eric could easily have sold us on putting in new insulation, but instead said our insulation is in good shape and doesn't need to be changed at this time. I trust Eric and this company! Would not recommend, I needed to sub them out for a downtown project. First they took a few days to get the estimate to me, once I got it approved I scheduled a start date a week or so in advance. Once we got it scheduled they called the night before they were going to start and said "oh actually we can't do that kind of insulation job, we're mostly residential sorry we can't do it. I was screwed and had to use 911 restoration to complete the job. (They are great) Then the manger calls me and talks about how sorry he is and that he's the new GM and he'll send me something in the mail then after it never came he was going to meet me on a Friday. Never heard from them since. I'm they are not people of their word. read more

Team Fredrick was great! Kept me up to date the whole time! I was very happy with their team!

Well the first time they came out they found a wasps nest in my attic so couldn't complete the job. Saod I had to get rid of the wasps first so I called a company and they wouldn't do it due to my attic was very little room. So they suggested to put bug bombs off in the attic so about a month or more later I was able to that. Then rescheduled the appt and had my insulation installed finally. Its done now and looks good. The guys were quick and did a good job. read more

I had a recent appointment for an attic inspection in regards to a potential rodent issue. Jake Scheiner came by my place and was very detailed and thorough. He inspected my attic and gave me honest recommendations without trying to sell me anything. The inspection was free so I really appreciated the honesty. read more

After meeting with several different insulation company technicians, I realized how much Jake and Eric stood out because of their knowledge, attention to detail, and professionalism. I figured if their methodology was indicative of the company's standards, it was worth the few extra dollars it would cost to go with Attic Construction, so I did. Today's installation process went EXACTLY as Jake said it would. Tony Tran called half an hour before he and his team arrived, precisely on time, and fully prepared to complete the job. Ricardo, Alejandro, and Kevin greeted me, then got right down to work unloading and setting up equipment, while Tony and I took a quick tour of the house. A few minutes later, the floors and walls were covered, and several large bags of debris and ancient insulation were being removed from the house. After that, the team fired up a powerful vacuum which removed the old blown-in insulation and other disgusting 'stuff' form the attic. The rodent proofing process proceeded, followed by decontamination, and last but not least, my clean, fluffy, pink Owens Corning was blown in. I felt warmer just looking at it! The team left my home cleaner than they found it. Tony gave me updates and realistic time-frames throughout the day, and he never needed to give me any excuses. What an all-around great experience! I commend all of the employees with whom I worked from start to finish, and I would highly recommend Attic Construction. read more

We scheduled an Attic inspection since our top floor was always too hot. Dan showed up, climbed into the attic, took some pictures, and discovered that half of the roof had no insolation. He recommended to do a blown in of a new insolation and quoted a fair price. We agreed to do the blown in insolation and within the same week the installation took place. Everything went smooth and installation was done within that day. Great service, and most important, our top floor is way cooler now! Money well spent. read more

I employed the services of attic construction to solve rodent problem in our home. Kevin inspected the house thoroughly, identified the vents the rats were using to get into our house and sealed them up. My experience of working with Attic Construction has been positive. They were able to send someone within a couple of hours after I requested service. Kevin was the inspector. He was professional and very efficient. He went through all the books and corners and sealed up the vents within an hour. I would strongly recommend Attic Construction to anyone who has rodent in the house situation. read more

So if you think you currently have or have had a rat in your attic, multiple that times 20! Attic Construction is the company you want to hire to take care of everything in your attic regarding cleaning out old filthy insulation (which in my case rat remnants too) securing areas where rats can get in, repairing air ducts, sanitizing, and refilling your attic with new insulation! Omg I'm so glad I made the decision to hire Attic Construction to do this job for me. Thank you Ricardo, Marco and Hector for doing such a wonderful job and for being so professional and thorough! Also I want to thank Jake for coming to my house and explaining everything and for the excellent quote! read more

Victor, Tiger and Tray did a great job with insulation blow in. Efficient and thorough. Left house spotless. Great work.

First of all stop looking for other vendors...these folks are amazing. Extremely professional, great communication, great service. I was very much impressed with their ability to communicate right off the bat. I dropped a request on Yelp and within minutes I had a scheduled appointment to walk my house. The estimator was extremely professional and very knowledgable. I was extremely impressed with the pricing and the service. I was a "stand by" customer which meant if they finished another job early I might get a call. The next day I had a phone call and within hours my house had insulation. Very professional, great communication, 5 stars for sure!!!! read more

Jason came out and did a thorough job of looking and crawling around my attic. Very professional guy, and his estimate was better price than past quotes. This was one of the best home repair/improvement experiences I've ever had. I cannot recommend Attic Construction highly enough. They were knowledgeable, prompt, friendly, and courteous and clean. I had Attic Construction come give me an estimate to get rid of some birds living in my attic and seal off the entryways to prevent any more critters from moving in. Eric Aroush came exactly when he said he would arrive, covered my house with a dropcloth and his shoes with covers to keep everything clean, and he jumped up into the attic to have a look around. He took pictures and described for me exactly what he saw. He wasn't able to close off my vents using the equipment he had with him, but he gave me a lot of help and ideas, spent an hour troubleshooting, and by the time he left I was well-equipped to fix the problem myself. He could not have been more helpful, and after all that, he did not charge me a penny. Next time I need help in my attic, Attic Construction is the only company I will consider. Thank you for doing such a great job! read more

We just bought our house and knew it had a lot of rodent activity before we moved in. We sealed it up the best we could but worried there would still be mice in the attic. I saw a local coupon for their Attic Cleanup deal and was preparing myself for a bigger sales pitch but the small cost for an Attic Cleanup and a second look at the attic was worth it. Jason arrived early for our appointment, with a heads up phone call which was nice. He took photos, and to our surprise showed us and told us that the attic was clean so didn't charge us for the cleanout. He gave us TONS of great advice about how to prevent any future problems. I really appreciated Jason's honesty and knowledge. Thanks Jason! read more

We found out our attic was in terrible condition just as the COVID19 mayhem was ramping up but man, everyone from Attic Construction has been beyond empathic, helpful, kind, and above all, professional. Jason came out and did a way more thorough inspection of our attic and gave us the lay of the land without trying to sell anything but really just informing us of the state. He gave us such peace of mind and amazingly, the phase one crew was able to come the very next day. We will be requesting Humberto's crew for phase two as they were the absolute best and somehow finished ahead of schedule!!! We could not be happier or more impressed with this company and will happily sing their praises to anyone who needs help with anything in their attic! read more

Jason came out to assess the job and was great. Very thorough; took the time to explain everything and answered all my questions. He gave me a quote before he left. After getting another quote from a different company it was clear that Attic Construction was the better fit. I called Jason back and we scheduled the job right away. Team Frederick came out the very next week and his crew was AWESOME! A team of four, very courteous and respectful of COVID protocols. They completed the job (1200 sqft attic) in around six hours and left my home *very* clean... hardly a trace they'd even been here. Frederick even took time to show me progress photos throughout the day (pre and post vacuum, rodent-proofing/sanitation, and finished product with full R-30 level insulation). I highly recommend this company. Every crew member I worked with was top notch. Thank you Jason and TEAM FREDERICK... we're so excited to have a more weather-proof home! read more

Attic Construction just finished blowing in insulation in our garage and topping off the insulation in a bedroom in our Arizona home. Very professional from start to finish. I had made an appointment for someone to come out to our house on Sunday between 11-1. They had even called to confirm the appointment on Saturday. Sunday no call no show. Moved into a new home and had to install a new AC unit and came to find out there was almost zero insulation in the attic. I requested a quote via Yelp and Jake got back to me promptly and came over to give me a quote. Instantly i noticed a difference from the other companies who gave quotes in the details of Jake's work. He was the only worker to lay down plastic, put booties on his shoes, and clean up after he left. i was very pleased! Then when the guys came to do the installation, they were very nice, efficient, and very clean again. I really appreciate when workers do a thorough job rather than leaving the place messier than when they arrived. I received lower priced quotes from other companies, but am so glad i went with Attic! I'm a skeptic of all skeptics thought I never hire anyone ever again to do work at my house took one last chance on Attic Construction, and they literally knocked it out of the park. Marc Browne came out was sympathetic to our situation was honest trustworthy(and I trust nobody) had Humberto and the boys come out and kicked ass all day long and didnt skip a beat. Now I can finally sleep after 7 months of hell, living a nightmare cause of the rodents. Great job Attic construction absolutely 100% solid outfit. PLEASE READ before going with Attic Construction. I wanted to like this company, especially after such high reviews. Sales person came right out, inspected the attic, was respectful, then started with what the job entailed and quotes. Included in the job was this bleach compound they spray throughout the attic to disinfect. After quoting me some INSANE price (over $6,000 for a 1400 sq ft house) he started with the "now let's look for discounts to get this price down." Total sales tactic. Literally, one (of the many) "discounts" was him asking me if I had an elderly person living in my home. When I told him "no", he said he'd ignore my answer and would add that discount as well. Once the price got down to $3,700, he started a new line by saying they had a cancelation for this weekend and if I took that appointment, they could knock off another $500. It was all orchestrated with a phone call to his "boss" and everything. BE AWARE OF THIS ACT. This sales guy repeated the phrase "I don't have customers, I just have friends" (something to that effect). Despite my better judgement, I went with Attic Construction. When they showed up, the guy in a red t-shirt (the on site project manager wears red) was nice but gave me insight into what I actually paid for. There were no cancelations, and this "disinfectant" is water with a little bleach. Nothing special and took them a whole 4 minutes to do. Additionally, they were reckless in moving equipment, damaging my wall, ceiling and floor. The ONLY reason for 2 stars is because after calling and complaining about the damage, they knocked off additional money from the total paid (probably because I had already overpaid). BE WARNED AND WATCH OUT FOR THESE SNAKE SALES PEOPLE. read more

Dan replaced our heating suction vent today and was very friendly and professional. It was a joy to have some actually know what they're doing and also explaining what was an essential repair and what wasn't. He took before and after pictures which was very helpful. He was very respectful of our home, putting a mat under his ladder and and cleaning up the attic door thoroughly afterwards. I've had others here who did not work with this level of care. The price was reasonable and when the time comes to replace the entire venting system, Attic Construction will be the business I would call based on this wonderful representative. read more

Excellent service and follow through. We needed an emergency attic and insulation upgrade. The team came through, gave an honest assessment and worked within our budget, providing insight and flexibility well beyond the other teams we consulted. The work was done thoroughly within a matter of days and, when we had additional questions, they immediately sent out a team member to go through the house step-by-step. Highly recommended. read more

Had a great experience with this company. The crew was Humberto Gil, Richard and Victor. They got the job done quickly and correctly. They were very helpful in explaining and showing me what they were going to do, and the results. It was a hot day here so extra props for working in the attic in these conditions! Our attic was in bad shape, this is a 100% improvement. They also reattached some vent pipes and sealed up some AC vents. Great job! read more

We heard about Attic Construction from a family friend who is a realtor. They were able to come out quickly and assess our home for the source of a (very unpleasant) sewage smell. We had already contacted a plumber to flush the pipes, but that didn't help. The team at attic construction were prompt, professional, friendly and knowledgeable! They took video under our house and found a broken pipe that had been leaking waste water under our raised foundation. Kyle gave us an extremely fair estimate before leaving. The team arrived the next day for pipe repair, waste removal, and clean up. Big kudos to both Nathan and Jose who suited up and completed the task that would belong on an episode of dirty jobs!! They were both respectful of our property and informative about the process. I spoke with Cory when the job was done, who showed me the broken pipe and footage of the clean up work. Overall it was a highly professional, effective, and friendly service - 10 out of 10 would use again for any service they provide! read more

I had Nate out at my home today for a quote. I did not have any services done today, except a minor cleanup while Nate was in the attic. The whole experience was great. Very professional, arrived on time and explained everything in detail. read more

Excellent team of professionals at Attic Construction! Decided to redo the old and compressed insulation in our attic in East County, in order to significantly improve our HVAC bills during hot summers. They were prompt making the appointment to provide an estimate, and even had an availability to do the work the next day for a discount if we were flexible! It's not cheap to completely redo the insulation, but the professionalism and service make it bearable, and hoping to recover the cost in the form of lower energy bills in a few years. After completing the job, I went into the attic to replace the attic vent fan myself, and noticed it was just a little low in a few spots below the R30 code. I called them to see if one of their professionals could come do a quick inspection and audit. Sure enough, it was a couple inches below code in a few areas. They promptly scheduled another team to come and blow in some more to bring it up to code, and were very professional about it. Lane did a great job taking pictures after adding a little more insulation and assuring me I wasn't being a difficult "nit-pickey" customer, which made me feel better about making sure I received what I paid for. Overall, everyone I interacted with was polite, professional and friendly. The insulation team did a great job of removing all the old insulation, rodent proofing the attic, and blowing in the new insulation. They protected all my walls and floor from damage, and cleaned up thoroughly afterward. I can already feel the difference on warm days! read more

A neighbor gave me info for them for some attic insulation. They gave a nice pretty brochure and came out to do an estimate that turned out to be OUTRAGEOUS!!!! The cost was basically 2.5x that of the person we hired. And yes the person we hired was licensed and also had experience doing blow in insulation. The guy that came to do the estimate gave me some line about a "shortage of insulation" and that there was no guarantee they could do the job if I didn't do it by the end of the month. Cue eye roll and skeezy sales tactic. If you are an insulation company and you don't have enough materials on hand to do jobs past 3 weeks then your company is A COMPLETE FAILURE. The person also gave me a "discount" but only until the end of the month...probably to meet his sales quota. Needless to say I took my business elsewhere and you should too. read more

I highly recommend Attic Construction if you need to remove/replace your insulation. Fair price, quality workmanship and timely. It started with our estimator, Andrew, professional thorough and took the time to explain the process and timeline. The whole Attic Construction team really worked hard to do a good job and please us.
