I immediately called Timothy back and asked if he could still do the work and use the $75 towards the cost of the repair. He agreed but later he called my property management company and said he couldnt go by the property. I waited until Monday to see if he was going to provide a quote. He never did. I called him and asked for a refund, he said he would. I also followed up with a text. I texted again earlier this week and he advised he would. Now I see he has cancelled my refund request. Unprofessional and not trustworthy. I would not recommend hiring timothy. I dont think $75 is enough to damage someone's professional reputation is but apparently it is.
