Rootbgone Sewer and drain is the most professional plumber buisnesss I have ever experienced. When him and his team first came to my house, I was skeptical thinking that they would be judgmental. You see, I have been struggling with irritable bowel syndrome for my whole life, a truly tiring condition. The other day I woke up surprisingly in the middle of the night knowing that nature was calling. I ran into the bathroom and placed my butt on the porcelain throne. I let out an atrocious poop. I got up relieved and immediately knew this was Un flushable, I tried for an hour flushing and using a plunger but unfortunately... no progress was made. I had requested a quote and Robert from their company was very timely and giving me a call to go over service request and was able to schedule my appointment right away! Robert called me when he was in route for service and was just as friendly and personable in person as he is over the phone, they were able to assess the situation let me know exactly what Needed to be done and the price for how much it would be. I highly recommend Rootbgone! Robert (the owner) & Jon (the service tech) were extremely responsive, professional, very helpful & did a great job. Heavy rain had caused a minor flood in my basement. In an effort to avoid spending thousands of dollars on a new home drainage system, I contacted Rootbgone hoping that snaking both my sewer & storm drains would address the issue. Jon did a very thorough job. He explained the situation, what was being done & his findings all along the way. He even suggested some preventative measures I could take. I dropped my brand new Apple AirPods into the toilet as it was flushing. My knit sweater did not want to hold that smooth case in its pocket. They called me back right away. Right at the appointment time they showed up. They communicated everything that they were doing and told me the problem was different than what I originally thought. They kept the place clean, using tarps so that the sewage wouldn't be all over. They were the first plumbers that I've had to my house, and I've had several, that cleaned up after they were done. Robert at Root B gone was very nice and talked me through what he needed to do to clear the roots out of our sewer. He even offered f?advise how to keep the roots from coming back so we would not have to keep paying for this service every couple of years. When Robert was done with the job he even cleaned up the mess that had came up through the basement drain, it was gross so I appreciated that he when the extra mile for his customer. Robert and his team are excellent. They showed up quickly to help us out with our cracked sewer pipe in our basement. He worked with my insurance and replaced the pipe and installed a new sink. Rob helped me out a lot with getting my drain unclogged. I had roots going in my drain system that weren't previously disclosed by the person that sold me the house four months ago and that was backing up really bad and he worked in the freezing cold on short notice and got it cleared at a good price and did a great job too especially since access to my main line sewer system wasn't that easy to figure out. 10/10 will hire again for plumbing issues. read more

They do what it takes to get the job done. Main line backed up and its never a simple job (25 years in the house and have had it done many times).
