    Some Wall Decor

Wow this place has an incredible crave-able burger, in fact it might just be my favorite! I can see how they were voted Best Burger in 2023. The funky unique decor & old school music of the 60s & 70s made for a fun & lively vibe. The high exposed wood beam ceiling, lots of brick, multi-levels & comfy padding on chairs & in booths added to a great dining experience as well. They even have a self service coffee bar. Atomic Cowboy is two restaurants in one...Denver Biscuit Company & Fat Sully's NY style pizza, burgers & more. From 11am-2pm you can order off of both menus. Parking is mainly on the street & a small parking lot in the back. We went on a Wednesday afternoon in late November for lunch & the place was busy & filled with customers. It was nicely decorated for Christmas. We were greeted immediately & shown to our table. Service was fantastic, we were checked on frequently. We ordered the Lights Out Burger which was a double smash burger with American Cheese, yummy homemade pickles, diced onion & burger sauce on a garlic butter toasted brioche bun with Waffle Fries. The burger was delicious, very flavorful & cheesy, dripping with sauce - you almost need a knife & fork. And the crispy Waffle Fries were absolutely the best. The burger & fries were reasonably priced at $16. I'm so happy I discovered Fat Sully's & look forward to my next visit!

One slice white sauce chicken and bacon pizza

Huge pizza and great deals! Off of Broadway, this place is a chain for Denver biscuit Company, atomic cowboy, and several others. It's street parking only so make sure you read the signs. Some areas you will have to pay and some areas are free. I went with a large group and they were able to accommodate us within a couple minutes. The server was very kind and helpful. We had a lot of questions. My friends all shared a huge pizza and I got my own slice of white sauce with chicken and bacon. The overall taste of flavor was great! I thought the pizza was cooked well and flavorful. Nothing else really stood out. It was just a normal pizza to me. The size was huge though, so that can go in the pro column. I think I would definitely go back because it was great that they were able to accommodate such a large group last minute. We had about 10 people altogether.

The biscuit was delicious, and we got this awesome M - F promo of a drink, hash brown, and biscuit for $12.99. I got the K-Mack and cranberry juice. Portion size was great. I love seeing how large the biscuit sandwich is. It makes it feel special! What a treat. Service was good and prompt. We came for lunch on a Friday and sat at a booth. It wasn't too busy and it wasn't empty either. Just the right amount of customers! Would definitely come back here for the K-Mack again. Would love to take advantage of this deal as well!

This place has out-of-this-world fighting alien as a cowboy vibes! Very on theme with the name which I enjoyed haha The K-mack biscuit sandwich lived up to the hype with its combination of sweet and savory sauce and daikon+cabbage. The service was very friendly too!

Denver Biscuit Company food ordered..... Really good food in a bar like setting with good service. Came here for lunch while in town. Was seated fairly quickly. Service was fast friendly and prompt, some mistakes made, but very quickly fixed. Ordered The Ellsworth biscuit sandwich. So big had to use fork and knife. Top tier pickles and very chicken on a delicious biscuit. Wife made her own plate, the jam was excellent and the bacon was thick without being too salty. Good stuff. Only two notes for feedback, biscuits were all cold. Maybe this is how they do it here? Also, not a fan of the clip board style menu. Felt like I had to work to view the menu pages.

    Three run double!

Visited based on a recommendation from a close friend and I was not disappointed. I ordered from the biscuit company menu - THREE RUN DOUBLE and thought the fried chicken had the perfect breading, super tasty, flavorful, AND was not overcooked. I was pleasantly surprised at how tender the chicken was. The biscuit was delightful, also perfect taste and texture. The staff were great, friendly, helpful when trying to find the bathroom haha. It was busy but they were able to seat us quickly and get us our food quickly. Highly recommend going!

Atomic Cowboy was solid and I can see why it was packed on a random Monday night (albeit there was a football game going on haha). I got the burger and fries the first time I visited as they don't serve the biscuits at nighttime. It was solid and the waitress was a doll. I also visited the next day to have the biscuits and had it in the form of biscuit pot pie- yes that is indeed as heavenly as it sounds. The biscuits were super buttery and tasty plus the fried onions on top were essential. I just wish that the carrots were cooked more but rather than that it was awesome. All in all, I highly recommend this place for comfort food.

Second visit in YEARS and this place still rocksssssssss! Everything is done right: the hearty grub of a burger that's just the right amount of "so greasy", I didn't even care if the patties were of good quality, it just did the track for late night bite. When I was enjoying a bite of my friend's burger, I was like "what In-N-Out"? The pizza by the slice? Man it hits the spot or spots depending on what you crave! Traditional NY style with just pepperoni, rocking! Layer it with lots of jalepano if you dare, it somehow doesn't wait down the pizza! I mean you can throw endless toppings on this thin crust, bigger than your head slice, it still holds substantially and halves easily, and that my friend, is great pizza! Hubby ordered the wings, and I thought they were closest to Hooters' style wings which I used to adore! This place can do no wrong, from the vibes that will liven you up on a cold winter night, to the very friendly and talkative, but also helpful servers. I love it and cannot wait to come back and share the gigantic cinnamon roll with my friends (which from memory from years ago, was very good!) Only wish parking was easier...

    DBC Club
    Jonna L.

This was the most fantastic fried chicken on a biscuit I've ever had. Ever. I got the DBC club which was fantastic! The chicken was fried to perfection - juicy with crispy breading. The biscuit was buttery and flaky and soft. The bacon was thick and crispy. I ordered it with the waffle fries, which were seasoned perfectly and were also fried to perfection. Hands down the best waffle fries I've ever had. The service was excellent - the staff is super nice and the food came very quickly, and I always had water! The vibe is awesome - it's totally the best food I've had at a bar restaurant. Make sure you come in time (before 2pm I think) to get the lunch menu that the biscuits are on!! You won't regret it.

    The Beeler
    Winston L.

Came here as a group of two and split two sandwiches and a waffle fry. Biscuits are enormous, tender in the middle, with a nice crust. Chicken was fried perfectly - a ton of crunch on the outside but inside was still juicy. The Beeler - Nashville Hot Chicken inspired. Thought the flavor was great - wish we had options for heat level (I would have bumped it up a little). The K-Mack - Korean Chicken inspired. I love a good Asian American mashup and would also recommend this one. Waffle Fries - I thought these were well done - crispy outside, fluffy inside, well seasoned. If you want more than sliced pickles for veggies, look elsewhere! However, if you want to (over)indulge, you have found a new home. The food here is delicious and filling.

    Ice Cream Sando
    Michelle K.

Come for the smashburger and the waffle fries, stay for the ice cream sando, skip the pizza Cool concept to have 3 different menus at one location but come after Denver biscuit company ends then your options become more limited. Good casual spot to grab a quick bite.

    Loaded garlic knots
    Morgan P.

We came here for the biscuits but missed the window of time that they're open :( But we were here and the place was cute so we got the loaded garlic knots which were fresh and tasty but looked better than they tasted somehow. 3.5 overall for this visit

I looked online and found that they were hosting an all Vinyl 80's dance party with no cover charge on Saturday night... how cool is that!! So, we took a rideshare from Downtown to The Delorean. I am not familiar with that area of town, but there looked to be several bars and restaurants nearby. Anyway, upon entering, we were immediately greeted with a library of cassette tapes. Then, we wandered further to see lots of neon lights and neon carpeting, cases of nostalgia featuring various toys and games from the 80's, as well as lot's of music posters. The cocktail menu was super cool, with drinks named after 80's songs and movies. There was a fun little photo booth in back. I ordered a Pretty in Pink cocktail, which featured jasmine and rose gin with champagne and elderflower liquor with a huge champagne bubble. My friend ordered the She-Ra Colada because it came it a really cute Tiki cup. I think she enjoyed it because she ordered a second. That night, there was an Ape (yes a man in an ape suit) playing 80's vinyl all night. Also, he was giving away records. If you enjoyed a song, you could ask and he would give you the record after it finished playing. I brought home a single by the Klymaxx (Meeting in the Ladies' Room). My friend and I had an absolute blast. We danced the night away and made 80's music-loving friends who we shared stories with about various 80's bands. A server wearing Strawberry Shortcake served us drinks at our table all night. The only bummer is that the dance night went from 9- midnight. After the Ape DJ left, the music was a bit on the quiet side, so we left rather than staying to dance, as the dance party had ended and it was still early. All in all, though I was disappointed, as I wanted to dance until 2AM, The Delorean was still one of my absolute favorite experiences during my Denver weekend stay.

We walked in without reservations and managed to grab one of the last open tables, so I'd definitely recommend booking ahead. The space has a great atmosphere with low lighting, candles on the tables, and that lively dinner buzz that makes a restaurant feel exciting without being overwhelming. Our server, who I think may have also been a manager, was fantastic and brought such a fun energy to the experience. The house focaccia immediately changed my opinion of the place. Honestly the best focaccia I've ever had. Perfectly crisp on the outside, soft inside, salty, flavorful, and good enough to eat completely on its own. The spring greens were light and fresh, and both pasta dishes were excellent with perfectly al dente pasta and great seasoning. I ordered the chimaera alla vodka, but my friend's no waste gnocchi ended up being my favorite bite of the night. We finished with lattes and tiramisu, and somehow the meal kept getting better. The coffee was genuinely better than what you get at a lot of coffee shops, and the tiramisu was light, balanced, and not overly sweet or soggy like it sometimes can be. She tried putting us on the back rail and it was spitting rain. We asked for a covered table. Her reply was those are reserved. We were the only people out there. I laughed thinking she was joking.
