I show up at my apartment at 7pm and the Anna, the cleaning lady does not come until 7:45pm. Company was testing my patience but stuff happens so I was trying to be as understanding as possible. Anna finished her cleaning around 11:30pm. I felt bad that she had to work so late, but remembered it was not my fault that she had to reschedule and on top of that come late. She claimed she was finished and I took her word for it, which I horribly regret. I had my move out inspection the next day. Anna did not bother to clean the exterior of the fridge, any of the windows or screens, missed alot of spots inside the oven, missed alot of spots in the cabinets, missed alot of spots on the floor, etc. It was embarrassing doing the move out inspection with my landlord. I paid Anna and her cleaning company $200 for a move out cleaning. I was charged by my landlord $380. I paid $580 total. I expect the $200 full refund from this company.

When we first moved in to our apartment fully covered with carpet, It was a bit of a job to train our dogs to be potty trained. Also walking on the carpet, it did not feel the same from when we first moved in. We even had water damage that was untreated for several months. For our first deep clean it was a two day job. (Yikes right?!?) she did all the windows and screens and carpets the first day. She came back on the second and did a deep clean inside. What a relief it was at the end of that day. It was around $700 and worth every single penny. I had her come back a few months later for a deep clean before my In-laws came to visit. I think she came back another time as well. Then we bought a home, the people who lived there before while surface clean was fantastic, they had cats. I am allergic to cats not just a little. Luckily the carpets were new. During the final inspections at the close, I found balls of hair behind the window blinds, around baseboards, behind toilets, on top of cabinets, under the fridge and stove etc. I called her a little freaked out and she showed up within 2 days and just tackled every possible surface she could think of. Wiped all the shutters, in and out of every closet and cabinet nook and cranny. Then a few days later did a full deep clean, including carpets at the house we moved out of. The homeowner said it was the best he'd seen in the 30+ years he'd been renting the home. It takes a minute to get my hubby comfortable with a "stranger" in the house. He works from home.
