Large Mushroom, onion and pepperoni with $10.50 worth of toppings (not enough toppings for $10.50)

Atlas Brick Oven Pizza. Corning NY. Very greasy thin NY style you have to fold to eat. It was salty too for some reason. There are no deals on specialty pizzas and each topping is $3.50 on a large which to me is a lot especially considering for $10.50 I barely had any toppings. Mostly because of the expensive small amount of toppings I'll never be ordering from them again.

We wanted brick oven pizza and this place came up on Yelp. Didn't have the best review but was willing to give it a try. We ordered the Atlas pizza and Philly cheesesteak sub. The pizza was decent but the cheesesteak was little dry and not very flavorful. The server was kind and tentative. I would try this place again for pizza and maybe other menu items but probably not the sub.

Chipotle Steak Pizza

Got: Large vegetable and large chipotle steak pizza Price: $22 for any large preset (it's really large and load with toppings) Value: Good value for large pizzas! The crust is thin and crispy. Good texture and delightful to bite into. Toppings are LOADED ON. So much so that the crust buckles under the weight at times. I personally didn't mind this as I just used a knife and fork. The veggie pizza has a nice cheese blend which isn't over salty. The cheese didn't stretch as much as expected which could be due to lower amounts of mozzarella in the blend. Cheese is fresh and not overly salty. For the chipotle steak pie, it kinda reminded me of a Philly cheesesteak. Loaded with green peppers, sweet caramelized onions, and chunks (I repeat CHUNKS, not slices of steak), this was definitely a treat for me as I usually don't eat much meat or cheese. Cheddar was mellow and now sharp. ALOT of onions which I liked personally. Only complaint is slightly difficult to pick up and a little overly wet/oily. Other than that, great pizza. Tip: Area of the pizza increases with a power of 2 with increasing radius! In English, it's almost always much more worth to get the larger pizza size than 2 medium or smaller pies from a value (area of pizza/$) standpoint

Atlas Pizza

Horrible food, worst service...would not recommend to anyone.......they need to figure out how to serve proper food but more importantly how to treat customer in an appropriate way...one of the worst spots in the Corning Market street area would highly recommend to skip this joint for and go to other pizza spots in the area....

When you walk in there is a small checkout area lined with all the beers and seltzers they have on shelves about you. The counter is directly in front of you. They only sell by the case. There are no 12 packs here my friend. The gentleman working the register was totally friendly and happy to offer recommendations based on our tastes. There was a really great young man who went to grab your case out of the cooler and would put it in your car if you needed. I just had him hand it me. Just a side note, every case is given to you cold. We got to enjoy a couple cold drinks tonight and will take the rest home. Definitely will be back when visiting family in the area.

Sitting on Tioga Street (Route 287) north of Wellsboro, PA, Steve's Beverage Center is not a…read moredestination on the tourist map for town, but certainly serves an important function. It is the primary beer distributor for the area, and thus, an indispensable institution of the community. We stopped in to pick up suds to accompany our dinner. Walking in to the warehouse store, we immediately saw the wall of beer bottles and cans available in their inventory. Over 600 according to Steve and his assistant. Made for a difficult choice, but we were up for the challenge. About half way down the shelved wall I saw Leinenkugel Red Lager in a bottle, and chose it. Steve wasn't sure if it was in stock. Apparently, the Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin brewer had been on strike over the summer, but had negotiated a settlement to the workers satisfaction who returned to work in August. His assistant knew it was in the shop, and immediately went to pull a cold case for us. Thing about Steve's is that they only sold cases, so we had to make a commitment to like and drink 24 bottles of Red Lager. We were game; completed the transaction and I lugged it to the car to put in the trunk. A few moments later, when we arrived at the restaurant and opened the box to retrieve a few bottles to enjoy with dinner, we saw that there were only 23 bottles, not the expected 24. The case was clearly sealed at the factory, so the pilfering happened there, and not in Wellsboro. We chalked the loss up to the exuberance and celebration at the factory upon settling their union talks, and decided not to ask Steve for an adjustment. We were just doing our part and participating in toasting the labor agreement. Small price to pay. Besides, we really liked the beer. It is seasonal, like many of Leinenkugel's labels, and had a good taste, especially with our recent spate of spicy meals. Beyond that, when poured into a glass, the red tint of the brew was beautiful, like dark cherry amber. This was a real winner. I have been a fan of this brewery, despite its merger with Molson/Coors, for years, and especially like their lighter fermentations with fruit, like Summer Shanty, Juicy Peach and Berry Weiss. Glad to know that they can be found by the case in north central Pennsylvania at Steve's.

The waitress was super patient and friendly with us as it was our first time here. She recommended the street tacos - which we ordered. The street tacos were tasty. Got the al pastor and the carnitas. The order came with 4 tacos in total some rice and some beans. Absolutely loved the tacos! Also ordered the street corn and that was okay. I don't think it's worth the $7. Overall the food and service was excellent. It was busy during dinner hours. But we were seated right away and was able to order right away as well. Wouldn't mind coming back if in the area again.

Comfortable setting and although it seemed like very limited staff for a full house, they worked their butts off and got it done efficiently. Carnitas were some of the best juicy, crispy, porky goodness I've had. The beer was cold too !!! Thanks and we WILL be back!!!
