The owner is a thorough gentleman. Today I got to his showroom almost at closing time, we all know how the Bay Area traffic is nowadays. The owner not only allowed me to visit his showroom, but also assisted me with all my questions and ensured that I walked out with all necessary information for my purchase. Not only that, he offered me one of his accessories to take home and try out without charging any deposit, just requesting that I return it when done. I'm really impressed and wish there were more folks like this gentleman in the business. read more

they installed my glass shower door and immediately the door makes a loud clicking noise when opening and closing the door, they came out to adjust it once and a week later, the same thing happens. i called them and text them multiple times and they wont pick up my calls or respond to my text. Contract states i have a 6 month warranty but they will not even respond to me. After they take your money, they leave you hanging with no support. Never dealt with a company this shady. Now I'm stuck with a new shower door that makes an annoying loud clicking noise. Even my contractor said that is not normal. read more

We worked with Kevin about a couple years ago when we were building our home. He came highly recommended by our GC. Kevin and his team did a great job on installing the shower and tub glass doors for 3 of our bathrooms. Our master bathroom had oversized shower glass doors and his team did a great job with the design and install. Since then, he's provided excellent customer service when I've reached out to him for minor issues. I highly recommend his business! read more

I recently had an issue with my glass shower door not closing and rubbing the floor, and I can't say enough about the great service I received from Atlantis. They showed up on time and worked endlessly until they found the issue to correct. I had this issue for years and other companies told me that I needed to replace the entire frame and glass door (i.e: not fixable), but Atlantis knew what they were doing and repaired it/ making it good as new. Definitely recommend them for all shower door / glass needs. read more

We recently called Atlantis for install a glass shower door and frame. They were quick to provide a quote and were the best price around the area. They showed up on time and installed quickly and cleanly. Will use them again for future needs. read more

There was a mistake in the installation and I was really angry at the result at first, but owner was generous enough to understand how I felt and give a discount. Other than that he was very helpful with the shower glass configuration and a very nice guy. I would still recommend this store despite what happened. read more

I would highly recommend this place for all your shower glass doors. Their customer service is excellent. We are very happy with the quality of the glass shower doors. Kevin is very professional and gives excellent service. He came for the measuring & texted us the designs later so we could visually envision how it would look. He showed up for the installation and ensured that his team did the job well. We love the shower glass doors and appreciate the attention to detail during installation. Kevin did a walk-through to make sure all doors are functional to our satisfaction. He assured me that we could call him back if we had any problems later. Again, the best place to shop for shower glass doors. read more

I came upon this business while shopping for countertops. I walked in and greeted warmly by the owner, and scheduled a meeting to measure for a frameless three panel shower door. While walking around the store, I mentioned that I was also in the market to place eight panels of glass in a newly remodeled hutch kitchen cabinet. I chose a wavy lines clear glass which could be placed both horizontally or vertically. When arrived, the cabinet doors were diagonal. It appeared they were trying to save the sheet of glass to fit all the eight panels. I specifically requested the panel to be placed vertically to elongate the already short ceiling of the kitchen. The owner refused to change the cabinet glass. Besides this one of the shower panel door had a deep scratch and the handle ordered for the shower was round instead of the square edge style I ordered. The owner offered to change the panel door and the handle, only after I was told that 'it's ok" by the installers. The owner refused to change the glass for the cabinets, claiming that he had discussed with me the 'direction' of the glass three (3) times. The installation people left the panel just against the wall w/out finishing the work. They were sloppy in handling the cabinet doors. This occurred yesterday. I thought I would place this review for those of you out there looking for a glass company. As you can see the entire order was placed wrong. If I were you, I would place everything you order in writing, before you give them a deposit if you choose to go with this company. I am still in the process of trying to get the issue resolved. However, their unprofessionalism and refusal to change the glass is improper - Why would the glass company's owner choose the style rather than the owner! This is unacceptable and for those people out there that are in the market, you may want to consider spending a couple of dollars more and go to a better reviewed business. read more

We've had two leaks in 5 years. Atlas refused to fix at no charge because their warranty is only 1 year. When another company came to fix the problem, we discovered improper installation. See pics. read more

My experience with Atlas is very fine. Alfred, the measuring man is very helpful to offer all kinds of info and sample to be sure we get what we want. The install man, Jose, demonstrates his experience in installing shower glass by skillfully handle the details of the installation. His looking into detail gives me a great comfort about his work. At last, we found scratches marks on our $400 mirror after it was installed. Atlas gave me no excuse and gives me a replacement within 5 days, after I had paid them fully. Their place is great, too. read more

Our showers look pretty incredible. Atlas Glass was among one of the candidates we were looking at when shopping for glass doors for our shower enclosures. We decided to go with a frameless shower door enclosure and the prices that we got at Atlas for a 2 piece was roughly $900 and for a 3 piece was about $1200. Of course, these prices included all the labor, the hardware (handles and hinges) and the glass itself. It took about 10 days for the glass to be cut and delivered. So order and schedule accordingly. Aside from the cost, I do want to note that Atlas Glass does deserve some credit for having great service. Yes, I did have to push them a bit - especially when it came to leaving a deposit and paying for our first shower enclosure. Obviously, we've all worked with contractors and home builders - so the smart thing to do is to take some caution. With that said, Atlas Glass was resistant to the idea of initially using a credit card to leave a deposit. However with some stern convincing - I got them to agree. I do want to mention Alfred though. I had the pleasure of working and corresponding with him. He was great throughout the entire process. Alfred is the guy that comes over to do estimates and measurements. Atlas Glass uses two two-person teams to tackle the actual installation. All four of their team members (that do the actual installation) were all friendly and professional. Lastly, I want to mention that Alfred definitely took care of me when it came to ensuring I was satisfied with my shower enclosures. We had a slight leakage problem, partially due to the way our shower head is angled (we are still trying to get our contractor to come back and fix that). I called Alfred this morning and within an hour, he was able to send a nearby team to come over and take care of it. I'm impressed. I definitely liked Alfred and Altas and would recommend this business to those who are looking for new shower doors. read more

First, a big thank you Sam for being prompt and proactive in finishing pending part of job since a year. Alfred was okay to work with but he did not finish the job and did not bother to respond to calls and messages to inform that he no longer works there. I had recommended Sam to another friend who recently also got job completed and seem to be satisfied. Now Sam, I hope you keep up reputation since it takes time to build it and easy to lose it. Good luck ! read more

I wanted to use glass doors for the toilet and the shower. We used 2 panels for a clear shower and 3 panels for a stained toilet enclosure. Sam helped us with the quotes and the design aspect, he was responsive and attentive. Our situation was also not very conventional so we had to double/triple check. Jose installed our glass and he was also courteous and also experienced (~30years). We did have one glass that was not stained and we had originally asked for it to be stained. After some discussion about wanting the toilet glass to be stained because there is not point placing a transparent glass as a toilet enclosure. Our concerns were understood and we got a glass stained free of cost. Overall our experience was pleasant, I would recommend getting a drawing of the agreed upon final design. We paid close to $3.2k for the entire job. I gave 4 starts because due to our design Atlas wasn't able to come up with a solution to block a 4" gap between the door and the shower glass. We were made aware of this but I hoped someone would have been forthcoming with a suggestion. read more

Atlas did 5 shower doors and 4 mirrors for us! They did a great job, everything looks great, very clean and professional! When me and my wife walked into the showroom we were greeted by the owner Vahid and his son Sam, they took their time explaining everything and going over every little detail with us and made sure we understand what wer getting! Few days later Sam and Alfred came over and measure the shower doors and mirrors, again they explained the style and last details, and after 8 days they installed everything! We are really happy with their overall service and professionalism !we even checked with another company and found out they gave us a great deal! I highly recommend them! read more

So this review is long overdue! Vahid is a very friendly owner who totally understands customer service. We also dealt with his son Sam for the quote etc. We had a remodel of 4 bathrooms and the shower glass and mirrors were the last to go in. We had a hiccup but nothing that Vahid wouldn't take care of...he is keen on making you a happy customer. Make sure you understand what you are asking for. Also let them educate you on the different finish edges of cut mirrors. It has been 2 years since we worked with them and the mirrors and glass still look like new. read more

We've worked with Atlas Glass for multiple items during our 2-years remodeling, shower doors, cabinet doors, wall mirrors, etc. Thanks to Atlas, the glass part has been the easiest, surest part of our projects. The owner is nice, honest, and reliable. We feel comfortable enough to just let him know what's needed and step back and always feel sure it'll be done right. If any issues rise, crew is sent out to fix the problem without any excuses. I recommend Atlas Glass highly. read more

Atlas glass company installed 2 shower doors for us this January. Each door has 3 piece glass panel. Our bathroom remodel contractor referred them, and we are charged with $2900. Compared to that other review, it looks like, I am overcharged. Less than one month after the job complete, one shower door can't be closed. I called them a few times. Finally, got an appointment. But nobody showed up, no message, and no explanation. I called them this morning, the the owner said to call me back. 3 weeks later, worker came and fix the problem. However, yesterday, at Mar time, we found there is a piece of cracked glass at one panel, and cut my son's finger. What kind of quality work, terrible. If there is a zero star, I won't even give one star. read more

If I can, I would give them 0 star. I came across this business while I was looking into remodeling my bathroom. I ended up just replacing my shower door. Got the job done Oct 2013. Within 6 months, the door would not close properly. It was good that they came fix it ASAP after I called them in April. I was warned that the bracket from the hinge might need to be changed. They said "just give us a call if the problem comes up again and we will change the bracket for you next time". The service was good then. Now my door is not closing again. Called them and set up an appointment. well...........it was our fault that WE missed the appointment. They left the business card at my front door, so I called them back to re-schedule. It has been 2 weeks and left message twice at the business phone. NO ONE has called me back. Just left the 3rd message again. I just got mad. I know that we missed the appointment. However, not returning customer's phone call is not the way of doing business. I WOULD NOT RECOMMENDED THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. read more

During the sales phase, the gentleman showed all of my options and explained the benefits or advantages of each. They asked for a 50% deposit because the shower doors are always a special order; they are first cut to size and then sent to glass treating factory. This 50% deposit makes perfect sense as this is not a labor-only contract. The delivery was made 3 days earlier than they initially promised, and the crew came exactly on the hour at their committed delivery time. The installation went smoothly and the bathroom was left clean upon completion of installation. I recommend this business to whomever wants to add glass shower doors. read more

We recently got a custom glass enclosures from Atlas Glass for our master bath. We happened to drop by on our way back from Terico and talked to Dahid. Great service overall and our bathroom looks great with the custom enclosure. read more

I had them make a large wall-mounted mirror for my bathroom. The price was lower than other quotes I got, but I wouldn't choose them again. The edge of the mirror was cut poorly. They mounted it not to level. The channel underneath was not straight, water already gets in. I called them many times, they finally came and looked at it, but then never came back to fix it, and didn't return my calls. Be careful with them, and don't pay until the job is done right. I had a much better experience with C&Z Glass of Campbell. read more

Very unresponsive. They don't return calls. We have used them once for our shower door and mirror. we just use their service on the begining we were really hapy he has good prices and every thing looks great, he install the glasses to all my exterior doors and four shower doors, but we have problems with my son's shower and we call him and he does not came back to fix it. i try to contact him but he does not return our calls. so I think that a good company is that one that is behind his work and he don't. read more

I got there at 3:15 and the place is closed despite the 5pm close sign! What the heck

Atlas installed a glass door enclosure improperly. The installer said the door scraped at the bottom when opened because the tile wasn't installed evenly at the base. The realty is: he didn't install the door correctly. The glass door is at a slightly different height than the stationary glass panel. They should be the same height. Not cool to blame poor measurement and poor installation on the tile guy! read more

I ordered one custom frameless shower door and one standard size 60" wide frameless shower door. I am not only happy with the shower doors itself, the service I got from Vahid is above and beyond. When I put the orders with him, since my contractor is the one installing them, Vahid had asked me to triple confirm the sizing, style and the ability of the contractor in installing the doors. He also reminded me to make sure the shower tiles are installed exactly 90 degree to the curb, so that the doors will fit tight and square. He also provided the delivery service for me since I was having a hard time coordinating the truck with my contractor. On top of that, he provided one part that was claimed "missing" by my contractor which Vahid said never happened. I don't know what happened to it, but Vahid gave us a replacement anyway, and waited for me although he was ready to close the store. All I have to say is that Vahid won't just sell you any door, he truly cares about the quality installation of his product and his customers. His pricing is also competitive and his service is superd. read more

My wife and I remodeled two full bathrooms and looked carefully at three glass installers before we chose Atlas. In our Master bath, Atlas designed and installed a frameless corner-shower and also large wall mirror over the vanity. They also put a new mirror on our medicine cabinet which is better than original now - we were looking to replace the medicine chest but the new ¼ inch glass is so much nicer. This also saved us work and cost to install a new cabinet. In our second bath Atlas installed new rolling-frameless glass over the bathtub and also a new wall-mirror over vanity. We found everybody at Atlas was friendly and a pleasure to work with. They were always responsive when we called and everything arrived on-time as promised. After several months of living with contractors in our house we were especially concerned that nothing would get damaged during the glass installations. Atlas's installers were really impressive and always a pleasure to work with. They were the most professional and experienced of the contractors we used - and very careful with our home and new bathroom cabinets and floors. The results all turned out beautiful and we're so happy that we chose Atlas for all our new glass! read more
