I've used them at least three times in the past year--on two of my listings as well as at my own home--and every experience has been outstanding. One of my listings was vandalized, and J's Windows was able to replace the damaged double-pane windows incredibly quickly, helping us get the home back in showing condition with minimal delay. Most recently, a pane of glass in my backyard sliding door broke. I reached out to Heather at 1:35 p.m. on a Friday, and by 4:20 p.m. the window had already been replaced! I know that kind of turnaround isn't always possible, but I got lucky because they had the exact piece of glass in stock. Rather than making me wait through the weekend, Heather immediately sent her crew out to take care of it. Their team was prompt, professional, and left everything spotless. If you're in the San Jose area and need window repair or replacement, I highly recommend J's Windows. They consistently provide exceptional service and have earned my trust time and time again.

The other contractors whom I had left voice messages a few reverted back but in terms of cost all quoted at least double of what Reza(Horse glass) quoted me, a few even were charging 4 times of what REZA quoted. I even looked for ways on replacing it by myself but the cost factor was more or less same to what Horse glass quoted, so why not get it done from a professional. Overall I am really happy at the service of Horse Glass.
