After so much time maybe 25 years as the table belonged to my parents, one of the legs gave out and the wheel and post that holds the wheel became unglued from the glass and popped off. It was almost impossible for my family to pick the table up and get it into the back of a truck to take it down to Original Glass Design, and their owner Mark whom I spoke with and who agreed to look at it and try to repair. It was nice of them to do this consumer work as they seem to do much larger home/commercial projects. I must say I did not expect a great outcome but the table is now perfect after a few weeks under their care. I am so happy as this table is important to us for sentimental reasons, and Original Glass Design's really know their stuff. So thanks guys!

The mirrors were uneven in height, uneven in depth, not fully aligned with outlets, certain corner were not fully glued and two mirrors developed cracks. What was more disappointing is how Jesse handled the problems, instead of being solution oriented his answer was "don't tell me how to do my job". I would hesitate to hire Jesse for any job that required above basic level of quality.
