I got several quotes for it but he was the one person who seemed to give me a range of potential costs (without seeing it in person). Once he saw it in person he assured me it would not be out on the expensive end. He checked what sort of mirror I wanted and that too was very helpful because on his first trip he came to measure the mirror instead of taking my word for it. I liked that level of professionalism.
