I was pleasantly surprised by this restaurant! The bar for buffets in this area seems to be set pretty low, particularly for less than $10. We came for lunch and I was prepared for the typical 'everything tastes kind of gross but there's 30 different items' type thing. It was only $7.99 per adult for lunch, so the price tag didn't give me much hope. The interior of this place is actually pretty nice. When you walk in there's a large fountain and pretty domed ceiling. The buffet lines and seating area are laid out nicely. The buffet is HUGE...two three sided tiers and a central tier that serves hibachi and sushi. The selection of food is really broad and I'm sure that just about anyone coming here could find something to enjoy. The majority of the food is Americanized Chinese (General Tso's, wonton soup, lo mein, etc.) which, from what I tried, was really good. I liked the ginger chicken in particular. There's a section with straight up southern American food (fried chicken, mac n cheese) as well as a section with Americanized Mexican. I was kind of surprised that they do hibachi here, as well as have a large selection of sushi (I did not try either unfortunately). Very heavy on the seafood in every category. They also have a salad bar, fresh fruit, and desert section. I'm often creeped out by buffets and afraid of food poisoning, but I didn't get a 'left out too long' feeling from anything I ate. It was also pretty busy in there, so I took it as a good sign. On a final note, I didn't leave feeling disgusted with myself like I do at most buffets. There were a handful of items that I thought were actually really tasty and well done: the fried chicken (oddly enough), twice baked potatoes, and ginger chicken. I would possibly come back. It's extremely decent for the price range. read more

Best value and delicious variety of options! Fast and efficient customer service. Staff is friendly and hard working to keep up with high traffic of customers. We've made this a weekly routine to eat here for lunch. Love it! read more

Although there a few not so good reviews on this place. I found it very good for what it is with a huge selection and tasty. The restrooms are very clean as well which I find very important. read more

I loved this place but today it was awful some of the food was cold and the chicken wings were raw I told the manager he said that it was cooked and to temp it was blood red in the middle thought it would be better since they had a low score guess they didn't correct their mistake I want be back. read more

We used to go here all the time. Quality has dropped dramatically. Not to mention a failed health inspection. That's enough for me. I know they have passed the inspection now but I cannot go back. read more

Was in the mood for some sushi and seafood while in Douglasville so I decided to give this place a shot. Unfortunately this place is the definition of mediocre. The sushi tasted old and there didn't seem to be any care put into the making of it. Everything just seemed off in someway. Normally this is a byproduct of sushi/seafood buffets anyway but take Nori Nori in Sandy Springs for example, everything is fresh and care is put into it. I would not recommend this place to anyone do you not see myself ever coming back. read more

This is pretty "quantity over quality" here. Pros: the price is decent for the selection. $7.99/person for lunch and there are a wide variety of options, that range from Chinese to Mexican and more. Cons: the food quality is POOR. We tried a variety of choices. Both the General Tso's chicken and Sesame chicken was more batter than chicken, very chewy, and lacked flavor. The wanton soup was okay, the fried rice was decent. Most of the food was not hot and seemed to have been sitting out for quite some time. Our waitress was nice but service was slow. I would recommend King Buffet just a few miles down the road instead. read more

I loved it the food is hot and the stuffed crab heads at amazing I love it me and my husband go there alot

We eat here all of the time and like it because there's something for everyone. Their pricing is great, and the lunch and dinner crowd is enough that there is always hot, fresh food on the buffet. They have a made to order stir fry bar, salad bar, sushi, and Chinese and American selections. The service is friendly, the food is great, and it's easily our favorite place to eat in Douglasville. read more

This place used to be really great. Now it is not even worth the visit. I am too scared to eat here because of their low health inspection score. The food that is on the buffet looks old and crusty and the customer service needs an overhaul. No longer a fan but I will be back if management can get this place together. read more

79 Health Dept. score. Had we seen that we would have walked out before we were seated. Food taste was mediocre but there was a lot of variety. Desserts seemed to come from the freezer aisle at Kroger. Staff was pleasant and fairly attentive. It's probably a reasonable place in a pinch but I don't know that I'd risk it until they start following health rules better. read more

The Restaurant was filthy and the bathroom was worse. The staff was attentive to the tables but more time should have been devoted to cleaning and the freshness/turn over of food. It is a buffet but the customers are more like cattle or pigs sloughing through the troughs!! We will not be back on a weekend. read more

Came here for dinner and I was impressed. The selection was awesome and the food quality was great. Been looking for a good Chineese Buffet and this is it. I recommend. read more

Decent bit of food, sushi wasn't great, it was ok, the food was pretty much what you would expect from a buffet.Odd mix odd Mexican food thrown into the mix but it was ok.Good place to go if you just want to get full. read more

I frequently visit various buffets this one was just okay nothing spectacular they are many options the only downfall is if they run out of food on the bar takes about 30 minutes before they reload I asked for onions and cilantro and I never received it the guy took it off the bar but never returned anymore that was a bummer from a soup in addition on my way out I look at the score rating and it was a 79 not a pretty good score for a restaurant this may be my last time. I prefer the one on Cobb Parkway much cleaner and more efficient read more

I like the place for awhile then the cleanliness started going down and what has kept me from returning is the last time I eat there I had my food cooked on the grill and found a long human hair in my plate of food, end of the meal and I can't go back, restaurant needs to get a handle on how to protect the food from being contaminated read more

The food here is decent. However, I noticed an alarming trend at this place after going here a few times. They put almost all the Asian customers in the back. In the coldest room. You want to serve Asian food, but you want to push us all to the side? No thanks. read more

Ok after reading most of the opinions on this post. Some I just see they had a bad experience. The only reason Im giving it 4 stars is because the only things I ever tryed was the fryed fish which is always good. All you have to do is ask for fresh food. Next for all you can eat sea food where else are you going to get that? All you can eat anything the price is good. I never seen it dirty nor have I ever smelled bad food in there. Every time i have been in there I seen the people cleaning up as soon as people keft the table. Places like this only comes down to opinion and like butt holes everyone got one. If I ever try anything else here ai can give it another star or take away from the 4 I gave them. I only eat the platians fry fish and once in a blue moon the veggie lomain. read more

Food was great would eat here again. Typical all you can eat was very clean. The wait wasn't very long seeing that it was a Friday. Also love the fact the have plastic silverware options. read more

This place yo-yos a lot on the quality of the food a lot. But it's cheap on the weekdays before dinner time, and the Sushi is always good. Lots of options too, as it's a very large buffet. I will say though, they save food from the night before, so going in right when they open is not ideal unless you want reheated food that is not very good. I would also avoid this place during weekends and dinner hours. The price goes up too much, and the food is 90% the same as it was during lunch hours. read more

I was very disappointed with my experience. The manager was very rude and the food tasted like it wasn't fresh. When I brought up my concern to him he had an attitude. I will never be returning here again. read more

Went here for lunch with the husband and son. The food was great, friendly servers and great family place. The crab ragoons were so good!! And they keep your drinks filled!! read more

We went for lunch early on a Monday morning and I was amazed at the unbelievable quality of every single item on the buffet! Fresh, Fresh, Fresh....tasty, very flavorful. ...I was impressed. Sushi was being made right there in front of us..sasumu, too. Nori bright and crispy.. lo mein just the right amt of sauce. The pork and the chicken dishes very tender. And the salmon to die for. Desserts nicely presented in small tasting portions and the fresh fruits flavorful . And this for about eight bucks a person. Boy, are we coming back frequently! This was our first time and i must say this buffet is a wonderful hidden jewel in Douglasville! read more

This place is disgusting. I have never been to a place that is that dirty, smelly and outdated. Equipment rusting, tasteless food, weird staff, it simply can't be more disgusting. Not sure how the overall rating is 3, I would not even given it one star but the review doesn't allow you to post without at least one star. Since I have eaten last evening I feel like throwing up. On top of it, it is overpriced, for what you pay, you can get the best steak in town. First and last visit ever. Never seen such a dirty place and wondering how they pass the health department audit. They should be shut down before someone gets really sick. Don't go there I forgot to mention that I felt like apologizing to my kids for putting them through that awful experience. I feel bad every time I think about it. read more

Loved it! My daughter loved the sushi, and I loved everything else. Boiled shrimp, raw oysters, great steak, tender teryaki steak. Of the food, the only thing I didn't like was the fried crab. Too hard to get into. Also, scoop your own ice cream for dessert. I enjoyed this completely and can't wait to go back. read more

Nice atmosphere, plenty of food and drink. Great place to bring fam. After party for grown folk very entertaining.

This just happened maybe 10 minutes. My daughter got food poisoning! I had to pay for her to get sick! By the way their fourth of July special was to have all day dinner which was even more money! Good job taking advantage of the 4th of July! The service was actually really really good. But that was it the actual food was bad. The chicken was burnt for sweet and sour chicken. The sesame seed chicken had bones in it and the only thing actually tasted good was the lo mein. The butter potatoes which I normally love we're horrible what's the difference. I didn't even finish my plate when I found the bones and that killed my appetite I told the owner I was going to pay for my daughter and my wife cuz they ate more I was not paying for myself. He refused to do such and it only offered me a $10 discount. Told him that was not sufficient enough and that he can just pay for it himself. He proceeded to chase me out to the car yelling in front of people and cursing at me and insulting me in front of everybody and called the cops on me and tried to have me arrested for $20 on the 4th of July! Which didn't help matters because now I'm forced to pay restitution for crappy food! This has been the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant ever! I was assistant manager for 4 years at a restaurant as well as a ServSafe certified what he did was only in moral but completely wrong in every way! read more

We came here for lunch and there was Great service and beautiful decor in the building. However, The food did not live up to the expectations... There was nothing here that we liked. The sushi options were very limited and the meat doesn't stay warm long enough to sit down and eat it. Maybe dinner would be a better option. read more

Very good Buffet. The service was great. The people where nice. The food was good. Only thing they need to invest some of their profit in is the interior. The place looks great when you walk in but you sit on chairs that are cracked and ripped. Overall the place is good and you get what ya pay for. Will defiantly come back. read more

Quite possibly the best seafood buffet outside of Vegas. We eat here 3 to 4 times a week. Always fresh and hot. Lunch is great and dinner is spectacular. Sushi made fresh right in front of you. Great service and great managers. And great price. If you love seafood, you have to try it. Yummo !! read more

Average quality of Asian food for Douglasville, which is not good. We were really hoping this restaurant would be good.

My wife and I went here in a few days ago and she got food poisoning I ask to speak to a manager no one ever came they didn't seem like they care I would not recommend this place to my friends or family the hibachi food was undercooked the buffet food was cold we will not be back read more

OMG! This place is amazing. Service, good food, amazing desserts and great price. Very clean and friendly enviroment. We were 2 and only spend $16.00. Try the ragoons, the are to die for! Will come again. Better than the Sakura Hibachi in McDonough, GA. read more

Place is disgusting and the Bathrooms are gross and the food is cold and everything is burnt

The sushi here is much better than any other buffett sushi. Selection of other foods is good, but I would go back just for their sushi. And for $6.99 it's a bargain read more

Lots of choices and actually has a good selection of sushi. My rating is comparing this buffet to others, thus the higher rating. A lot if choices for the low cost ! read more

awful. i typically don't write reviews but this place is truly terrible and i want to save anyone from spending money at this hell hole. there were two hairs in the food, it was stale, it tasted putrid the only thing that was decent was the ice cream and some how even that was not good. my girlfriends food was 17 dollars which is insane you could get good food anywhere else for less, the service was bad and all i got out of it was an upset tummy ): please trust me i'm just trying to save you. read more

This place is the MOST DISGUSTING place you can ever eat at. The food choice is nothing. They charge you $14.99 for a buffet & there is ONLY 1 little bar with old nasty food. The ( suppose to be ) hibachi food they "cook to order" is disgusting as well. The rice is always HARD after they cook it. This is the second time I've came here w/ family an the first time was NASTY AS HELL TO! & I only ate one bite of my food an was made to pay for the buffet an I didn't even EAT! They said since I took one bite I had to still pay for a full course meal. & the second time I tried it again W FAMILY & it was so disgusting again & I tried everything this time an I still was dissatisfied. Me & my whole family didn't like the food. We all indupt paying out the a** for this (suppose to be buffet)! & going some where else. I do NOT recommend. Also it's not clean at all. Old food, & dirty restaurant & noooo food to choose from reallly. It's shouldn't even be called a buffet. Do NOT GO HERE. You will be disappointed! read more

Their prices have gone up and the food quality has gone down. It isn't bad but not as great as it was before.
