Chicken & Shrimp Teriyaki...fried rice and veggies underneath~ Good portions for the money~
Angela J.

Pretty good spot to get some grilled teriyaki cooked up. I usually get the chicken & shrimp teriyaki and yep it's filling and good. I haven't tried anything else on the menu though...I like to stick to the normal when it comes to mall food. The line moves quickly so don't get discouraged when you first walk up.

Ordered Chicken bento box. Saw that the bento box items (California rolls and salad) are already sitting in the box. I asked for a fresh box because no one could tell me how long the items in the box had been sitting there. Although the lady giving out samples stated the sushi was cooked to order (these rolls were already in the box). The sushi was room temperature so I didn't eat that. The fried rice chicken and dumplings were good though

A solid Sarku location. Deserves a higher average rating. Enjoyed my chicken teriyaki with fried rice. Service was friendly.

They have a mobile ordering kiosk as well as cashiers available to place your order. We opted to place our order at the counter and received fast service! I highly recommend the hibachi shrimp if you want an entree with seafood and packed with flavor. I liked the vegetables that were included with it (broccoli, carrots , zucchini and onions) as well as the fried rice. We tried the spring rolls, crab rangoons, & gyoza (chicken dumplings) for appetizers. I liked the dumplings and included sauce but probably wouldn't order the ragoons again because it was not as crispy as I like & needed more seasoning. I did appreciate the filling ratio and that it was not just cream cheese inside. Each appetizer came out fresh and hot but I felt the spring rolls were the perfect texture and best seasoned of the three options we tried. My favorite appetizer was the spring roll. My husband had the spicy miso ramen for his entree and noted that it had great flavor. The Katsu chicken was crispy and served on the side. While eating, I noticed the staff constantly checking the dining area and keeping the area clean & stocked as guests departed. The decor was pretty & their branding was consistent on their cups, to go bags and napkin holders. Overall, the food and overall experience was good. I'll come back again!

The total was $30.44 after tax. Pros No need to pay for add ons! Ramen automatically comes with toppings. And the ramen was delicious. The noodles were good and the broth was nice and flavorful. The passionfruit tea was perfect - not too watery and not too sweet. Cons There is not a lot of seating. This would not be ideal for large parties. Would I Recommend: Yes! Good food for great prices. It's hidden inside a building, with plenty of on-site parking, where the entrance is next to the little gym. However, it's WAY worth the effort to find its location- hidden inside a nondescript building- follow the signs to the lucky cat above the door. The restaurant is beautiful inside with both a New York vibe with personal flare - with many anime treasures. Staff is friendly, humble, attentive and knowledgeable. The food.- mini masterpieces full of freshness and flavor - from the garlic hints on the edamame- to the chicken - in every form - be in the bone broth in the ramen. Exquisite!! The fried rice has little tufts of crunchy onion bits scattered throughout. You can watch the chefs or just bask beer the stars. Come explore your tastebuds like never before - you won't be disappointed! Oh...and the inside is SUPER cool. Tons of references of anime's with a quaint "sitting outside in a patio"..

Great ambiance and decor! However, I came for the food after seeing the 5 star reviews. I recently…read moretried Okiboru in Sandy Springs and was blown away with the flavors of the Tonkotsu ramen, bao buns, all the apps. It was perfection. i decided to try Enso because it's closer and wanted to compare especially with the stellar reviews. I ordered the Tonkotsu (of course), 3 different skewers, baos and a curry entre. The baos had incredible flavor but the texture of the pork was a little tough and chewy. All the skewers were just okay and small for the price. The garnish under the skewers was really good and flavorful. Now, on to my main thing.... The Tonkotsu. My whole purpose for coming here. Disgusting!!! The broth tasted like dirty sink water with no salt or flavor!! The pork was flavorless and not tender. The fixings were all blah. Such a shame because it was visually pretty. I was so disappointed. The waiter asked me how was it. I told her it was very lackluster. She didn't try to do anything to satisfy the customer. I kept it cute and didn't make a fuss because I knew Id never return. All the food looked better than it tasted besides the curry rice bowl which was good. If you want authentic, bold Japanese ramen and dishes (40% cheaper too) , take the trip to Okiboru. I'm giving it 3 stars instead of 2 because it was very clean with a nice bathroom. The food is easily 2 starts. (Lunch Menu. Not dinner).
