He was friendly, informative, threw in a free inspection to see if they had done any serious damage, gave good advice, and the fees he charged matched what I thought would be reasonable fees (essentially, just low enough to make it worth my while to hire him rather than try to do it myself). They came promptly to get the trapped animals, and I haven't seen any sign of groundhogs since. As a bonus, they're experienced animal handlers, which means that if you get an unexpected animal (like, say, a skunk) in your trap, you have someone who can safely let them out.
