They went above and beyond by sending a supervisor to our home the next morning to help us with our issue and they apologized as well. The resolve is more important than the conflict. I am a customer of yours in Lynbrook. I hope you record your phone calls and urge you to listen to a call placed today 4/15/2026 at 2:13 with your scheduler, if you do. I called to schedule a visit for ongoing ant problems I've had since I started with your company. I did not expect to be condescended (I mistakenly used the word poison and was told I'm not even using the 'correct terminology' so I don't know what I'm talking about), and accused of lying (after mentioning what we were told by employees about our ant situation possibly being in the wall, he said just because I say something doesn't make it true). I had mentioned to the representative I was upset and the way he was talking to me was an awful way to speak someone. This is not an acceptable way to treat a customer, let alone another human being.

5-Star Review for Pest Knockout Company (Uniondale, NY)…read more I want to give a huge shout-out to Miguel from Pest Knockout Company for providing exceptional service. From start to finish, he was incredibly informative, professional, and genuinely pleasant to work with. His attention to detail was unmatched -- he took the time to thoroughly inspect everything, explain each step of the process, and answer every question my sister and I had with patience and clarity. What really stood out was how much he went above and beyond. Not only did he address the pest concerns, but he also pointed out a plumbing issue under my bathroom sink that I wasn't aware of. That level of care and thoroughness is rare, and it meant a lot. Miguel's personality, professionalism, and dedication made this experience outstanding, and I truly appreciate the quality of service he provided. Because of him, I feel confident recommending Pest Knockout Company to anyone in need of pest services -- and when I need follow-up or future work done, I will be specifically asking for Miguel. Highly, highly recommended!

We had an urgent issue and due to our time constraints (family member in hospital) Sean dropped everything and came right over, at the end of his already very long day. We were beyond pleased and highly recommend. on top of everything else both Sean and his associate were kind and compassionate and patient, they were so understanding with my mom and took the time to answer all her questions and concerns and were so gentle when others would have been short or brusque, they never showed the slightest lack of patience. I cannot say enough praise. A great company.
