My experience with them has been unprofessional from the very beginning. ​After deciding to move forward with their treatment, I signed the contract and waited for a follow-up. Despite having a signed agreement, nobody called me back to schedule. When I took the initiative to call them, the representative actually blamed me, claiming I was the one who failed to schedule and insisting they "didn't see" my signed contract. ​Key issues during my experience: ​Poor Communication: Total lack of follow-up after the contract was signed. ​Zero Accountability: I was transferred 5 times during my call, and not a single person offered an apology or an "excuse me" for the confusion. ​Unprofessionalism: Being blamed for their internal administrative errors is unacceptable. ​Refund Refusal: After such an awful experience, I decided not to move forward and requested a refund.
