One of the owners is sexist and ignores me when I'm 2 feet away because I am a female. I had to go around this guys back to get my car in the first place because he was so negative. They sold my the car and washed their hands. This car has one previous owner and less then 100k on it. I haven't even driven more then 7k for a whole year. I have transmission issues, electrical issues for all my windows. My ac doesn't work and the very first time I drove the car, it over heated and shut off because the coolant tank had issues. They installed a new tank and now it's worse. I smell burnt coolant when I turn off my car, the car won't shift out of first gear without draggging. I go to get my car looked at and again the owner disregarded me while the secretary tried to convince him to help me. I am looking into suing for child endangerment. I have a 6 month old and 3 other kids I take care of by myself. They know this and do not care. If I had a choice not to drive my car I would but I don't have that option. But I am STILL paying this car off. I'm still under warranty and they just want to wait till it runs out so they can tell me they can't fix my car. Ridiculous

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE FRAUDS!!!…read more About 7 months ago I started financing a 2012 Toyota Sienna from these people, it came with a "extended warranty" well a few months into me having it the check engine light came on, brought it there, THEY JUST SHUT OFF MY LIGHT! It was back on THE SAME DAY, few months after that MY TRANSMISSION BLEW! They had it at their shop for about a month, "towed it to the best transmission shop around" to only have my van sitting there for another month AND COUNTING, they haven't even touched my vehicle yet! THEY REFUSE TO REFINANCE ME A DIFFERENT VEHICLE! So I'm STUCK with a piece of JUNK CAR!!!! PLEASE PLEASEEEE DO BUSINESS ELSE WHERE!

Overall, it wasn't a bad experience, but I'd say the truck I looked at was a little worse for wear…read more The sales experience was low/no pressure and Steve was very helpful in letting us look at and drive the vehicle. Once again, I always advocate people run their tests and inspections on used vehicles prior to purchase. Do research, crawl under the vehicle, poke things that need to be poked, checks fluids, use your OBDII tool. I looked under a ~50k mile truck that was $14995. Upon looking under the truck with a light and a screw driver, I found some issues that were impossible to ignore. I brought them to the owners attention and offered a price that was more fair given market and condition of the truck. He did consider it, but mentioned if he did that price, it would be as is and they would just sticker it and I'd be responsible moving forward. If I did go with the sticker price they had, they would fix some of the issues. I wasn't comfortable with that answer or the price, especially given some of the safety concerns that might be associated, so I did walk away. This is not to say that there are not quality vehicles, but I would urge people to not blindly go off of drive tests alone. If you're not comfortable checking yourself, ask for a pre purchase inspection to make sure you're not going to inherit a headache. Facts: 1. 50k mile truck for 2011 2. No car fax, I had to purchase the report on my own. Was told it was only normal wear and tear a one owner truck. Bed was dented, but had a new one on site to replace it with 3. Inspected the vehicle myself, was met with comments about poking around the bottom of the truck 4. Found the back of rotors bad rot 5. The driveshaft and rear diff was pretty rusted and was soft to the poke 6. Bed rails had rot and were soft 7. Rockers had rotted holes 8. Frame had partial spray to cover rust, but the uncovered rust areas had more than flaky rust apparent 9. Negotiated price only if I waved the repairs and they would sticker the truck. Advertised price would include some of the repairs 10. The vincheck/carfax had no data other than no reported accidents. Couldn't find any other pieces of information on the vehicle. No other information was provided onsite when I asked.

They had the audacity to claim that a 2 week old brand new Tesla was magically scratched. Luckily I do have recorders of them doing it as the Tesla comes with a DashCam that records its surroundings. Such a scam. This shop is nothing but a bunch of liars who cant keep their word and are terrible at their job and most importantly, they are people who wont own up to them screwing you over. I have gotten my last 2 cars from here and had little to no issues (I understand the cars are used) but since financing my last car from them ONLY 3.5 months ago, it has a cracked cylinder head and I am being told the engine needs to be totally replaced. When I called Shannon, I was told they could not do anything for me considering it was over the 30 day warranty. There is no way this issue occurred from me considering I've only driven a few thousand miles on it and got it at the end of January 2026. I was told that the bank gave me an extended warranty that had total coverage if anything were to go wrong in the first 24 months/24,000 miles (whichever came first). I am now being told that it's not covered by the extended warranty. I am now stuck making monthly payments on an unsafe car that Shannon has sold me. Garages are telling me the repair will cost anywhere from $3,000-$7,000. Beware when getting a car from here. STAY AWAY FROM THESE LOW LIFES!!!!!…read more Do not EVER step foot in this dealership, if you do you're going to get railroaded, treated like a schmuck, and given nothing of what you asked for. I called Grieco Honda on a Saturday and said I was trading in my Honda Ridgeline but I was interested in a Toyota Tundra that their sister dealership had in East Providence. I was told on the phone that it was no issue and that the truck would be transferred over to the dealer and I could come down Sunday morning (I live TWO HOURS AWAY). I drove down Sunday and the truck was no where to be seen. I had a 12:30 appointment and at 1:00pm, the sales manager Mark came over and said "oh we're super busy but someone is coming" and then assigned me to Alfred, who was with another customer. They finally saw me at 1:30pm, an hour late. I asked THREE TIMES to see the truck since "we have to go to Providence but the test drive can be the ride over here." They spent 45 minutes talking trade in and price even with me saying I would discuss it after I get to actually see the truck!!! Alfred finally said okay to going to Providence and then took another 20 minutes to get a car so we could drive over. We finally got to Providence 45 minutes later only to watch someone driving the truck out of the lot and buying it. I never even got to test drive it! Got back to the dealer and gave Mark an earful because I had never been treated so poorly. He said how sorry he was and that he would call me Monday to find me the same truck. He called me and said they would search the country to find it because it was sold out from under me. I found the exact truck at the same price in Oregon and Mark had me send it to him. He said they would call them right then. That truck sold over the weekend so I called to ask if Grieco had reached out AND THEY NEVER CALLED FOR THAT TRUCK!!! Mark and Alfred are TERRIBLE. They and Grieco Honda are the reason people hate car dealerships. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!!!!!!!! And I know the blanket "oh call our GM and he wants to hear from you" is coming, don't bother. I called the GM and he never called back. GRIECO HONDA IS THE WORST!!!

I had a terrible experience with Greco Honda and feel like other buyers should be aware…read more I purchased a truck from them on March 3rd for about $30,000, and almost immediately realized that the AC doesn't work. For a vehicle at that price that was just sold to me, this is completely unacceptable. When I contacted the dealership to have the issue addressed, instead of trying to make things right I was met with rude and condescending treatment. Ricardo and Mark were both very dismissive and gave me the runaround rather than helping resolve the issue. At one point, Mark left me sitting in the showroom for about an hour waiting for him. When I finally went to find him myself, I saw him sitting in a room on his phone. That level of disregard for a customer who just spent $30,000 at your dealership is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Buying a vehicle is a major purchase, and you expect a dealership to stand behind what they sell. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience with Greco Honda. Instead of taking responsibility and helping fix a clear problem with the truck, I've been met with poor communication and disrespectful service. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend being cautious if you're considering buying from Greco Honda and making sure everything works perfectly before leaving the lot.
