waste of my time. i set an appointment to come look at a car, i was blown off for 2 hours, surpassing the time that we scheduled, while the guy "checked with the owner if they were busy" when that morning, he told me they had full availability and let me choose a time to meet. we rescheduled, but then he sold the car to another buyer the next day without giving me any notice. the car had a salvaged title which he could not give me any information on other than that there was an accident 7 years ago. when i looked up the VIN, there was no information of any accident whatsoever. i would not trust this business. read more

straight up liars, my first time getting a car through any kind of dealership because i needed something immediately road ready without days of hassle or repairs, dealerships can also do DMB stuff for you which i was looking for, car immediately had a problem and they knew what it was so quickly i heavily suspect that they knew about the problem before selling it to me (aside from a number of other issues i had to find out about shortly after and pay for) and when i talked to them about it, they said theyd order the part and fix it, i called once a week just to checkup (which they told me to do) and after just a couple weeks they literally would pick up the phone and hang up. its now been nearly a year, ive already had the car fixed, cost me an extra few grand that i was really trying to avoid spending by going through a vetted dealership with a mechanic attached. they still avoid, screen, lie. my guess is that under the lemon law, after so many months they dont have to fix anything, so they literally just waited me out. when i went to the actual shop, the mechanic literally pretended to be on the phone, went outside and drove about ten feet just to avoid me, i waited patiently and confronted him, he said the part came in but then they sent it back and he had to "reorder" it, then went back to ignoring my calls and messages. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! they also obviously have some kind of sweetheart deal with the inspector that they use because the other issues i had would not have passed had i personally taken it in, like my break pads being stripped down to metal and leaking hydraulic fluid from a cracked and leaking whatever. its just not worth it, plus theyre rather unpleasant to deal with, i shouldve seen the red flags but time was very much a factor. search elsewhere read more

I'll start by saying that I live almost an hour away. They had a car that I liked and the price was reasonable. That's the ONLY thing that was reasonable. I put a down payment on the car on a Friday and they hounded me for the balance at least once a day. Once I had the bank check in my hand, a few days later, I called them and said that I was on the way. After taking a half day off work and having a friend drive almost all the way there, they called me saying that there was an emergency and that the dealership was closed. They then kept making excuses as to why I couldn't pick the car up for a few days. Once I finally picked up the car and got it home, I realized that the emergency brake cable was broken. I had the car towed back to them, on my dime, because they promised to fix it. They kept it for 10 days, at which time I was without a car, and after giving me numerous excuses on why it was taking so long, I was told to come pick it up. I couldn't get a ride so had to have it towed home. Guess what... they didn't have it fixed, and now my temporary plate will expire before I can even get to the registry. What a mistake it was buying from this dealership. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. The prices here are good, but it's not worth saving a few bucks to have to deal with the hassle. read more

This place should be your very last resort. VERY LAST. Bought a 2003 Chevy Silverado regular cab short bed from them. The truck was nothing but issues. Within 3 days of driving it I had no choice but to bring it back. Truck needed rotors, blew 2 brake lines, needed brakes, the body mounts on the cab were completely shot, 2 of the body mounts were missing. The owner is a slime ball. He buys high mileage cars and trucks at the auction (which is 98% garbage cars/truck)repaints them to look new and throws them on the lot. Does not stand by his warranty and have to fight with him just to get the stuff corrected. The Silverado I bought also had a fake inspection sticker. Should of never left the lot! read more

Buyers BEWARE! Don't normally write reviews but for some reason I feel compelled to do so... husband and I test drove a jeep, was undecided and took and hour or so to discuss, called the owner and asked to take to a mechanic to inspect he said someone had put a deposit on the jeep. We gave him our phone number and said to call if the sale fell through. I waited a couple of days and then sent an email through Autotrader asking if it was still for sale - the owner (Chuck) said yes. I called to setup another test drive and said I would like to have a mechanic look at it (the vehicle had over 140,000 miles)... the anger resonated through the phone not the "service with a smile" motto on their website. As he is probably reading this review this is a reminder and also good for buyers to know - the Federal Trade Commission Consumer Information states that before you buy a used car hire an independent mechanic to inspect the car for a "mechanical inspection", not a safety check. Another reason to hire a mechanic is that RI law states to qualify for a 30-day warranty on a used vehicle the odometer must have more than 36,000 miles but "not" more 100,000 miles. As this vehicle had more than 100,000 miles we knew we would not get a warranty. As a buyer without a warranty would you not want to protect yourself and your dollars by having a mechanic inspect? If the mechanical check worked out we were prepared to pay cash on the spot. What is he hiding... the owner boasted of his 17 years in car dealing - how is he still in business - his customer etiquette stinks. read more
