We were amazed at how fast and efficent and professional this company is, and they are extremely reasonably priced. They take great pride in their work and strive to make sure their customers are completely satisfied. The office staff and installer were all wonderful to deal with, we were treated like royality from start to finish. We have never felt so welcome in a business as we are there. For anyone needing flooring installed we HIGHLY recommend Diverse Flooring, you won't get a sweeter deal or treated better by anyone like you will with these wonderful people. It is so nice to deal with a local family run business here in Maple Ridge that gives it their all, it has been a real pleasure.

We were supposed to…read morehave a meeting for selection and flooring measurements back in early May 2018 but had to reschedule twice - once cause of transit for me and second time cause she was ill.. Last I heard from her (asking me via email when she could come) was on May 28, 2018 which was approx the week after she recovered. Replied her via email the same day to let her know that my schedule was open and I can match her schedule. I sent her repeated text messages, emails and voicemails (never picked up her phone) every now and then for the next few weeks saying that was following up on my previous emails as I haven't heard back from her and would like to know when I could get the reschedule date. No response what-so-ever up till date (June 20, 2018). On the evening of June 20, 2018 I called the office to check if she had been away from the office during this period of time and they say she wasn't and will get her to give me a call. Got a call from her half an hour later basically telling me "she is not interested in doing the job and had emailed me (which I had never received) to let me know and she doesn't know why I keep contacting her". 1st of all, this is my first time hearing that a company representative accepting a job to a point of scheduling for selection and measurement to suddenly cancelling without due notice and reason. 2nd: Why she would think I would bother trying to reach her to see her availability (via text/call and emails) had I gotten that email she allegedly sent to say she isn't interested in doing the extra job is beyond me. 3rd would be nice of her to have at least the decency to reply text messages or give me a call if she saw my emails/messages instead of ignoring them. Last but not least her very rude phone call was uncalled for! Delayed my restoration work for almost 2 months. There was no offer to help remedy the problem, only an offer full rate new install. As I feel their response to this review mischaracterizes their response to me, the following is the exact response I was given. Also note that it was not a phone conversation, it was a response in email. -- Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We are sorry to hear this happened. -- We definitely recommend that we hardwire your new device rather than use the receptacle location. -- Our warranty period has expired, for this work and you will be looking at our service call rate for our return. -- The charge will be $225 for the first hour followed by $120 each additional hour and roughly looking at $50 in material if we cannot reuse any of the wiring. -- Do you have the new device on site? I can schedule an electrician to come by tomorrow, Friday February 13th if that works for you. I requested to be reimbursed for the previous work, and while I didn't say as much, I would have accepted less even just a slight discount, or even full price if literally any attempt would have been made at support. I was told: -- We will not be reimbursing you for the work or the device. Our work was completed to code and inspected by the city. I am leaving it up to the reader to decide if that's acceptable to them. It's not acceptable to me.

I highly recommend using their services. I met with Eric personally to discuss my project and received a prompt and thorough estimate. Bensons really went above and beyond my expectations of customer service. Throughout our project I had questions and needed Bensons to coordinate with other contractors and they were always responsive to my needs and worked well with the other contractors to make sure that my whole renovation came together to my exact specifications. I had complete confidence that Eric and his crew would get the job done right, and that was confirmed on my final walkthrough with the City of Bellingham permit inspector. We passed our inspection with flying colors and the inspector even said "Eric is one of the good ones in this town. I never find anything wrong with his work." I will definitely use Benson's if I need any more electrical work in the future!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS COMPANY.... Had 2 girls hired for 2hours for a basic clean through…read moreICBC. Upon arrival they did not come with a vaccum as the cleaner stated the one they had didn't not work very well so we provided our central vaccum. I explained just a surface clean- floors(vaccumed/mops) surfaces wiped and bathrooms as my injuries prevent me from doing these duties. The cleaners left early which the owner said it would reflect the 5 mins. Upon arrival of my home I was very confused coming from a professional cleaning background what these 2 strangers did in my home for 2hrs (2 girls x 2 hours equals a 4hr clean). Unfortunately for me it is a ICBC clean so I am unable to hire my regular cleaner that cleans my 3 bedroom townhome in 4 hours alone. The only area visibly touched was a powder bathroom that apparently was out of their scope for cleaning "too dirty and they don't clean pee" sorry what is the point in running a cleaning company when you are required to clean toilets but DONT CLEAN BODILY FLUIDS!!!! 100000% the powder room was dirty hence why a cleaner was required. When calling the company to ask for an itemized list of what was cleaned as I explained there was dog hair all over the carpets still, hardwood was not cleaned or mopped, counter/table was not wiped, faucets were grimy and mirrors extremely streaky. I was told a supervisor would attend my home in 45 mins. After 45 mins and needed to leave I called the company again to be told no one would be coming and the cleaners could only do what they could in that time frame. I emailed all photos to the company to have the OWNER email me back with no remorse, lie to us that a supervisor was on site- we own a ring doorbell and no other person attended my home during this clean. The owner then decided to lie contradicting her self that a supervisor was present during the clean and reflect on the fact that my vaccum was not working when it was fully functional and working. She then proceeded to tell me that as a ICBC homemaking services DO NOT INCLUDE DO NOT cleaning supplies( it is the home owner's responsibility) and she is going to request additional hours from Icbc as my home will require 8-10 hours just to get it to their standards. LET ME TELL YOU THEIR STANDARDS. Even though they cleaned the powder room and me wiping the floor with a lysol wipe to show the dirt, the inner toilet bowl rim is not cleaned, if you like streaky windows well this is your company. No phone call but an email justifying their unprofessional clean!!!! Its a shame and scam and I trusted this company and their cleaners in my home.. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS UNPROFESSIONAL CLEANING COMPANY

I've had a fair share of hiring contractors, and it's almost always stressful. Quite a few of them don't even return your calls.
