DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS COMPANY.... Had 2 girls hired for 2hours for a basic clean through ICBC. Upon arrival they did not come with a vaccum as the cleaner stated the one they had didn't not work very well so we provided our central vaccum. I explained just a surface clean- floors(vaccumed/mops) surfaces wiped and bathrooms as my injuries prevent me from doing these duties. The cleaners left early which the owner said it would reflect the 5 mins. Upon arrival of my home I was very confused coming from a professional cleaning background what these 2 strangers did in my home for 2hrs (2 girls x 2 hours equals a 4hr clean). Unfortunately for me it is a ICBC clean so I am unable to hire my regular cleaner that cleans my 3 bedroom townhome in 4 hours alone. The only area visibly touched was a powder bathroom that apparently was out of their scope for cleaning "too dirty and they don't clean pee" sorry what is the point in running a cleaning company when you are required to clean toilets but DONT CLEAN BODILY FLUIDS!!!! 100000% the powder room was dirty hence why a cleaner was required. When calling the company to ask for an itemized list of what was cleaned as I explained there was dog hair all over the carpets still, hardwood was not cleaned or mopped, counter/table was not wiped, faucets were grimy and mirrors extremely streaky. I was told a supervisor would attend my home in 45 mins. After 45 mins and needed to leave I called the company again to be told no one would be coming and the cleaners could only do what they could in that time frame. I emailed all photos to the company to have the OWNER email me back with no remorse, lie to us that a supervisor was on site- we own a ring doorbell and no other person attended my home during this clean. The owner then decided to lie contradicting her self that a supervisor was present during the clean and reflect on the fact that my vaccum was not working when it was fully functional and working. She then proceeded to tell me that as a ICBC homemaking services DO NOT INCLUDE DO NOT cleaning supplies( it is the home owner's responsibility) and she is going to request additional hours from Icbc as my home will require 8-10 hours just to get it to their standards. LET ME TELL YOU THEIR STANDARDS. Even though they cleaned the powder room and me wiping the floor with a lysol wipe to show the dirt, the inner toilet bowl rim is not cleaned, if you like streaky windows well this is your company. No phone call but an email justifying their unprofessional clean!!!! Its a shame and scam and I trusted this company and their cleaners in my home..
