Ashley is THE best!…read more We heard about Ashley from our friends who used her services before. We needed someone to paint our new home, and it was urgent. Ashley met us the following day and gave us a free estimate. Ashley was thorough and professional. Her work was outstanding, and she kept the place so clean. At some point, after Ashley finished painting half a room with the colour I wanted, I changed my mind and asked to paint the room with a different colour. Ashley was so kind and understanding and repainted the room with the new colour. Despite all this, Ashley's estimate was accurate, and she completed her work on time and within budget. I highly recommend Ashley, and we will use her services again in the future!

These cleaners are exceptional! We've gone through a few cleaning companies that left our place…read moredamaged, did not clean properly, or left it messier than when they arrived. Multiservices does an extremely thorough cleaning job, they always complete specific tasks or focus areas that we ask them for. They are very responsive to all emails and the cleaners that come to clean for us are very respectful and always timely. The cost is the same each time and is well worth it for the detailed job. They are reliable, which is very important to us. We are moving from a condo to a townhome soon and will absolutely be carrying on our services with them! Would recommend this company to anyone looking for reliability, a thorough clean, and reasonable pricing.

I pretty much got an email response from them for a quote the very next business day and Todd came by to our house really quickly to give us a quote. So I do like how quick and efficient they are. Nitesh, Tyler and Brandon that came to our house were all very friendly and receptive to feedback and delivering our desired outcome. I have a really hands on approach to dealing with things, but they didn't seem to mind it at all. If you're not happy with something, you just have to let them know and they'll accommodate you. Overall, I'm quite happy with Imagine. Only word of caution, if you're like me with really "old windows" that have hazing issues, and have not cleaned them in a long while, you might want to reconsider getting them cleaned just because windows are apparently porous ...after cleaning, the hazing issue seemed to be much worst. Imagine won't be able to help you with this issue. I'm not quite sure, but I might have to find a company that deals specifically with windows to help me with my problem.

Are they good at cleaning? Maybe, but that's sort of irrelevant when they don't pick up the phone and (sometimes?) don't return phone calls.
