It's not bad, but it's a little pricey especially considering the Crossgates Mall has a lot of cheaper stuff in sales and discounts, so that's why we didn't end up buying anything.

Maybe I'm getting a little too excited? They have a very complete selection of everything carhartt. Coats, shirts, jeans, boots, belts, hats, socks... hell even wallets. They have many items that you wont find at Sears and the like. They also have a frequent shopper rewards program which could be dangerous. The staff is courteous and helpful but not overbearing and pushy.

She refused to show pricing list to justify the price which accounted for prints only, not shirts, just prints from images given from home. No receipt was given after taking payment of $60 in cash from $100 bill given. After I asked for a receipt it took her 10 minutes to make a false receipt showing $57.20 as the total charged, not $60, with change tendered in amount of $2.80 from payment of $60. Not the $100 used to pay total of $60 which is what she charged. It is absolutely ridiculous.

She provides the personal and warm touch that is absent from so many businesses in this day and age. Even remembers your name! I had a holiday gift item that was not available in the size I needed and Acuba took down my phone number and called personally to tell me my item was in and on reserve at the store. Sure enough it was there when I stopped by to get it! Eddie Bauer is a ''go to'' store for me and it is in large part because of the welcoming customer experience and ease of any necessary returns.

REI has opened at Crossgates Mall where Forever 21 was previously located on the upper level…read more The store's footprint is smaller than what Forever 21 had occupied. While Forever 21 had two entrances from the upper parking lot, REI has only one entrance. That second entrance and former retail space has been turned into a passageway with seating leading directly from the parking lot into the main concourse of the upper Mall level. From inside the Mall this passageway can be found between Lululemon and OraSempre, directly across from Michael Kors. REI has basically an outlet atmosphere - concrete floor, steel girder ceiling. Since I was there the day after their grand opening, there were plenty of signs announcing additional percentages off. You do NOT need to purchase a one-time co-op membership to shop in the store. Staff we encountered were helpful. Several times I was approached by an employee and asked if I needed any help finding something.
